Pizza same as when I was a kid. Was ontime as requested. Drove 20miles so my daughters can try it for the first time. I will be taking that ride again as they loved it

amazing! i love thick cheesey pizza! very few left locally. they closed the one im near about 3 years ago. it is either this one i go to or the one in poughkeepsie, which is just a little tiny part of a big plaza. im right between these 2 pizza huts!

It brings a heartwarming service to the whole community.

Food was ready for pick up when promised. Employees were friendly and attentive, getting me in and out quickly. As this was a to go order, i appreciated all of this. Pizza was hot and fresh. Crispy bottom and tasty toppings made for an enjoyable indulgence. 5/5, will order from here again.

The food is always good. Chicken pizza with creamy garlic parm sauce, it also my go-to.

Food was great and our server was super nice. He gave us extra breadsticks and when we needed boxes he gave us extra sauce to bring home. We don't get to go to Pizza Hut often so this visit was a real treat.

Classic PizzaHut. Delicious, fast and super hot. The place works more as delivery place. The staff is very friendly. It is better if you order ahead if you dont want/cant wait 10-15mins for you pizza.

I have to leave Daniel a good review! He went above and beyond with his customer service skills. As a manager, I would like to appreciate him! I ordered through Uber and my first driver (of 2) took my order. I called the store and he answered. I was waiting over an hour to have the first order delivered. Daniel called me when the 3rd driver picked it up. I had to make a second order. We’ve all been here before 🤣 I appreciated his follow through! I shall interview him to possibly steal him 🤣

It was uncomfortably cold in the restraunt. But other than that everything was great!

Food is very good Pizza is delicious amazing test nice and warm fresh delivery is very quick I'm recommending a hot pizza everybody if you don't have time to cook me after work they have pizzeria is very good to cover it your food in the evening have a good appetite

We order from the Newburgh location maybe once or twice a month when I need a break from cooking. We order online or on the App and everything is always ready right on time or even sooner, food is always fresh and hot and the staff is always attentive. Great service and of course yummy food, what else can you ask for!

I've come here a lot over the years, and the service has gotten better as of late, but this last time, my order was all wrong. Thankfully, the manager Kevin was there and totally took care of me! It is refreshing to have a thoughtful, and caring guy like that at the store. Keeps me coming back that's for sure

The Pizza Hut on N Plank Road does it right! All other Pizza Huts in the area you should be on notice, this is how you need to treat customers. I am sticking to this Pizza Hut, these guys are the best and the Pizza was one of the best I have had. Keep up the great work guys, it is amazing how referring to the customer by their first name can warm up the entire experience. A++++++++ Experience.

Food and service were great! Decided to bring my family in to eat. The manager working was so polite and friendly! The kids had a great time. Now the food, the margarita pizza suggested by manager was AMAZING. The kids got a pan cheese pie. It was good too! Everything came out at the promised time. We got a cute little bin of seasonings, straws, dips, etc. Vibes were good, good atmosphere. I might need to make this a regular thing!

Excellent pizza and even better service! Even though they were short staffed on a Sunday afternoon, they couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. Pizza was fantastic 😍

My son loves Pizza Hut, but there aren't many in CT. So, we decided to go here and weren't disappointed. Dave, the restaurant's manager was really cool and accommodating. The food was good, too. Definitely worth the trip.

Food was hot and good. The workers were just overwhelmed with a lot of orders that particular night. so it took a while.

i’m not to sure what the guys name was working the counter tonight but he was FANTASTIC! i walked in to get my order and i asked if i could get a personal pan pizza added and without hesitation he said yes! i waited in the car with my toddler and he actually brought it to my window so we didn’t have to get out in the rain when he didn’t have to! if i could give him 10 stars for his customer service i would!

I ordered a deep dish pan pizza today along with a side of pickle ranch. The pizza is perfection and really hits the spot! That pickle ranch is TO DIE FOR!!! The guy inside was also very friendly and prompt! 10/10 recommend

Ordered a big dinner box and was not receiving the pizza and I was getting the dial tone, I drive over and come to find out that entire side of town had lost power, not pizza hut's fault at all. I was giving an instant online refund and the manager was very professional and friendly.

I always have a great time coming here especially for my Stuffed Crust, this area just never changes I just wish more places can dine in.

We ordered stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and mozzarella sticks, it's only take out. The pizza was delicious but the mozzarella sticks were a soggy mess and had to be thrown out.

They have a great deal on medium pizzas. They were very good. The salad was also good. The sodas were larger than other restaurants. The server was very attentive to our needs.

The pizza is good most of the time... just no lights outside .. people dont kno if it's open or not and I don't think u can eat in anymore

So I ordered online (A pie and a Pzolo), at about 6:15. The email said it would be ready around 6:39. I walk in at 6:45, tell her my name, and I am told "they were just about to call me, they do not make pzolos anymore." I asked why they were going to call me 5 minutes after it was going to be ready...she said the computer doesn't calculate how busy they are. (understandable) She offered me something else, and I asked if my pie was ready, she said she thought so. I asked how long for wings...15 to 20 minutes. I said no, I'll just take my pie while its hot. She goes to get my pie, and my phone rings. I answer, it the guy at the far PC telling me no pzolos...I said thanks, but the girl at the counter just told me the same thing. He was confused, she walks up behind him and points to me. She checks all the pick up bags by the front and then said my pie would be just a few more minutes. I think it is obvious when she brought out my pie at 7:05 that they didn't put my pie in until they "called me......" Its a shame too, good pies and the place looks great with the new renovations, but service is HUGE in my book. I understand you're busy, but don't lie to me...

I place orders from their app and they do a very good job having the order ready for me. On time. The place needs a refresh inside, but the staff is more professional and friendly than I've ever remembered.

**UPDATE** After the last experience we had decided not to come back, but..... Cheesy Bites. Do I need to say more? It has been almost a year so we took a chance that the person who burned our food no longer worked there. The food was good and we will order again. I noticed a Domino's going up across the street. Pizza Hut will need to stay on their game because they won't be the only fast food pizza in town anymore. *. *. *. *. *. *. * I used to come here and always had good food/service until they burned my pizza so bad it was inedible. Too late to do anything about it so it went right into the garbage and we'll never go back.

The place was clean, including the bathroom. I made sure to peek 👀 into the woman’s bathroom especially, and it was very clean. I got the traditional wings, lemon pepper, and a pan medium pizza. I enjoyed it so much nearly ate the whole thing by myself. So thumbs up to this Pizza Hut.

I hate this pizza but my kids LOVE this place. So, I'm ranking Pizza Hut according to my wife's and kids' experience. As for me, the service was topnotch. I personally give Pizza Hut 5 Stars across the board, except for the pizza. But then again, my family thinks the pizza is the best they ever tasted. Also, I paid double the price for the exact order at Pizza Hut, Middletown. And that's because this location coded in discounts at the register. Middletown yelled for me to get my pizza; Newburgh delivered the pizza to my table. Middletown served us raw pizza, refused to refund my money (credit only); this Newburgh location charged me half the price for the same thing and brought thoroughly cooked pizza to our table. Middletown Pizza hut was clueless on all fronts; Newburgh made it so that moving forward I will bring my family to eat here all the time now.

No one out pizzas the hut. Great pizza for a great price. I wish the dine in would return, but that's not come back since covid. Ordering from the app is great. I wish the parking lot would get a once one with some asphalt. The winter time this place is a insurance claim waiting to happening. However like I said in the beginning of the review. No one out pizzas the hut.

Pizza Hut has always been a favorite. Wish there were locations closer to us so we could indulge more.

The food was actually really good. The desserts are really good too, however the atmosphere needs to be improved. It could use some fixing up & I bet they would have so many more eat in customers. Staff was friendly.

Order our food when I got home. One of the pizzas was wrong . Won't let that happen again . I'll check before I leave. Great customer service Order was made fast it was near closing time and staff was still pleasant and help, and patient with me ordering as I was checking with those at home as to what they wanted on their pizza's. Always short of staff. Online said it would be 25 minutes... Got here at the time, im still waiting an additional 20-30. Other customers are agitated as well. The pizzas are good though but long wait sometimes.

I like Pizzahut & have cravings for stuffed crust pizza but I am realizing that many if not all locations do not make the pizza like they used to when Pizzahut was around years ago. I am not trying to knock this location specifically though because as I travel & find different stores I check it out & finding the results the same. Now when I first started going to Pizzahuts I remember the pizza bread itself tasting good & not burnt. I could pickup a slice & there would be butter on the bottom. I don't see that anymore. The same care in making the pizza is not the same as it used to be. While I was in Hampton, VA I had to go to another pizza place called Chanello's to get the pizza done right because the actual Pizzahut stores fell off. Makes you wonder why many stores have closed.... This loss of care into the Pizza I think is why many no longer like Pizzahut anymore. I assume the stores are franchises and being a old school Pizzahut fan. I think corporate may need to place tighter rules on how your pizza is made. The type of pizza you make you cannot get away with cutting corners. (If this is something corporate did by doing stuff like using cheaper bread dough.... stop it... ) This is a review for Pizzahut in general.

The 🍕 is good but you should expect that because there a chain. I couldn't believe I paid so much for 2medium pizzas! I rather support a local business at that price.

I wonder if Corporate reads any of these reviews or cares considering so many old school pizza hut joints have been closed. Anyway. I came upstate from quite the distance and was soooo happy to see an old fashioned pizza hut. As usual the dough is not cooked well even when you tell them well done. Fine. It took way too long to get our breadsticks and wings (we got the wings first). The waitress hated her life. Forgot her name. Shaniqua or something. And the worst of it. The music. It wasnt neutral. We're sitting in a pizza hut. Starving. And we got soulful love making baby baby baby music. CEO needs to pop in at this place and take a gander on whats going on. Dang shame

I ordered a plain pie & cheesebread sticks every Friday for the past 7 or 8 weekends in a row, and last weekend they literally burnt everything so much, it was all completely unedible. However, they did credit us back the money in full. All the other times I've, there weren't any issues...sometimes you just got one bad apple, hopefully that's it. But you gotta think that someone removed the pie from the oven, saw it was burnt most likely, and then sliced it into 8 slices, which means there's no way they did not see how burnt it was, so that was kind of foul. Unfortunately, there's no other Pizza Hut somewhat nearby. But, I'm gonna hope that was a one off and hope it doesn't happen again...and definitely check the order before I pick it up. Sa la vie!!

Place is always understaffed, the waitresses are friendly, but have to take care of take out, the register, and on a few occasions prepare the food in the kitchen, and when they have a chance come over to the table. On several occassions I have seen only two employees working, one that makes the food, and one that does everything else. I have seen on numerous occassions tables get up to leave, due to lack of service. The money they are saving by not putting a third person on the shift is diffently lost on revenue. I have learned the system, and know to wait for twenty minutes before someone comes over. The one night I was there I noticed that a few tables were ordering two liter soda bottles, I did the math and it was cheaper then paying for each of us to have a cup. On my next visit I tried to order a two liter, and was told store policy two liters are not allowed for dine in customers. I tried to order my usual and the price was now higher, was told that it's a special and it's an online price only. The price was on a sign on a poster in their window. They insisted it just changed, its online only. I have respect for store policy, and didn't argue or get upset, however I did notice in future visits tables with two liter soda bottles. Seeing the bottles tells me that theres no structured management. This place gives me the impression that's it going out of business and no longer cares. There is no effort put into their table service. Unfortunate for them dominos opened up across the street. I hope this run down place survives, cause I enjoy their pizza.

Pizza was as expected, the problem was that even though the entire restaurant was empty, mostly all the tables were sticky and dirty. It actually took us a good minute to find a clean enough table to sit at.

Pizza was cold & undercooked! So disappointing, as we expect Pizza Hut 2 always B amazing, as it usually is

I feel a bit of shame choosing a Pizza Hut, but as far as the chain goes Newburgh's is kindly staffed as of Wednesday.

First time ordering from this location. Used a coupon. The pizza was good. But they were very stingy with the toppings. Pizza was all crust. I would think a new customer, which they knew I was, they would have tried to make a better impression. By the time I paid the delivery fee and tipped the driver, I could have ordered exactly what I wanted for the same price. The wait time was short. But it was early on a Thursday evening. Probably, not their busiest time.

Ordered personal pan pizza w/wings. Hadn't had their wings and haven't had their personal pan for a long time. Unfortunately when we got the delivery (DoorDash) the BBQ sauce was all over the pizza. I'm not saying it's this particular store's fault. It probably happened on the way here. However really need to come up with a better container for the chicken wings so that the sauce isn't able to leak everywhere.

Ordered pick up and it was ready in the time allotted, breadsticks were a little burnt but the pizza tasted good. Staff were friendly and price was reasonable.

Ordered a pizza online at 3 to be picked up at 4:45. Was not ready and had to sit in store until well after 5. After getting home and opening the pizza was soggy and weird. Not only that but the slices were oddly shaped like two of them were from another smaller pizza. I don't mean cut weirdly I mean two different sized pies, see attached photo. Boneless wings had very little buffalo sauce. Will not be returning.

order a pan pizza and cheese stixs online, was advised pickup at 638pm, got there at 640pm and was told would not be ready for 20 to 30 min. Well it took 25 min before it was ready, and when we got home pizza was very doughy, not crisp at all, and the cheeses stixs were good but not enough sause. When I arrived at Pizza Hut only two customers in side, have no idea why it took so long, sure hope you people read this and other reviews and get your game together.

Place is cold. Mainly because I believe because it is moldy inside. This location is very dirty and obviously owners and management does not care and workers don't care. I honestly believe that a chain should keep to standards and make sure all franchise owners up hold to that standard. This is not being done at this location.

Went for the pizza lunch buffet, in the 45 minutes we were there they never put out anything fresh. We asked and they said sorry the buffet is closing at 130. All they had out when we arrived was a plain pizza and an old sausage slice or two with some burnt pasta. I understand if you dont want to throw too much out but you should have told me when I arrived almost an hour before the buffet closes that there would be nothing more being put out I would have bought something else. I have been here prior and the service was much better, not sure if there is new management but was disappointed.

Okay so we used to come all the time but haven't been in a while so we decided to stop in. Well we could have spent our money somewhere else! Tables were super sticky. It took about 20 minutes to get our drinks and about 45 minutes to get our food. Then I swear they no longer cook the pizza all the way. It was awful. This newburgh pizza hut has went so far down in the last years. The only reason why I'm giving it 2 stars is because the waiter was a very nice young man.

It took over an hour to get 1 pie from them. The manager did compensate for it by giving me a free pie. When I went back a week later to get that free pie, it wasn't in the computer. Which my mom had a said it wouldn't be. Never had poor service before from Pizza Hut and with little Cesar and Papa John just down the road you would think they would act better.

They claimed to offer contactless pick up from your car on the app but they did not. When I arrived and called they wouldn’t pick up the phone. Had to wait much longer than estimated for only 2 customers to be in the store at a time so that I could enter and pick up my food. Will not come back here. Food acceptable but there are much more convenient options out there.

The wait was 1 hour and 20 mins for Medium pizza pan and cheese sticks. They only had 1/4 of tables that were full of costumers. And we asked for fries or any other service it was a NO, Sorry. Yes the pizza was decent but the cheese was burned at the top and undercooked at the bottom. I call this a No Bueno situation! Should change or customers will start to walk away.

Delivery driver here please have druvers confirm and complete orders before they leave the restaurant. This is the second time in the last 2 weeks this has happened at this location. Driver picks up order then cancels then proceeds to steal order. And nothing happens to them. Losing out on a 17 dollar order sucks AND KEEPS HAPPENING.Be better.

Really this business has come so far down it's depressing. 20 years ago going to a Pizza Hut used to be an experience that the family could enjoy together. The salad bar was kind of a central Focus of each store. That's all gone of course but more importantly the whole interior is very unkempt. Dirty, sticky tables. Trash on the floor. Stuff piled up, looked like a discount store going out of business. The menu was a photocopied blurry mess that cannot be read fully. Service was abysmal, guy behind counter seemed suicidal. TV blaring loudly, and a funky smell in the air. I swear if the manager took one day out of their life and really put some effort into it that store could be 100% more inviting. Had to give two stars because the pizza was actually pretty decent! Won't be going back.

This is essentially a take out location with seating. Despite there being a sign that says, “It will be our pleasure to seat you” they most certainly do not seat you. There is no hostess and no wait staff. You must place your order at the counter from a laminated paper menu with no prices listed on it. 🤌🏻 There are no fountain drinks. Only bottles. No silverware. You can eat your food in their dining area but you’re on your own. Despite this place being run like a McDonald’s they make sure to leave a tipping option on the POS system. Nope. Sorry. If I order my food standing up and seat myself tipping is not going to be a thing. I miss the old Pizza Hut. 😞

The food is delicious but I didn’t receive what I had ordered and if they overcharge for add ons to your salad they should get it correct

I ordered light cheese pizza and they were definitely not light with the cheese. The marinara dipping sauce was refrigerator cold as well as the brownies. The breadsticks & brownies weren't even cut, so trying to eat them provided a challenge. Since we were eating on the road, there was no way to heat or cut anything and we just had to do our best not to make a complete mess. While I was waiting in line, the customer (or delivery guy) in front of me got his order & left, and a few minutes later the cashier realized she didn't give them 1 of their items (looked like a pasta container). After telling me it was "totally their fault", they did at least attempt to call the person to let them know, but they didn't answer. The staff was overwhelmed & not prepared - possibly understaffed. I won't be stopping at this Pizza Hut ever again on my monthly trips to the area. I'll go out of my way to one a different in the area when in the mood since there are no Huts 2 hrs northeast of here where I live

Pizza wasn't good. Crust was undercooked. We ordered the Big Box. Wings were terrible. Very doughy. Bread sticks weren't good either. I paid a tip for them to bring it out to my car, driver's side. I waited about 7 minutes and they never came out. And I was right in front of the door. So I went in and waited at the counter for at least 2 minutes. He finally came over and I told him my name. He took it out of the warmer and put it on the counter. No thank you or any customer service. I almost ask for my tip back since I had to go get it. No, not at all impressed with Pizza hut at this time. We live in Newburgh Indiana

My last visit, no one greeted me, my pizza took an extra 20 minutes from pick up time, and no sorry/communication at all. 5 people working (not short staffed/busy). Had to flag someone down for pickup. Than heard them say we messed that pizza up while the wings were done in the warmer already. Maybe a greeting, sorry, or explanation would have been great. Manager was training another manager for a different location from my ear hustling lol. I don’t care about a mistake, but being the only person in the store maybe everyone else thought I had been waited on. I had to flag someone down to ask how much longer it would be. Reply: pizza is coming out now. Than she walked away when it was out of the oven/ end of the conveyor and came back later to box it. Never an issue here before.

They have a menu that is the family pizza but when you go to the counter it has nothing and they only want to steal your money for a burnt pizza and no cheese, no 8 oz of cheese they added and small. At least the other employees would bring the pizza to your car or let you know when it was ready. They let you know nowadays even that is really useless, don't waste your time or money. There are other pizzas with better flavor and better prices. Fair prices. Don't buy from them.

Finally I get the app to work and put my time in. Drive to the place and get there to find that my order is not ready. Ridiculous. I watch 7 other people come in and get their orders. Definitely stay away. Go across the street.

This location is awful. I ordered on New Year's Eve and never even got my food. The order was supposed to take 45 minutes and when I got there I was told another hour. The staff was rude and unfriendly and the girl at the counter was not even wearing her mask properly. The counter was dirty and the place was so unorganized. Go to another location, better yet go to Dominoes, they had our order ready in 30 minutes that evening!!!!

Horrible service and horrible quality pizza. The pizza wasn’t fully cooked at all. The pizza tasted doughy and the crust was very white, it should’ve been golden to ensure the pizza was cooked. I try to call the establishment and the phone was ringing non stop for 2 minutes straight. I check the receipt to see if Pizza Hut possibly has a different number, and there’s no number provided. Very disappointed and unprofessional to not even be able to contact them. Will definitely not be ordering here again.

We waited 20 minutes to be seated. Then finally after being seated waited 10 minutes for our server to just write out pieces of paper, pass it around and told us to write our own orders! Ridiculous and never returning!

Order pizza with 3 topping and boneless wings. The boneless are raw. If I can put in picture you would see how disgusting they look. Beware do not eat there.

Absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had...... horrible ! Stick to the mom and pop pizzas. They wanted $21.00 for what THEY call a large pepperoni. When I complained the girl said they had a special for $12.00. lol. What a price difference ! Really nasty pizza.

Service was incredibly slow. They got the order wrong and the pizza was cold.

Stay away from this place unless you want to catch a bad disease, such as COVID-19. This is the most unsafe place I have seen in quite some time. No precautions for employees or guests. upper management cares nothing about either party. I will never return, and pass this info on to as many people as I can.

So I get it, Superbowl Sunday, busiest day of the year for pizza places. I order online at 530 pm, show up at about 610, at about 745 my food is handed to me. The orders were getting mixed up between the call insurance and online orders and there was no system in place to figure out who's order was who's. Food was cold, garlic knots were soggy, and the wings weren't even right. Probably won't be eating or ordering anything from Pizza hut ever again. The assistant manager was doing the best he could to keep customers happy, the general manager looked as though today was her first day, and have no consolation to me for waiting an hour and a half to get my food. Had I not paid for it when I first arrived, I would have walked out. Definitely not worth the $54.00 I paid for 2 large pizzas, 18 wings and garlic knots.

Horrible delivery experience..order was placed online...paid and full...when the driver was making my delivery and I asked where was the beverage 2liter Pepsi, he replied no soda and he was never given one...he both read the receipt and gave PIZZAHUT a call..they refused to refund me telling I had only two options store credit or for them to delivery a soda. I replied no because the kids were hungry n we wasn't gonna wait 45 minutes for a Soda

We went to pizza hut Feb 9 , 2024. What a nightmare. We had to wait 1 hr and a half for our order because they were short on staff. They need to close this store down ! And the place also needs a renovation badly :(

Pizza was good, service was good, drinks were disgusting. My Ice had black bits in it, after I returned the drink for one without ice, and the new drink had black bits swirling around. They really need to service their equipment! Even the cooler behind the counter was making a horrible, loud, and irritating noise.

Grubhub driver that does deliveries in a not-so-nice neighborhood in the nighttime. Most places are understanding of when I have someone accompanying me, but not the employees at this establishment. The establishment did not have to food order ready for 20 min after its expected pick up time- OK, fine, even though I could see the employees having more fun than working behind the counter through the windows. The person accompanying me went in to check on the status of the order and was instead apprehended verbally by the rather large woman at the front desk. Her twig-like sidekick told him that he need not reach over the counter to search through their items, when he was in fact not doing so (I could see what he was doing through the window myself.). They accuse him of being pushy and crowding them when he was simply waiting for the order to come out. He asked for me to come inside, and upon doing so the whole store was a screaming match. The 3 staff members (Jabba the Pizza Hut, twiggy, and scooby doo from the kitchen) decided to start screaming at me all at once, meanwhile the person accompanying me is standing beside me visibly upset by the way they were treating us. I insisted that they just give me an ETA for the time that the food would be out, and that we would happily wait outside until it was done to avoid any further confrontation but the staff would not give me a time estimate and felt it necessary to threaten to “call grubhub on me” and an assortment of other insults. I told them I am not interested in arguing and I am just there to pick up the food regardless and that this situation did not need to turn into an argument. Sucks establishments have such trashy staff anymore.

Hardly any pizza on the buffet, no salad, asked for half plain cheese and half pepperoni pan pizza, when it came out it was not cooked on bottom. Told the Waitress she said" that's the way it is". No dessert. Not the way it used to be. Place had one other customer and 3 of us. Manager never came out to talk to us. Terrible food, will never return.

Pizza Hut has the best pizza ever but this location is the worst. The rudest workers. Covid restrictions still in place like no dine in. Pretty sure it’s to save on employees. Pizza Hut is failing because of inn-accessibility for their long time customers.

At the newburgh location we got our food very fast but then the waitress ignored us the rest of the time there. We had to ask her to bring our check and a box to wrap leftovers in. And while we were asking she was talking to another table near us. Very poor service!!!

Ordered a simple half cheese half Hawaiian pie. I've had Hawaiian pizza many times from many pizza huts and they NEVER had bacon on it. When I called back to complain, the girl said that it's on the menu with bacon. They don't even have it listedon the menu. Hawaiian pizza only comes with ham and pineapple. NEVER did I have it with bacon. The receipt even says cheese, ham, pineapple. Next time... I go across the street to Domino's

worst experience ever i got i bough a 6pc garlic parm right he tells me 8.99 so im thinking ok its like 9.00 and change and asked for a side of apple pies the total was $13.34 so i get to the store pay for my order and look in the bag its only the wings so i call and tell me the wings was 12.99 first i wasnt informed of that price because i wouldnt of purchased the wings im very upset n the staff needs to be more specific on prices and stuff becuase this is the last time i spend my hard working money there

Never got my 2 dollar pizza i did order 15 minutes ahead on tha app got to the store waited another 30 minutes and never got my pizza so i just walk out of the store not happy at all

I spent $70 on garbage. Bread sticks are burned and have absolutely no seasoning or cheese on them and you can't even eat them because they're rock hard and the 16 piece boneless wings are hard as a rock also. Pizza ice cold. So freaking mad. There goes our dinner for the night. Will NEVER order from here again. And I don't understand why I was charged an extra $8.00 it gave multiple reasons of why $8.00 was being added but none of the reasons pertained to the order. Company is a rip off and the food is not even edible. The cashier was very nice.

Worst service ever!!!! I didnt get a receipt and im waiting for wings for 40mins so i just wanted a refund and someone (who im pretty sure is the manager) said they needed their supervisor to refund which can take days. They were trying to gaslight me into thinking i didn’t order the wings at first but i showed them my bank transaction. This has been the worst service i have ever experienced and ive worked at fast food so i know what its like but it takes 2 mins to do a refund.

Have been here numerous times. Use to be really good but the guy with the glasses is beyond rude and will never go here again. We use to always sit down ourselves and there was never a problem with it until today he started screaming at us and said we have to wait to be seated. Asking us what we wanted to order without even giving us a menu. We just turned around and walked out. As long as that guy is still working there I will not be visiting this Pizza Hut.

I ordered through DoorDash and my order was incomplete. When I called to see what happened, the person that answered the phone ( Jovon, or Chovon) simply stated he failed to get that portion of my order to my Dasher. A failure is a failure, as the Dasher said he had a short conversation with this person.

Was greeting by a guy in glasses complaining how he is going to flip out on the customers for giving conformation number for online order when he has no way to look it up, complaining as walking to my table how tired he is and can’t wait til 6pm, when we said we wanted to dine in we were told that we have to eat out of the pizza boxes because they do not supply plates, but yet throws 2 plates, napkins and a small plastic basket with salt, pepper and cheese in it. Racing around here like he is on something. Being my pizza to the table drops it on the table and goes well here you go. This is not okay when you come to a restaurant. This is not the first of heard about this guy or read about him as well. Sorry not sorry but something needs to be done about this. Oh yeah let me not forget the woman in the back is NOT WEARING GLOVES.

I ordered online at 8pm.. I ordered a fairly large order since my 16 yr old daughter had friends over.. We got two of the ultimate deals which includes “ two medium pizzas. 8 wings. A bread and 2 dipping sauces “ plus I ordered cinnamon rolls.. total was $66.30.. Delivery driver shows up to my door at 9pm with one medium pizza and a order of cinnamon rolls tells me my total is $66.30.. I’m like uhh 😬 your bout 3 pizzas short, 2 orders of wings, 2 orders of bread shy 🙈.. so he calls the store and so did I.. I was told the guy on the phone was new he messed up the order.. said he would remake my order and send it out hot.. Delivery driver shows back up at about 9:55pm.. Still missing a breadstick order, wings are hard and cold.. I have 3 medium pizzas one small pizza.. when I call the store they won’t answer the phone.. I’ve called from my husbands phone they answer then leave him on hold.. please for the love of god.. order from anywhere but Pizza Hut atp.. very unhappy customer-.-

They let everyone order on the app on a Friday night knowing they literally had no supplies to make pizza. As the cashier told me. She told customer in front of me that they didn’t have time to call people to tell them not to come since they didn’t make their pizzas. Where did the time go since you weren’t making pizzas? You could have called. Some of us drove 20 minutes one way to pick up our pizza. Will never ever go back to the newburgh Indiana location. What loser doesn’t order enough supplies to make pizzas for a Friday night???

This store needs to deff work on their customer service and the quality of their pizzas. I tried calling the store twice to fix my app order because the app was not working correctly. My husband went into the store on his way Hine from working 12 hours in the heat to standing up front for 8 to 10 mins to not one employee asking if he needs helped however 4 employees looked at him. Someone in plain clothes was making their own food and helped him all the did was cancel my order so I had to re order it. I finally get my pizza and it's cold and hard. Do better

Ordered 2 large pizzas, they were both cold, with very little sauce and very hard. Usually the kids are able to finish one whole pizza and they had just two slices each this time. The toppings were also burnt. Tried calling the place multiple times but they don’t even respond.

Never had this bad pizza experience from here, but today the pizza dough wasn't done, they just threw in a handful of toppings which was way too much. It felt like they just made it in a hurry. Never ordering from here again.

After waiting for 1 hour for my delivery I tried to call the local number for a status update - no one answered the phone. I tried 7 different times. I called again and selected new order and spoke to a person who told me my order was late and was probably on the way. She told me she would check with the local store and then she hung up on me after 8 minutes of waiting without coming back on the phone. After 2 hours I drove to pick up my delivery. Upon arriving at the store, I met the driver who said she was waiting for a 3rd order before delivering my order. The manager offered to take off the delivery charge (a ridiculously insufficient offer since I had to drive to pick up my own order). I finally got my order and found that it had been waiting for at least a 1/2 hour and probably longer than an hour because the food was cold and stale. I had to give the food back and had to ask for a refund - staff did not offer to resolve the poor service.
