The food is always hot and ready. I’ve never had a single mistake or mishap occur in the years I’ve been coming to this location. I don’t understand why the rating is 3.7, should be 4.7

Get the app on your phone and order that way. You'll see the status play by play and even where the driver is. You also get points which equal free pizza. I've literally never had an issue with this location. The complaints are unwarranted.

Before COVID-19 it was rather easy to order a take out or drive over to a pizza eatery for a slice. With the 6ft distance and order out only ..the days of eating in a restaurant is a thing of the past...? So I decided to order a pizza..and it has been awhile. I placed my order for a "Medium size " pizza that has 8-slices.. I wanted something specific ..thin crust...3 different cheeses,anchovies,diced tomato's,onion's and black olive's.. Let's not forget the feta cheese..! I placed my order online,monitored the prep,baking and delivery. I also added my tip of 5.00.. Your payment options are Cash,credit,debit or Paypal. You can also use a gift card if you have one handy..? I was hungry as a .....teenager on a Friday night..LOL

Domino's in Newbury Park has an EXCELLENT cook. He takes the time to explain the menu an to be sure you have your order done exactly how you want it. This location has been the best in the Domino's chain

Extreme disappointment. I've ordered pizza here before and it was perfect. Most recently I ordered a pizza requesting light sauce as usual. I picked it up went home to enjoy and with one bite my mouth was on fire (spicy hot). I found a thick paste rather than sauce saturation under the toppings. It was awful and not eatable. Will not be returning.

Every time I've ordered there (Probably A Little Too Much) the pizza is perfectly cooked and warm, the soda is always cold and refreshing, and the sides always are good (especially parmasean bites). 10/10 Papa Johns is garbage compared to this

Today we ordered pizza from Domino's it was a good experience. We hadn't ordered in a long time because they had priced themselves out of our budget. We are seniors and live on a fixed income I happened to see the 50% off sale on all pizza's on the menu. I was able to order online good experience. The young man was nice when picking up our order. Our pizza was very nice and prepared as ordered the Cinnamon knots and apple dip were a delight. Overall I think Domino's has improved since we last ordered. I will be watching for more sales it's the only way we can purchase thank you Domino's.

This mass chain still surprises with some amazing creations. For example recently I ordered a simple cheese pizza but in thin crust. It can stand against any "gourmet" creation in terms of taste/flavor profile. No wonder they stand clearly ahead of other chain pizza stores!

My favorite pizza place! They make everything to perfection and are some of the nicest people. I have ordered from the app, on the phone, in person and for carry out or delivery and everything in between. It's been awesome every time. Love my local Domino's! Keep doing what you're doing! They messed up my order originally. Then they called me back to apologize and sent me a free pizza cooked the way I had ordered it. I can't believe that they actually responded to my problem quickly and without prompting on my part. If this is how they are treating customers now I will definitely be more likely to recommend them and reorder.

Best prices 4 pizza. Been over a decade, since their cheese started tastin' 2 imitation. Not the case nowadays. Order online & u can track your orders progress, plus receive an email when they're ready 4 your pick-up. Very impressed by quality, courtesy &, of course, cost.

Pizza tasted great and I especially liked their new Chicken Side: 12 bites of Specialty Chicken - Spicy Jalapeno - Pineapple. This location is less than 5mi away from my home but the app said DELIVERY NOT AVAILABLE IN YOUR AREA. Very disappointing! Since I ordered from the app, I was able to time my drive perfectly since it gives you updates about the stages of their food preparation. When I arrived, it was ready to go.

Ordered for my family while I was at work still. Order came timely but incomplete. When I called the store they said they were "too busy" to redeliver it and I could come down and "get it". No, It was late and I just wanted credit for the missing item. The refused and basically said maybe I did get it and wasn't being truthful!!!!>!>!!? Really, it was missing bread twists. The manager was unprofessional, argumentative and didn't deliver a level of customer service you would expect from a food service provider. I have contacted Domino's Corporate on this matter.

Super great people!! First delivery pizza was SO THIN..I could not even get a slice out of the box...2/3rds was actually thinner than a cheap tortilla. Called. And they were SUPER DUPER NICE...said would send another 1....I showed up even faster than advertised...BUT.. this time no..( I actually think ZERO sauce on it) I live pizza..even bad pizza...but these were so bad..think I will not buy again..but I HAVE TO STATE...the people and service rate a 100+... the product( pizza) rates at best a 1.5...that is because it was atl3ast hot. 😒 really gone downhill...shame

A lot of times the store will simply pick up the phone when you’re calling them to order and then hang up over and over and over again. This usually happens anytime after 10:30 As I’ve had this happen to me multiple times on multiple different days! And I don’t know what they do to their pizzas but they taste nasty and over salted.

I use to really love this place but something happened with the staff and now I don't want to order from them anymore. They're very rude, it's awkwardly quiet and tense in store, and the food quality went way down, sometimes the wings and bread comes undercooked. I guess I have to try a new pizza place (Ameci's is pretty good and close by)

They now charge 10 to deliver, non of that money goes to the driver only to the owner. Take you business elsewhere and don't support list deplorable owner. They claim to offer delivery, I've yet to have the option when ordering from them ever be available. Your better off building your own Domino's and making your own pizza then using this location.
