We always order using the app and then carry out. They're quick, have consistent service, and the pizza is always good! We do wish they had more gluten free options, but the stomach cramps from a delicious gluten filled pizza are worth it every few months.

Not here. Never had a problem with the staff for pickups, never had a late pizza. I usually do take-out, but today I had delivery, and even the driver was nice. I love this store in particular in all of SCV. The delivery drivers are very nice and considerate. For the most part this store never misses something, but there are those times when mistakes can happen so I still give full stars because the quality is there and I have never had a bad pizza! The food is always in good quality but when they get busy you food takes a little bit longer then expected to come out. They are also very reasonable when your order is messed up.

My favorite go to pizza place! You're pizza gets cooked in ten minutes. The flavor is always spot on. I love the spicy Hawaiian or the spicy pepperoni.

I love Dominoes... they are the only one's with a decent Gluten free. The only thing I cannot stand about them is that if I order (including tip) $58 dollars of food, they cannot break a hundred-dollar bill. Talk about dumb!

Food is good. Delivery on time and courteous But the rewards plan is just okay. For a $10 order you get a point but you get that same point for a $30 order or even a $100+ order.

Everything was great except for the long wait to get my food. Delivery time of 21-31 minutes, wasn't even close---it took 1 hour and 10 minutes to get my dinner.

I ordered some pasta's last night. Not only was my order 1/2 wrong, both my daughter and I got really sick off the food within mins of eating 1/3 of the pasta. I have been ordering from this location since April/May and I have yet experience what I experience last night. It will be a long while before I will order again and if I do order it's because of the rest of the family is ok with it... I won't be eating it.

I call to put my order over the phone than, when I got my pizza was wrong so I call back then the girls asked if I want something extra, than I said yes... than she call me back to told me the Manager Jacky she don’t want to send me the boneless chicken... so please told your staff work better than be respectful thank you

It is completely stupid and unacceptable that the pizza sits in "quality check" for ever. Another way of saying they can't get it to you, and it will be cold.

Was on hold for around 6 minutes. And when food was received the pizza looked like it was just a reheated pizza. Pasta was good but bummed no more bread bowls. I've had an upset stomach ever since ordering the pizza on Sunday.

Horrible customer service every time I go. They always mess up the order, Employees don’t know what they are doing and the manager turn around is so high they can’t keep track of prices and promises they make to non profits!! Bad customer relations!! Check pizza but not worth the headache of lame staff. It’s really sad!! Because we like the pizza just not this locations!!!!

Service is terrible. We ordered and waited an hour and a half for cold pizza, no sauce in our pasta and they forgot one of our dipping sauces. And the crazy thing is I looked on Google maps and they are only 4 minutes away. I will never order from this dominoes again and I recommend to anyone who wants pizza find it somewhere else because you will be very disappointed with this place.

Setup curbside delivery and waited 5 mins, ended up having to walk in and ask for our food. Not to mention they gave us an all cheese pizza that was supposed to be a pan cheese & pepperoni.. I wish it wasn’t so difficult to order a couple of pies.

Lot of topping missing and way overpriced. A year later. Same thing. Toppings missing or mixed all the time. If u like to order pizza like Russian roulette. Go for it.

Says open till 1am on Fridays. Doors locked and people were in there. It was 11pm.

The app is terrible, you have to check sgain and again to make sure you have the right order because the app sucks. I ordered a pizza tonight and this is the third time using the app and its the third time its come out wrong. Also the guy at the store was nice and promised to replace my order and make it a large, they sent me the same wrong order in a large. Ive had nothing but bad dealings with the Newhall Dominos, order someplace else!

Why don't they answer the phone???? Wanted a pizza last night but nobody answered the phone 🤔. Prompted the system over and over to speak to a person but it kept going in circles for over 5 minutes.... Got tired of waiting and By the way Papa John's actually answered my phone call imagine that.

Horrible food and service. Immature front staff. No plates no knives...just a big joke to give horrible service. I will be contacting manager and whoever overlooks tgis franchise. Small cheese and boneless tenders took 35 min. And to eat there with two children was not fun. Especially when the staff is just as immature as my 3 and 5 yr old.

Order from here if you want a stale and ready to throw-away pizza. Appreciate the drivers and the delivery folks but if they deliver 10 orders in a single drive, the last one to get (which is me always) will get a very stale pizza all the time. This happened twice already. And both the times I got my pizza delivered after 90 minutes of order and after 1 hour of delivery driver starting to drive.

Appreciate the drivers and the delivery folks but if they deliver 10 orders in a single drive, the last one to get (which is me always) will get a very stale pizza all the time. This happened twice already. And both the times I got my pizza delivered after 90 minutes of order and after 1 hour of delivery driver starting to drive.

Employee raise her voice telling me to open the box but the way she said wasn't necessary to embarrassed me like it was my mistake. I never raised my voice or was not polite.

So we get it it’s 11:30pm. No more take out, just delivery. We come from fresno just trying to get some pizza.. they are not “allowed” to bring out their parking lot, they are not “allowed” to deliver to a gas station or commercial place?! Lady it’s not the first time I get Domino’s. I work right next to one.. and we get it “delivered” all the time. Idk if it’s the employee acting stupid or their policies are seriously restricted of doing any kind of business
