Gustavo made our night! We had to search for a dine in location after a long day walking. The menu had a good selection for these Covid-19 times and we enjoyed the pot stickers, fish tacos, and chicken and waffles. Gustavo suggested a nice wine to go with out dinner and kept us happy. Thanks for our only sit down meal in Niagara Falls.

Chill 443 is wonderful! A very modern and relaxing environment; the hostess greeted us with a welcoming smile immediately upon entering the restaurant; our server Paul enhanced the experience with his professional demeanor, friendliness and menu recommendations; the appetizers and salads are fresh and they go great with a whiskey (neat); the entrees are splendid -- tasty and good-sized portions; the desserts are heavenly; my family and I were in the Niagra Falls area for two nights and we ate at Chill 443 for dinner each night; I recommend the Chill 443 burger or the New York Strip or the street tacos -- and the apple pie for dessert; although not mentioned in this review of mine, the other menu options are good choices as well, because at a place as quality as Chill 443, you cannot miss -- a no brainer 5-star rating; check out Chill 443 next time you are in the Niagra Falls area to maximize your visit.

Food at the in Chill 443 bar, amazing. Drinks, indulgent. Bar staff incredible, Tom did an amazing job mixing drinks and keeping us entertained while tending to our every whim. These staff members really made our stay complete.

One of the nicer bars in the Falls, it has daily happy hours and discounts for locals. Happy hour includes some great appetizers and some great bartenders. Our go to place for afterwork relaxation. Dont let the fact that its a hotel bar deter you...hit the happy hour and be happy!

I told the staff the type family meal and pizza we wanted. They didnt blink, and went beyond the menu to make my experience great. Nevermind the pool table or dart boards we took advantage of. 100% recommend based on awesome staff

We were visiting Niagara Falls and found this place across from the hotel we were staying at. This bar is great! The bartender was great and the food was also. I will definitely go there again.

Food and beer selection were impressive and delicious. I loved the aesthetic. Tom and Phil were charming, charismatic and very attentive.

Gustavo was excellent! The impossible burger was so good, tasted like a real burger. This place had a great menu even with COVID circumstances. It was located in a very modern hotel, we stayed at a holiday inn express on grand island and found a 10% off coupon for this restaurant. The website says free parking but it is really close to the state park if you park at the state park for the day you can come here and then go back to see the fireworks right after.

Had an absolutely great second experience within two weeks of the first time visiting at this beautiful restaurant with amazing staff. This time Brittney served us with Kaitlyn who was training and they were both very polite and attentive! We were smart this time. We ordered the flatbread for happy hour at the same time as the fish and chips. The fish and chips is a huge portion, the haddock is perfectly battered! We also had the pork flatbread. The house wine is really good! Happy hour from 3 till 6 p.m. we got there after 5. Everything was perfect and we will return!

The food was amazing. Great portion size or just small plates give the allusion of it but I couldn't finish my plate. I had the first tacos mmmm yummy. Our waitress was very attentive. The guy who sat is made sure the table was sanitize for us. Over yayyyy experience. I'm going back tomorrow for dinner!

New well designed and trendy place, far better than others I saw on the US side of the falls. They have a good selection of draft beer. We had a burger and nachos, both were good. Nice place to spend time at night.

Chef Jeremiah has the best sauce called the chill sauce and on the wings it’s the best freaking sauce I ever had in my life and I was blown away from the sauce and the service 5 stars on the chill sauce my man

This chill 443 is a very trendy and happening place. We came here on a Tuesday evening and was able to take part in happy hour ... Well they don't have a ton of happy hour specials, they have a few that we capitalized on like flatbread pizza for $9.99 and half price wine or well drinks. So we started out with the buffalo flatbread which was amazing. Wife got the fish fry for dinner and I got the chicken and waffles for dinner that came with sweet potato fries and coleslaw. The food was absolutely amazing. Now we were there early like around 5:15 so the place was empty which is understandable on a Tuesday night at that time. You could tell though that the vibe was very trendy even without a large crowd. The amount of food we had, both of us were stuffed to the gills and should have been taken out on a wheelbarrow!! Spent Saturday night at Wyndham Garden was fun went to the casino received a clean room stopped at Chill 443, what a great staff they treated us well Ashley was personable and friendly and treated us like gold and we met Jeremiah he was a sweetheart, your staff at Chill 443 is exceptional we stayed longer than we intended as they were both fantastic employees and made us feel at home and welcome Kudos I do feel they both deserve a raise !!!! Loving your place will return to see them once again and recommend to friends !!!!

The margaritas are the most authentic and tasty ever!! Our table had salmon, caprese salad and lettuce wraps. All were fresh and plated nicely! Sweet potatoe fries were greasy. Atmosphere, pleasant!

My tacos were just ok. But the sweet potato fries and the syrup were delicious. They have a great variety of drinks and cocktails.

The food was very good, my coworkers enjoyed their salads and my food tastes good. That being said, the chicken I was served was undercooked. I told the server and he was very apologetic and brought it back to get me a new plate. The manager came over, apologized again, and comped my meal. The server and manager could not have been nicer! The food came back properly cooked and tasted even better. The price of the food is nice compared to other restaurants around the area - especially for those local to Niagara Falls. Even with the mishap with my order, I do plan to return!

Again, a little pricey but I felt it was worth it for the quality and portion size. We'll definitely go back for more of the delicious food and fun atmosphere and the pool table!!!

I went for first time today, place is beautiful, service excellent but I was so disappointed in the flatbreads. I was expecting a thin crust bread. It was very doughy, can’t image why the chef felt this was better. It wasn’t. Hope thet reconsider going back to original.

Exspensive for sure! Very limited menu. The food was good.

The food was adequate seemed pretty touristy to me. The parking situation was bad so we had to park a few streets over and pay for parking. Which sucked

Lunch & Dinner experience are great. The food is tasty, the staff is on point, and the games help entertain the whole family while you wait for your meal. The breakfast scenario, however, is rough around the edges. The AM staff seem to be chronically hungover and the food is the same as any basic continental breakfast at any hotel only it’s $10/ head. It is presented as a sit down buffet which is fine, but I found it frustrating having to ask for glassware and bacon refills on the buffet line having already paid and tipped for said service. We had a group of 7 so breakfast was $80+ for powdered eggs and Pillsbury biscuits. The restaurant and the hotel do not jibe well and they have some kinks to work out. I appreciate that that Chill 443 sees itself as a trendy place to ‘chill’ with friends over pub food and a few pints, however, it seems that they overlook the largely family based clientele of the hotel they are connected too and it shows in the operation.

Coffee sucked, served Starbucks but watered down

This poor review is only about the poor service of Brittney at the breakfast bar Tuesday July 2nd. 7:30 am. I'm a guest at the Wyndham Garden Hotel and Brittany was ask to help me to order breakfast for me to take to my room. Brittney was not capable to offer me a smile or a sign of courtesy at any time. She was rude taking my order, as she ask me rudely every time. She made me upset very quickly and gave my breakfast a bad start. I had previously been experience the restaurant and the food was great and the staff very pleasant. My wife and I came to celebrate our 38th wedding Anniversary to Niagara falls from Florida. Lily gets 5 stars and the restaurant gets the 2 stars due to these reasons. 1st. I am a Stout drinker and I ordered a oatmeal Stout. When I tasted it, it was watered down. 2nd. My cheeseburger was very nice looking, but tasted meh. The bun was stale and I hate frozen beef patties. I like fresh hand pressed patties. 3rd. Bacon was gummy, how do you mess bacon up? I never knew it was possible, until this night. My wife ordered a fish fry, she was ok with it. But she prefers fresh breaded/battered fish and not the frozen pre-breaded fish they serve here. Would I go back, probably not. I can Chill at way better spots in Buffalo.

The food was great despite no kids menu (it is listed as having one on the web page) the waitress was the worst, she checked her phone mid way through taking our order then repeated it back wrong, then took calls all night including during my daughter asking for a napkin and my husband trying to pay ! our food was delivered by the chef as she was out having a cigarette with some man who was sitting at the bar. The webpage says it's a cocktail bar, there is no cocktail menu. The waitress said she could make an espresso martini, was the worst one I've had and served in a cup. Floors were sticky and tables left un cleared as she sat having a drink. Very disappointing indeed.

Food was over priced, 20 dollar chicken was dry and chewy like a rubber boot! Truly felt like a rip off!!

Touching food with no gloves on is a no no for me. Cancel my order I'm out I'll take my business elsewhere

Hours of operation are wrong. We came at 9:30 pm and they were closed while hours of operation are till 11 pm.

Staff in the morningcrew is very unfriendly. Staff behind the bar is not friendly. Only the waitress during dinner was nice.

I wish I could go no stars. They charge 16$+ tax for breakfast buffet. Zero value for the money. Pathetic food. Stay away.

Nice little gem inside the hotel Jeremiah is doing an excellent job of revitalizing the menu and an awesome person and Ashley and Fran are two awesome bartenders and service is top notch they made our stay here that much more enjoyable also it's only bar food right now but very tasty and great portions keep up the good work guys will definitely be back and stay at the property again

Waited another 20 minutes and asked about how much longer it would be and it wasn't even started yet. Not sure what is up with this place, but will definitely not be back just to have to wait over 30 min for some chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks!
