This is a great place to eat, they all kinds of food, surely at least one of them are for you. All the culture can find something here, amazing stuff, affordable prices and wide menu are also other good parts. We had nothing we didn't like here. Strongly recommend this place. Thank you

Okay it's Dennys so atmosphere is typical. Food was great and service was excellent. Waitress was working her butt off by waiting on tables, clearing tables, seating customers and checking customers out.

Stephanie has been so hospitable at Denny's. It's her warm service even at such odd hours of the evening that's makes for such a wonderful experience here. She offered us the most popular options and even offered to pack the food for us and keep it for later. Thank you again

I got one of the healthiest things on the menu, the slow-cooked pot roast, with rice and zucchini. I should have asked for it steamed, but didn't see that on the menu, so next time. It was very tasty, a perfect blend of caramelized onions and mushrooms, and the roast beef was tender and plentiful. I'm definitely coming back here, out of all the dining establishments in town this one is right up there in terms of quality and value.

We went to Denny's on a weekday (Tuesday) around 5:30pm. No problem, service was great and real friendly. We did not have to wait at all. The table was clean and it was a matter of selecting what to eat. I was not too thrilled with how the cherry Coke tasted. The food was very good and tasted great. The seasoned fries were great. It was a very good experience and look forward to returning again.

I try to come here at least once a month for breakfast special French Toast bacon 🥓 and Eggs over easy with coffee. I usually have a different waitress every time and every one of them are very professional and very Busy only once I tried to leave a tip at cashier but my bank card denied payment and had to repay by bank card without a tip. Next time I have that waitress I will leave her a cash tip she deserves it

Stopped in with our touring band, another and a couple other friends. There were 15 of us at midnight and definitely caught the staff by surprise. They were very accommodating to push tables together and make sure we were taken care of. Our server was willing to split orders to accommodate split parties. We however had a baller in the group take care of the entire bill. Food and drinks were fast hot and dropped off at each correct spot around the table. Coffee was topped off and waters refilled promptly. Pretty sure the manager helped prepare our food which is above and beyond. I would absolutely eat at this location again.

Upon arrival we had requested a table that was in an area that was closing due to staff changes…The waitress with the sweetest personality allowed us to be seated there even though it was further away for her to service our table. My second request was a cup of coffee…it arrived with 3 minutes and we ordered immediately. Within 20 mins all of us had our meals brought with not one item missing and everything was hot! The food was excellent!! We all left so impressed by the service and quality! Thank you Dennys in Niagara Falls!! You rocked today!!

My favorite place to eat when I am in Niagrafalls New York, me and my fiance had a date night here and ever since I have been hooked. The food is always fresh, hot and tastes amazing. I don't think there is ever a time that I have had a problem with my food and if I ever did I know that they would fix it immediately. My favorite item on the menu is the value menu french toast, with eggs and bacon. Ever since I had it the French toast has become something I regularly want and now I'm going to have to learn to make it this good at home. My fiance talks about their country fried steak constantly, when he gave me a bite I could see why he loves it so much. The broccoli and corn also is something to write home about, it's fresh and has so much flavor. The servers are overall amazing, I have only once ever run into one server who I didn't consider great and that's after eating there 5+ times currently so that says something. Denny's is open 24-7 which is a plus, but keep in mind some menu items are not available after certain times. Definitely would recommend trying them if you are in town and give them a chance.

Had a craving for some USA Denny’s and we were not disappointed. our server was MIA G and she was super pleasant, friendly, and attended to us very well. She made sure we got everything we ordered and it was right, her cheerful attitude was very much appreciated and made our time here extra special. Food was perfect! ***Updated 12/24/2018 Visit - Our milkshake was MUCH better this time. Glass was immaculately clean. We didn't ask for anything special, we didn't even mention our recent mishaps. It's possible that we visited on a bad night. Maybe they were short a dishwasher or something? The staff is always amazing at this location. They make Dennys feel like a local joint, instead of this coporate giant. Kudos for that!! 12/19/2018 Visit - We were given nasty silverware with crusted green food stuck to the knife and the napkin. Then, we ordered a milkshake and our glass had red drink syrup on the inside of the cup. Food was decent and our server was nice.

We're on vacation but after trying a few local places who only took cash, we had to settle for Denny's. Everything was good except the cook must have seen my Juventus jersey and he must be an Inter Milan fan. My omelette came out Burnt to a crisp, the meat also as well as my hash brown as well. Everyone else's food was perfect tho. Deducting a star for that. Otherwise everyone was good and helpful there. The waitress was good as well. Great coffee for the regular brew.

There never seems to be enough wait staff on Friday and Saturday nights at the Niagara Falls location. This night was no exception. I waited about 10 minutes to be seated, which is reasonable under any circumstances. While I was waiting, an individual entered the restaurant…I initially thought he was there for a DoorDash order. Instead, he walked to the back briefly, then came out with menus to seat me and another party of four. He introduced himself as Chad, immediately took drink orders and checked to see if they were out of anything (a nice gesture before people order stuff and are disappointed). He was back in a flash with the drinks…in the meantime, had cashed out two people and seated another group of people. My food arrived in record time. Chad refilled my drink then left me alone to enjoy my meal. He was all over the section non-stop… taking orders, bringing food, seating people. I was definitely impressed. Overall, my late night dining experience was a good one. I will definitely go back if Chad is working.

As delicious their food is, their service is one of the slowest! Three times I went there, every time they were 10-15 mins delayed. Don’t think they are short stuffed, they are just roaming around. Won’t recommend if you are in a hurry!!

My son treated me to breakfast the other day. He wanted to go to Denny's. Who doesn't love breakfast anytime? Kids young and old certainly do. Free birthday meals, novelty kids drinks and milkshakes. My teenage son had a chocolate banana shake, chocolate chip and banana pancakes, and a Grande Slam. He was thuroughly satisfied. I went for the Caramel with seasalt and banana short stack. My food was equally satisfying. 👍🏼👍🏼 My only negative notion would be the restroom. It was dirty, old, and unkept. My recommendation? DENNY'S, renovation time — and more emphasis on hourly upkeep in the cleaning Dept. 👎🏼

The food was different. We have always gotten the grand slammich from Denny's but it has definitely changed. Didn't taste the same as the southern locations.

Found my loaded veggie omlette to be extremely greasy. It presented well, but at times it tasted like they just dumped oil in it. The service was okay. I wasn't bothered for the most part. However, noticed the servers did not listen when I said I didn't want more coffee. Don't think I will be back to this Denny's! So, I did brave this Denny's a second time. Ordered the same thing. Was not quite as greasy as the first time.

The food was mid, sent back the fries once because they were raw and mixed with old fries that were cold. Server was cold to my husband for no reason. Another server saved the day for us, saw the issue across the room, came over, understood and fixed the issue. Continued to check on us even after our server showed back up. Thank you to the blonde server with the big bun on 8/3 around noon.

It is now 7am Saturday December 6, 2025. I had called Dennys Friday afternoon and asked to speak with an in duty manager, the woman on the other end of the phone immediately asked me what my name was without letting me know if a manager was on duty. I told her that my name was Tina and that I had a group of coworkers coming out for breakfast between 4 and 4:30 in the morning (Saturday). I let her know that there would be 15 to 20 of us. I informed her that I wanted to give them a heads up so that we did not cause too much stress on their staff so that they had enough time to be prepared for such a large group at one time. she clarified before we hung up that I would be having 15 to 20 people attending 4 o’clock in the morning on Saturday I said yes and she stated that she would write it down for the nighttime cre, we had 19 total guests. There was one cook and one wait staff on duty and no one in the building had been informed in any way of a large party being expected. I had asked and apologized that she was not given notice. The waitress on duty did her absolute best to accommodate us and I sincerely hope that we were able to take care of her appropriately, but I do want to make it known how disappointed I am that management was not able to accommodate both my large party and Denny’s staff by informing them ahead of time that a large party would be coming in. Half of our party ate before half of our party received their orders and half of our party left before half of our party finished their food. We do intend on making this a regular thing. I also intend on continuously making sure that I am informing the staff a day ahead of time and I really hope that management can find a way to get it together.

Visited with my family. Mia was our server, you could tell she was over worked and trying her best. It took over an hour to get our food, which came out barely warm. Every table in our section was left dirty, not cleared or cleaned up. 2/4 of our group has been sick today post eating at Denny’s. Hopefully this isn’t a consistent issue with this location and today was just an off day. Also please bring back Gluten Free bread. The menu is so limited otherwise.

I work overnights, ordered my breakfast, got all the way home.... No toast. Luckily I picked it up, and called the store to let them know . A very nice manager, Amelia, offered to make some and have me pick it up now, or a free slice of cheesecake tomorrow when I get off work... that was very nice, so I took her up on it! Ordered delivery. I knew it would be faster to go pick up but after a day of traveling that was the last thing we wanted to have to do. I selected utensils and napkins to be included and we got none. I also never received part of my order but was still charged for it. The food received was fine but the missing food and utensils was frustrating. Eating there would have likely gotten us better results.

This is a terrible place to go for breakfast on the weekends. The wait is over an hour and you are rushed out in a way. The service is very good though. Id rather pick it up like everybody else

First time visiting Dennys in the Niagara Falls NY area. There is a large variety of breakfast choices. The Slam breakfast choices starting at $5.00 is reasonable. I find that the Coffee is overpriced -- $3.99 U.S.. This is almost $5.00 Canadian. Noticed quite a few customers were drinking water.. Will definitely return minus the coffee.

Service was friendly but slow. Understaffed. Wifes 2 pancakes were cold. Couldn't return them because nobody came to see how our food was. I had a single blueberry pancake which was $8. Our entire meal breakfast came to 81 dollars for two people, partially because we had to give a minimum of 18% tip. I used to love going to Denny's. But no more.

So I’ve sort of learned this place is a hit or miss and I know it’s my fault for ordering on a holiday but they were also open and I was certain to tip well even for a takeout order. Was feeling the season so did the turkey dinner, seeing the picture looked acceptable and knew full well it wouldn’t be AS spot on but did not expect the strange concoction I got instead. Also, forgot to include the cranberry sauce. Boo. Should’ve just have went for the leftovers in the fridge.

We went at night to location 8118 and it was not busy at all ...we ordered food and received fries that were over oily and it was obvious that the oil was old. When we addressed this with the waitress, we also addressed the fact that the hash browns we received were almost raw under cooked (can provide a picture). When the waitress came back without a word laid the new fries at our table .. .... The fries were fried in the same oil so still had the smell and hardness to them ( could not be eaten) and the hash browns now came burned. I think what i don't understand is why did Denny's cook, waitress and the other 3 people working and hanging out in the kitchen see this plate of burnt hash browns and over fried/oily fries and think it was acceptable to give to a customer?? That's not the quality i expected for what I paid. Offered to forward pictures of the hash browns the raw and the burnt and our receipt as an example of what we were expected to accept as food to eat. Very disappointed at our experience Update- it's funny how my formal complaint wasn't addressed but when I post to Google, I get a response right away. I went here the other day and only ordered a diet Coke, and the chicken "tenders" with fries. My bill came to $29.77... WHAT?! That is completely unreasonable. On top of that, the chicken "tenders" have been changed to an even cheaper version of that they used to be... At least they used to be good. These new ones are greasy, salty and hard! No, no, no. I will not be returning. Charging handmade prices for frozen fried foods, or simple things like eggs and toast that I can make at home... The poor server was charming and doing her best, but nope.

I was visiting from Canada this weekend and wasn’t this as I’ve never experienced this before. We waited over two hours just to be seated and served, even though the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy and had dozens of visible empty tables. When our food finally arrived, it was cold and the wrong order and clearly had been sitting for a while. The staff seemed disorganized, and there was no sense of urgency to get things moving. Definitely not the kind of service or quality you’d expect from a big chain such as Denny’s, and I doubt I’ll be returning anytime soon.

Went to Denny’s today waited10 minutes to be seated they seated couple that just walk in the door after us we got seated I ordered chocolate milk got a half a glass cold scrambled eggs a piece of bacon it was so tiny and toast with NO butter on it my friend got coffee cold eggs and toast with no butter why is there only 2 waitresses on in the morning who ever does the schedule should not be doing the scheduling Annmarie is great give her a raise for being only waitress on in the mornings

Absolutely awful meat on my omelet was overcooked and rubbery. My friend her eggs were so under cooked that the the eggwhite was still clear. Sent it back only to have her food still on same plate with the raw egg running into the rest of her food but the "new* eggs cooked. So ended up just throwing the towel in. paid $49.53 for 2 meals, one of which wasn't even safe for an animal to consume let alone a human. Definitely won't be going back.

After reading a number of reviews I can see consistent similarities that the response from the owner is generic. The responsibility of customer service, food quality, and overall customer satisfaction sounds great when written but means absolutely nothing when I can find the exact same reviews from a month ago to well over a year ago. Today I travelled with family from Canada and of course hearing all of the good things about other locations we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, it was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant. Terrible service, 50 minutes for 4 people, 1 server for more than 8 tables, paper cup for my coffee, and last but not least garbage food. The waitress stated she was stressed and then proceeded to grab MY napkin to take our order. The sausages tasted bad and the food has absolutely no seasoning. With all due respect to the owner I would have rather ate in the restroom at the gas station on the way up. To end off my review, I have decided to take this one step further and contact a local inspector. To top off this beautiful review I have also reached out to a good friend who happens to be one of the largest restaurant and food reviewers in North America. I cannot wait for this episode because it is going to be great! Thank you for your time and honestly, no need for a response unless you are going to take responsibility and take action.

Bought a chicken salad to go, got it home opened it and the gave me 1 small cube of chicken. It literally was a 1 inch cube. Lol. The dressing was a disaster. Lol it's a salad I don't understand how you can mess up a damn salad.

I ordered salmon, it’s took an hour and eight minutes to cook it! And they brought undercooked fish! The first time I had to ask for a straw for juice, then napkins, there was no service at all!!! The waitress didn't even think to bring me a fork! It was just the worst experience! I was left hungry, lost my time and money!!!

Did not get all my food and it was not right i ordered biscuits and gravy with gravy.On the side, the biscuits were hard.The gravy was not on the side.People just don't know how to freaking read anymore. I wonder how long this restaurant will stay in business now that the new owners have taken over. I would like my money back

Sad to say, our experience was definitely not up to their usual standard. We arrived around 9:45 AM.First waited to be seated for over 5 minutes. Finally seated, order given , coffee delivered within 5 minutes. No problem. About 10 minutes later an extremely large group came in . Waiting, waiting and still waiting. Finished our pot of coffee at 10:15, asked for more and asked about our meal which was put in at least half hour prior. When coffee delivered we were informed that they were working on it now, that she (the waitress) forgot to put our order in. Delivered within 10 minutes. Eggs were cold , pancakes had butter on them requested dry , hash browns were suppose to be extra crispy, got extra cold instead . Suppose to get ham got bacon instead. Extremely disappointed. We were here in plenty of time to get our order placed before the big rush. Definitely not their usual standard but as a consumer not acceptable. I get they got busy, but not to put an order in and didn't realize it, until something was said, makes this customer unhappy. They very well could of used more help as it was obvious that the waitress was running around.Will we come back for breakfast again, I would say yes, hoping that this experience was not the norm.

I'm wondering why you are posting a menu on your Google Maps site for this Niagara Falls, NY location for 55+ when the server doesn't honor it ? Plus She's rude about it when politely asked.

The food is awesome, it is really sad that the customer service we got from an asian woman was awful. She is really rude towards big groups of customers.

If u want a good meal without the astronomical prices this is no longer it. Almost $50 for 2 regular hamburgers no cheese water and 1 drink, plus tip and that means look elsewhere. They don't even display the meal deals. Looking elsewhere..

The staff are terrible the manager is accountable for everyone else. Ordered a build your own omelette that comes with a side and pancakes the waitress told me that it’s not free and she would charge me I had to pull it up online and she still didn’t want to.Turns out I was right. After that my husband asked for his same meal every-time the bourbon skillets because of the good portion size it comes with at every other Denny’s, When the skillet came the chicken breast was for a baby it comes with two but it looked like one cut in half it was incredible he asked for a different one the manager came out and told him thats how they are they are not bigger and that she won’t make the whole meal again but brought another piece of meat basically not her problem and the people behind us their chicken was big lol I think she could’ve handled it better he didn’t want everything re done just the chicken. If I was a manager I would never serve any customer a size of chicken like that.

Drove here from Michigan, had to wait for a table to be cleaned before I could be seated although almost every table was vacant but littered with trash and dishes as well as the floor. Noticed the waitress had to clean a table for every customer as they came in. Ordered the berry slam, she asked me if I wanted bacon or sausage, I told her it comes with both and she said “well yeah but I prefer to ask which one you want” I said both, she apparently chose bacon for me because that’s what I got. Pancakes were soggy even though I didn’t get the cream cheese inside, I got a drizzle of fermented strawberry syrup and a dusting of powdered sugar. They decided to give me cheese eggs instead and to compensate for the order being entirely wrong they knocked a whopping $4 off my $45 bill. The people at the table next to me were vaping and she knew this then proceeded to let them take the metal silverware home. When the boss showed up from wherever he was she started pretending to work. They put pick up orders and DoorDash before dine ins because those were a revolving door while the only three tables with customers sat for almost 2 hours. 12-26-24 1:30am to 3-30am

$19 for an absolutely awful breakfast. 1.5 pieces of bacon. Tiny sausages and some undercooked hash browns with a texture I have never seen before. No bueno
