Great place to grab lunch or a refreshing drink. The prices are not too bad, like most of the other restaurants around this town. The service was pretty good considering it was a very busy lunch hour. The brownie I ate for dessert was awesome!

I always wanted to try Tim Hortons fast food, though I know it isn't healthy, but I wanted to know why this place to so popular. The food is no different then any other fast food place, but it offers a nice variety of sandwiches and donuts. The store itself is nice, roomy and clean, no complaints at all and the service at the time was good, so no problems. The surprise hit here was the Spicy Thai soup, I hesitated at first as this item on the menu does not make any sense, but when I ate it, the hit of light spice and aroma was perfect. I loved it and would recommend that soup to anyone who likes Asian soups.

We sampled a few different coffee drinks and it’s on par with Dunkin’ They have these donut holes they call tidbits and these things are delicious. Our favorite flavor was the creme brûlée filled ones. But even the regular iced and birthday cake ones were really good.

Finally tried Tim Hortons. Not sure why it took me this long, but this was my first Tim Hortons experience. Went in expecting a bit of Dunkin’ vibes, but it actually felt more like a Canadian version of Starbucks. Just way cheaper. Tried a few drinks, and honestly, all of them were just okay. Maybe I’ve lived in Boston too long, but I’d still take Dunkin’s Original Blend over any of them. Their new Loaded Breakfast box with scrambled eggs, sausage, and hash browns was fire though. That drizzle of chipotle sauce gave just the right kick in the morning.

05/16/2023 I ordered a Bacon and Egg Biscuit, 10 Timbits and a $2 Caramel Latte off the app. The sandwich was dry and tasteless. The timbits didn't have much flavor either. The caramel latte I'm neutral about as it's neither bad or good. There were 8 employees in the store. But the dining area floor, which was filthy with food crumb. First and last time I go to Tim Horton's.

We don't have one close by, so this was a treat for me. I listen to true crime podcasts and most of the Canada ones mention TH. I was very curious about it. It did not disappoint, donuts were good and pretty, coffee was delish, I had the Crème brûlée latte and the kids had hot chocolate, they were all so good. The place is cute and clean, this specific location had a fire place, perfect little corner to enjoy a cup of coffee on a cold afternoon.

This was our first visit and our last visit. The donuts weren't good not sweet enough and a different texture than we are used to. The iced cappuccino was alright but didn't have much of a coffee flavor. The omelette bites were horrible.

I visited from Michigan and we have Tim Horton’s everywhere. I usually get the Caramel Ice cap. My family ordered as well, everyone in the vehicle got sick and then I got sick when I arrived back home. I’m disappointed because the place was clean, the service was exceptional but maybe someone didn’t wash their hands or skipped a machine cleaning. I can understand the location and traffic probably gets busy but Tims has never made me sick like this one has. I hate giving reviews of this kind but damn it sanitize your machines!

From PA and had never tried food from a Tim Hortons. Stopped here on our way to Niagara Falls. The location had a relatively new appearance. We placed 5 orders for lunch with soup and sandwhich combinations. The employees seemed overwhelmed by the orders even though they weren't that busy. We waited at least 15 to 20 minutes for the first order to be made. The food wasn't very good and some of the paninis were so burnt the bread was black. Also, I watched the manager of this location "clean" a table by wiping the debris to the floor with a paper napkin. Looking around, most of the locals were ordering coffees and pastries no lunch items. I would not recommend this place for sandwiches.

I think it’s little ridiculous that you charge 50 cents for extra whip topping and this is what you give me , the same amount as if I didn’t pay for it. Instead of worrying about your drive thru, why don’t you have you staff read the screen correctly and when some pays for extra it means extra and to top off my crappy experience the person that is working the window might want to say hi instead of just standing there waiting for my payment . Start a conversation with the customer, they are paying your salary, cause if it wasn’t for us you wouldn’t be in business.

We were not at all impressed with our service or food. I ordered the croissant, bacon, egg sandwich, and my husband ordered a number six. Once we were waiting, I got my food and coffee, and my husband got his coffee, but never got his food. Also, the person who rang us up was not paying attention, and the location was not very clean and the staff were not very professional. Will never return. The hash browns were hard, and my breakfast sandwich was not good at all

I came to this Tim Hortons in August 31, 2025 , they were around 8 employees and nobody was in the dining room, except for me lining up for my order to be taken.for around 10 minutes they keep ignoring my presence until I asked if anyone can take my order. The one who took my order seems not to know what she was doing , she just wanted to give me what she wants and not what I'm ordering. The manager during the time had a very defensive and rude attitude, in this Tim Hortons the client is not right by any means.

1/20/26 Cant get an order right if they tried then when called to see if i can come back to get somerhing re made i was told NO because no supervisor was on staff the staff member i was talking with gave nothing but attitude very slow and rude service not spending my money there anymore the workers seemed to be more worried about loomkng at phones instead of service

Came in here 10 pm on 08/03/2025. I came indoors to place an order and after waiting for the (I assume) manager to finish a sandwich, she comes up and says “I’m not taking any food orders just so you know”. After grudgingly taking my order a person emerged from behind the store who appeared to eat all the leftover donuts at night and said “why are there so many customers (2) in the store”. The manger then proceeds to lock the door behind me makes my drinks as fast as possible. She also appeared to get into an argument with someone behind me on why they’re using oat milk. I don’t know who’s hiring these people, but they’re sure not fit to be fast food employees. It’s shocking to see the difference in service with Tim’s just across the border, 10 min away.

This location always gets my coffee and my orders wrong. My pumpkin spice latte is 50/50 either it's right or horrible wrong.

The customer service at Tim Horton's has really gone downhill. I ordered a large coffee along with an egg white/ swiss wrap and she gave me a medium coffee with a wrap that I don't even know what it was with hash browns and sausage.... Is anyone managing them?

I ordered a Cinnamon Caramel Apple and I was very specific in the order , still the attendant give me a late with no Cinnamon Caramel Apple toppings , when she served I told her that is not what I ordered, then the attendant told the manager and the manager told her that was my mistake for not ordering right. I also ordered half dozen of donuts and she didn't even bother to ask what type of donuts i was selecting. The staff are more focused in the orders at the drive thru than the people who are walking in the restaurant. Terrible service and bad attitude.

Older lady who took our order was very kind (although she did mess up the order but we just didnt say anything due to how stressful it already looked.) But not sure how any of the staff are supposed to feel comfortable working here or do their job proper when there's another manager or someone who thinks they're a manger screaming throughout the kitchen the whole time. I get it things get busy everyone needs to work together but she is so incredibly rude to the staff and it just makes the customers experience uncomfortable as well. She also said things like "same thing u do with everything else" and "dont just stand there do something" in rude tones infront of all the customers. She definitely ruins the experience and you can very clearly see how stressed and unhappy she makes the other staff. I think her name starts with an F or something. Awfully unprofessional.

Went in before 5:00 pm. Ordered a sandwich on a bagel. And asked for some extra mayo. Bagel was hard as a rock. And there was so much mayo on it it was seeping through the bag. I asked for extra mayo… not half a bottle…. Who grabs a hard as tick bagel and thinks that’s okay to serve a paying customer??!?!?!

I don’t normally complain. I got a large chilli and it had a big hair in it. And had a an everything bagel toasted with herban garlic . I got cinnamon raisin toasted butter when I was home . All good hopefully next time they take better steps . Get the order right.

They remade my drink three times and still didn’t get it right!!!! I’ve been drinking an iced capp without whipped cream my whole life and everywhere else they understand me, but here they keep removing the cream from my drink and no matter how I explain it, they don’t get it—even when I’m showing them with my hands. Honestly, if I could give -5 stars, I would. They completely ruined my mood for the whole day.

Asked the guy to unlock the family washroom since the other only washroom had been busy for a long time so instead of unlocking the door, he rudely said "I can't open it" and walked away. Is this how your staff is supposed to respond? Why do you have the extra washroom when you don't want to give access of it to your customers?

Unbelievable. This location actually tried charging me $0.20 for a cup of water, even though Tim Hortons’ own policy clearly states cup and ice water is FREE. When I pointed this out, the manager still insisted on charging which basically means either they don’t know their own company’s rules or they’re just ignoring them. I’m attaching the official Tim Hortons policy here so the manager (and everyone else) can see it for themselves. Pretty embarrassing when a customer has to educate management on their own policy.

“Tim Hortons, we know you can do better I’ve given this Tim Hortons multiple chances (5551 MURRAY STREET), but unfortunately, the food quality has always been worse, I’ve had to drive back multiple times to ask them for fresh food. So disappointing. You pay so much and they keep giving you trash. I have tried driving to different locations in Niagara the one on Stanley 5233 Stanley Avenue it’s the same story there as well. Coffee tasteless, cold, watered down. Chicken so dry and old and rubbery even dogs won’t eat. Drove twice today got cilantro lime chicken bowl was horrible just look at the chicken strips yourself so dry. Went back again to complain and ask for exchange this time they gave me fresh strips and undercooked rice. I work down the street and I found this place to be convenient. Called the store and spoke to Supervisor “DIVI” when complained he said “I asked if the bowl looked good” obviously it did look all good like they threw in fresh chicken strips but rice was undercooked do I now stand there and taste my bowl? After explaining him how frustrated I was every time they mess up my food he said “Give me your name and I will make a note to give you a fresh bowl when you come next time” The items often taste stale or poorly prepared, and staff seem rushed or inattentive. It feels like there’s little care for the customer experience. I used to enjoy Tim Hortons, but the standards at all Tims location really needs to improve both food standards and customer service. Hoping management takes this seriously.

I went to this location to use the facilities. Only the family washroom was available (the others were closed for cleaning). I waited some time to be let in. To my surprise I was greeted with the toilet seat up, bowl full of urine and brown stains on the back of the porcelain rim. I no longer felt the need to use the washroom. However, I did manage to snap a few pictures on my way out.
