The nuggets are trash, they were cold just like the fries. Put em in the microwave they were like rubber. Way to much fillers in this. In the night everything u get is cold except the sandwich. It's cool I'll go elsewhere from now on. Also love how everything got smaller.

my son bought bacon burgers wraps fries and onion rings and it was awful. the oil that it was fried in tasted old. think twice about going there. personally, i threw it out

I placed an order at the Grand Avenue Burger King in Baldwin. I asked that they ring the doorbell, when the food is delivered. The food was left at the bottom of my stairs, in the rain, the bag was soaked. Food had to be thrown out.

Was here on 10/26/2024. I mobile ordered my food ahead of time, before I got there. I was waiting in the pickup area for over 20 mins. As I was waiting, others who ordered at the counter placed their orders and got their food before me. After I said something, their excuse was that people counter ordering were first. Yet I was there before them? Tell me how that makes sense. It wasn’t even something crazy, it was a simple nugget kids meal. Know what else is ridiculous, they didn’t even bother offering ketchup or anything like that. This place is a joke.

I ordered the royal crispy wrap for the first time and they gave a small piece of chicken that was basically non existent and the tortilla barely had lettuce I asked why is the chicken so small they said they cut half of the chicken but it was more of the end piece. Very unacceptable McDonald’s wraps were never that disappointing. I hope Mcdonald’s brings back their wraps and makes BK lose business.

Over all the restaurant is nice, but the manager there I believe her name is Tania. She doesn’t serve the best customer service, she’s pretty rude. I’ve worked for customer service all my life so I know the deal. This manager doesn’t treat customers right and is standoffish. Which makes me wonder how she even got the managing position in the first place. If your someone who’s trying to just grab something quick please don’t go to this location. As if this manager is on duty You will just not have the best experience. Not friendly !

This is honestly one of the worst burger kings I’ve ever been to. Not only was I waiting in line for 30 minutes but I found mold in my chicken sandwich. And later suffered from food poisoning.

Had to take my kids and leave - left our food on the table because they allow people to consume alcohol and smoke in this establishment. Several bums inside watching television and sleeping as well.
