This is eat in or take out at most locations.you choose the toppings they put on your sandwich.not a lot of tables to sit.

I too found their employees rude.They will not accept coupons either.

Went here around 7pm and vegetables were not fresh. Tomatoes tasted old. They also don’t accept coupons.

Employee behind the counter kept cursing infront of my 12yo daughter and made fun of my daughter for not telling him what she wanted on her sandwich.

The service was care less and apathetic! They do not offer the subway promotions and it is not shown upfront!

people do not speak english working there and did not know what’s on there sandwiches and put cold veggies on a toasted sandwich

Offered grilled subs, doesn’t grill them, just toasts them. Also never puts the veggies in the sand which before toasting so you get cold vegetables on a hot sand which. It’s the same employee that fails every time

I’ve been going to this subway for a long time and never had problems. I order the same sandwich like I always do, and at the end, I noticed the price was much higher than usual. I asked the worker why so much and she says because she put in extra food. I never asked for anything extra and she says oh I’m sorry maybe next time but you have to pay this. Terrible service! I’m never coming here again until there are better workers

They were out of bread today and that was the last straw. The workers are rude, they refuse to take valid coupons, and you have to beg for more than a sprinkle of a topping. You wanted olives? You get two olives. You want more olives? You now have three olives.

Employee refused to take coupon. Said footlong pro is excluded. I did not order a footlong pro, just a regular steak and cheese hero. It does not say anywhere on the coupon that regular steak and cheese is excluded. If you don’t want to honor coupons speak to corporate to list on the coupon that your location is excluded! Horrible customer service!!!!!

I was there maybe 30 minutes ago and I opened the door to walk in and a HUGE COCKROACH CAME CRAWLING OUT THE DOOR!!!! I booked it back to the car DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I’m going to do take a 3 hour shower now.

Ordered through Uber eats they started making the order when I got through the door! What’s the point of ordering online on top of that they are so cheap with their portions it’s a family owned business they’re all cheap it’s honestly terrible. Never getting again.

WHATS THE POINT OF ORDERING AHEAD IF U DONT START IT UNTIL I WALK THROUGH THE DOOR. Very frustrating. No apology, no eye contact, nothing. The Philly also barely had meat, mostly onions and peppers.

A place in order to doordash through Subway Jerusalem Avenue in Merrick I never received my order but they took my money out of my account for the order I keep getting text saying that it was delivered and I never received anything so I went down to the store they said they never received the order so I don't know who use my name but it came out of my account and somebody got free food tonight never again through doordash you can forget it. I keep getting text saying that my order was delivered I don't know who they delivered it to but I never got it I spoke to doordash and they said that they going to refund my money we'll see.

My experience at Subway was terrible, the food is great but the people who are taking the order are very rude. The person who was taking my order today 8/22/2020/ was touching the food and the computer at the same time. I tell her to change the gloves because she was going to touch my food again. I don’t elk her because of safety to change the gloves and she said that if I want to be safety I have to cook at home. Nobody can tell me where to eat and I think that was very disrespectful. If subway don’t get money the girl it’s not going to have a paycheck.
