Evio's Pizza & Grill

I had been wanting to come here for some time and it was good. Unfortunately it was raining the day I went but it seems like they have a great setup to enjoy the outdoors. We had half and half pizza, half Popeye/ half margherita. I would love to come back for the entertainment they have on some days. It was Wednesday, so my wife had half off on drink.

Glad I has the pleasure of attending this Y.E.S event. There is parking available. Inside decor is super cute, like a garden. We tried the evios passion, lemon drop and a lychee martini. All delicious and packed a nice amount of liquor. Btw, they have happy hour EVERYDAY and always some kind of daily special. The mozzarella sticks were fried just right. The pizza slices were plentiful! Thin and crispy. Had the pesto chicken and honey hot. Both 10/10. The lasagna was ok but I feel there needed to be more sauce especially since the noodles were thick. The flavors were there though. Garlic knot also was good. Everything tasted fresh Definitely recommend and definitely will be back

bsolutely amazing experience! The attention and service were exceptional from start to finish — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention to Osvaldo, whose service was truly outstanding — friendly, professional, and made us feel right at home. The food was simply delicious. I highly recommend the Luca pizza and the tuna tartare — both were full of flavor and beautifully presented. The ambiance was also sensational, with a great vibe that made the whole evening feel special. Can’t wait to come back!

This is a very special place! The service is amazing, our waitress was very well informed about the menu and how the food is made and what goes with what. She made amazing recommendations and was taking her time talking to us. The kitchen and bar are doing an excellent job. The food is FRESH and everything is made to order. The decor is very well chosen and creates a welcoming vibe. Altogether an excellent restaurant. 10/10!

I came for the first time on a Thursday night and there was no wait. We started by Adding a order of wings with the Evio's sauce which were perfect! For the event I tried the Evio's traditional margherita and the pesto chicken pizza and I loved both slices. The slices are huge and super filling. My mom tried the meat lovers and the supreme and they were both packed with toppings and said that they were really good. Additionally I ordered the watermelon rush cocktail and my mom had the Biscayne which was delicious both! My boys ate a order of chicken tenders and fries and 2 cheese slices and also enjoyed their food. Our server was nice, but could have been more attentive.

Pretty good Mediterranean and Latin inspired restaurant with tons of options at decent prices. We got the Mediterranean inspired gyro pizza and the pesto chicken (both $30 for 18 in). Both were delicious. The lemon pepper french fries which were pretty good. They have also have steak, sandwiches, spaghetti, lamb chops, salmon etc and a customizable charcuterie board. They have ample outdoor seating and a daily changing happy hour menu and deals.

After leaving the Afrikin mansion, we found this spot by chance. The gyro and the burger were delicious. The vibe is beautiful—natural plants, a lovely tree, and a calm atmosphere with soft music perfect for conversation.

The crust was good however, the sauce was very acid and there was way too much garlic. So much that the kids didn’t even want to eat it and they are not picky. I, myself, had to remove all toppings and sauce and so did my husband. Note that we are adventurous eaters and that it is really rare that we don’t like something. The service was very average - it wasn’t clear which waiter was assigned to our table and one was clearly upset at the other bcz one took the order and the other seemed to believe that it was its section. As customers, we shouldn’t be in the middle of this. Finally, when the check arrived, 20% tip was automatically added and we were not even a large party. It wouldn’t give us the option of modifying it unless we would ask the waiter to do so and we didn’t feel comfortable to do so. In the end, it was our first and last experience at Evio’s - the food was not good and costly - even for Miami’s standard for a restaurant like this on biscayne with nothing special to offer- the situation around the service was very uncomfortable and the fact that the tip was directly added at the high rate of 20% without possibility of modifying it was very arrogant. We do not recommend.

Now it’s a modern almost “fine dining” experience, except the food hasn’t changed. I ordered the spaghetti parm with chicken. For one thing the chicken was incredibly small and thin, and chewy in some parts as if it was just sitting in breading for days before it was cooked. Not to mention definitely overcooked also. The pasta was alright at best, not bad but definitely not something worth $18. As well as the fact that the bottom of the plate was drenched in watery sauce. I wouldn’t say this speaks for all of their food, as I tried the gyro my friend got and it was quite good. But it was also the same gyro I tried years ago before Evio’s totally changed the place. That being said, this pasta would be acceptable at the old Evio’s, but for the price and look of the new one, absolutely not. If you’re going to revamp the place and increase prices, at least increase the quality of the food as well. Very disappointed.

I stopped in on Sunday a little before 7 PM and had a terrible experience. The guy at the front taking my order was unbelievably rude — no greeting, no basic courtesy, just attitude. The pricing felt like a rip-off too: the burger came with no sides, and they charged $7 for a side of sweet potato fries. Between the awful service and the overpriced food, I regret spending my money here. I won’t be back and don’t recommend this place to anyone.
