Went through drive-thru for a singular bean and cheese burrito. Female proceeds to tell me the total was $5. I got to the window, I asked her if she got my order right. One Bean and cheese burrito. She said yes and then says, "only cash". She was literally scamming me so she could skim the difference and steal the money.

Why would I leave you a message on a different email? I already told you how bad your customer service is here, just try to fix it instead of leaving generic replies with no intention of fixing lazy employee’s and poor customer service. Went in about 9:45 11/07/2025 to order, and I don’t like ordering from the kiosk, especially since it looked like they haven’t been cleaned in days. They leave you standing there knowing you want to order, then when you ask if someone is going to take my order the little guy doing the least amount of work while the two women are working their hearts out say use the kiosk, I said I don’t like them he just rolled his eyes like the lazy person he is. I walked out. I will go somewhere else that wants to work. When AI and automation take your jobs don’t sit and cry because now you’re making the $10.00 an hour you deserve, $20.00 an hour and you have attitude. You should be grateful you get paid a decent wage to have no skills.

This place is always good to me but i specifically asked for no cheese on my burrito and it messed my stomach up and made me late to my appointment. Attention to detail is important and I don’t think the crew was paying attention or the person that took my order didn’t input it. I’m really disappointed that I was let down like this. They need more training or something because if I was lactose intolerant not sensitive I would’ve sued.

Customer service just doesn't exist at this location. You are forced to use the self checkout kiosks. I consider myself tech savvy, so it wasn't hard to figure them out, but while I was waiting for my food I watched multiple people struggle with them. This ended up making the lines for them longer and an employee finally had to take their order for them. Make these kiosks optional and keep an employee on the register at all times for those that can't or don't want to use them. If you are going to force people to use them then offer them the employee discount since we are basically doing your job for you.

I ordered 39 value tacos for 12 hungry kids. I was very disappointed with how the tacos were prepared. It was more taco shell than anything. Not even an once of meat, cheese, lettuce barely anything. Luckily I had ordered pizza. I will never go back to this location.

The only thing good about the visit was the food. There is pretty much zero human interaction as you are forced to use the self-service kiosks, and there's nobody working the front counter. I'm not an employee, nor do I get an employee discount, so why should I be forced to do the job they're paid for by petty much taking my own order. You would think the service would be faster this way, but it took just as long as normal, if not longer, since they seemed focused on the drive-thru window instead. There's not even an order number or phone number on the receipt to complain to the Del Taco corporation.

AUGUST 1st 2023 Taco Tuesday, took a bite out of my taco, thought I was gone need some emergency dental repair, them dam shells were harder then the rocks we got out here in desert hot springs. If y’all gone eat here just make sure ya got ya insurance up to date. These shells outta do some damage

6 months later they tell me you had to announce your first name not last name to pick up delyeah mobile online order ?! They say they don’t have the online order for 30 minutes after it’s been received via your email and posted on the bank account Charge furthermore, they don’t have the common sense to ask you for your first name to verify your order as if it’s not written on the email online order app the female Hispanic is rude through the drive-through cashier the big one not the most friendly service understaffed and slow service if your gonna use the app go with pick up not drive through unless you have a lot of time to burn 🔥

Order the new quesadilla guacamole chicken taco absolutely no guacamole. Vegetables were not fresh let alone it was extremely difficult ordering at the window because the person did not understand what I was saying. Totally a frustrating experience on top of that. I tried to call and tell them about the taco’s and more than once nobody answered 🤦‍♀️
