Quick service even with a very short staffed restaurant. Food is very hot and fresh. They will always make sure you get the best deal possible as well!

Drive through is my usual go to for most fast food, this location is always fast, friendly and efficient. I order big and they always get my food out accurately with a sense of urgency I appreciate.

Love their one dollar drinks! Sometimes the people are rude who wait on you even though they are getting paid handsomely for working there these days.

Had to order through an app for delivery today... grub hub canceled my order right way and had to use Postmates. Couldn’t Modify my order the way I wanted too so I had to call the restaurant and Leonarda help me out a lot. She made sure my food was made just the way I wanted it. Five stars for her 👍🏼

Pretzel burger is gooood! Fries had too much salt but I also prefer less salt on my fries. The bacon on my burger was perfectly cooked unlike chewy soggy bacon at some fast food spots. Plus the medium size sodas and fries are a very large size compared to their competitors.

I love this place. Always quick, fresh and they never forget the bbq sauce for my nuggets lol. It’s the little things. I only use cash because the way they charge your card takes three days to process and it drives me nuts to see the “pending” charge for that long. But that’s just me. I’ve forgotten about it and overdrafted my damn account before (because I’m an idiot) but that’s not their fault lol.

Wendy's is a tradition for years now. Great place to get a good old-fashioned well-made burger. Go for the triple cheeseburger with everything on it. Ask for it well done. Treat your family! Yummy, yummy!

Great location, the Wendy's has been remodeled and is very comfortable. I always get my food fast and fresh. The Employees are very polite and professional. And they do a great job keeping the dinning area clean!

I'd never been to Wendy's before, so it was a great surprise to find it was so delicious. One of us had Dave's single, one Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and one the chicken nuggets, plus all had fries. All the sandwiches were great and the nuggets tasted more "real" than other fast food places. We also had frosties, which were the ice cream on the cake. Will definitely go back again!

Due to my diet. I only allow myself 2 fast food places a month. And for my 2 places. I always choose Wendy's breakfast and get the maple bacon chicken croissant. Had not been there since the CA pandemic mandates began. It was as excellent as before. Super clean inside, restroom not locked up, friendly & polite working crew, fast service, sofa fountain open, no rap music! I'm a senior who doesn't drive & it's far for me but was well worth it. i don’t know why this wendy’s has such bad reviews because this is genuinely the best wendy’s i’ve ever been to. i’m a student at csun so i come here honestly once a week at any time. i’ve been here at 10am, 3pm, 5pm, 10pm, etc and everytime the food SMACKS. there is literally never a line in the drive thru and if there is, it’s like max 2 cars and it moves super fast. i never have to worry about being late to class if i stop for coffee or something because it moves that fast. the food ALWAYS hits. the burgers, nuggets, frosty, it just always hits so good no matter the time. i’ve never gotten a bad batch of nuggets here (maybe fries but i don’t rlly like wendy’s fries in general). so i don’t know why people are saying this place is bad. it’s not. it’s awesome. it’s a fast food place so i don’t expect the workers to be the friendliest people ever but they’re nice enough and they get my order right and that’s all i need. to be fair though, ive never actually been inside this wendy’s, only the drive thru. so i cant talk about what its like inside. BUT THERES NO POINT IN GOING INSIDE BECAUSE THE DRIVE THRU IS THAT GOOD!!!

The service was so nice here! I came here on a Saturday night at 7:00 p.m. on my way to a play. Then came back again at around 11:30 p.m. and the same guy was still there. The guy working the night shift by the drive-thru window was very sweet and kind and the food was hot and good. This is my favorite Wendy's in all of the valley. Shout out to the staff great job! 7.18.25 - thank you to Bernardo who helped with my order when it was incorrect due to me making a mistake. He was patient and kind and very fast. I've had consistently excellent experiences at this Wendy's location. The service is truly exceptional, with friendly and courteous staff who always make me feel welcome. The food is also consistently well-prepared and delicious. I've never had a bad meal here, and the quality is always high. This is my go-to "gotta have a fast-food burger right now!" place. I usually just grab a cheeseburger and fries, sometimes a small creamy chocolate Frosty or the perfect chocolate chip cookie! 4 stars because it isn't healthy. Haha!

They took my food order and got everything right. The wait wasn't too long in the driver thru. Only problem I had was that I requested condiments such as ketchup, bbq, and ranch. Once I paid I asked that they make sure it was in the bags, cashier promised it would be. Then Ibget my food. Had about 5 bags of 4 for 4 my the family. I asked again as they gave me my food. They said everything is in the bag. I asked again before final bag is given to me. I didn't have time to look as 5 bags on my lap and kids were hungry. We drive out of the drive thru and nothing not even 1 ketchup packet! My fault for believing their words and not double checking the bags which I normally do. Oh well lost a star for that! Everything else was fine. But come on get the condiments in the bag. You asked me when you took my order.

We came here in the evening for a quick drive through meal. Wendy's has always been a favorite. We got through the drive through quickly. Our order was ready by the time we paid. The order was correct and the employees were friendly enough. The food tasted as expected, but the price was rather high. $22 and change for 2 medium chicken sandwich meals.

First time at Wendy's in a long time, It was alright. Not bad, but I prefer other fast food places like in n out or even McDonald's. The burger I got looked way more appetizing on the menu and kinda looked nothing like the picture in reality. I know that's typically a thing but the burger I got looked a lot more disappointing. I know they do have healthier options here and I use to grab their grilled chickens all the time after leaving the nearby gym. Overall not bad though.

The service I get here is absolutely stellar. The ladies are friendly and food comes out quick and hot. My only real gripe is the small drive through, granted the lot it's in a pretty small as it is. It's not made for anything bigger than a mid-sized suv, so beware when trying your luck with anything larger.

1st time, place is clean, mixed crowd of old and young, this location seems understaffed, the drive through is busy. Loads of parking, no uni sex bathrooms. The have a big screen, but it's off right now.

I used to love Wendy's, it's still good sometimes. I miss their old fries from over a decade ago. Not sure what is exactly wrong with this Wendy's, but it does not hit the spot.

It was not as good as in the past. The fries were cold and greasy. Hamberger was on the cool side also. Service was OK, but nothing special. I won't be rushing back.

Quick service but we come at least once a week and always have a problem with them not wanting to give the sauces we ask for. At drive through they ask what sauces we would like and they never give the correct ones. Once, the Manager was giving food at window and when we checked the bag, she gave us one similar in color I’m guessing maybe to trick us or something soo we asked for the right one, she said they didn’t have any more, then the drive through worker came to try and give us the correct one and the manager told her no because they didn’t have that many anymore so they had to make them last all day. we then said we will pay for the 2 sauces we wanted and she said no. The problem lasted about 4 minutes and the manager was just arguing with both the worker and us that we couldn’t have more sauce. This is the only wendys near my house and that is the only reason we keep coming but it’s very annoying having this problem literally every time we go.

I was disappointed. There were posters on the windows driving in, and I went out of my way, to try their breakfast. When I asked about the biscuit sandwich the employee told me they don't have breakfast. We ended up with double cheeseburgers at 10:30 for breakfast on a Saturday. With everything that is going on I'm working from home and usually only go out about once a week. With that in mind, I was really looking forward to trying something new that has been very heavily advertised. Started my day and my trip on a disappointing note! Please try harder. If you are going to push people to go to your place above others that are open at least have what you've told them to go there and get!

I understand the cashier was trying to help me save money but she changed my order & left out my order of fries. She also pushed for my tiny grandma to get their gigantic water tank, large drink. I had to tell the little blonde, annoying but sort of nice cashier I still wanted a small. She doesn't listen.

I tried placing an order through the app for curbside pickup and the order would not go through. When I switched it to drive thru, it went through. When I got to the window, I was asked to park and they will bring the food out in, "well, I do not know how long". The employee was very polite and upbeat, so I give her credit. But as I usually do with this location, something is always missing in my order.

Had some coupons in the mail today. Decided to have a Wendy's dinner. I normally go to drive thru , but today I parked and walked in. Not a good idea. Young man taking the order was not very happy with his job or maybe the coupons or was it the weather... no idea ... not a pleasant visit.

Unreliable hours and payment system. They close an hour oe more before their advertised closing time, regularly. Their credit card system is constantly broken. 40% od the time I go I have an issue and leave hungry.

The food is good. The service is not. I also have attempted to order inside during open hours to find the door locked. There's one girl though that is really good with getting you in n out promptly. Day shift

Out of all the Wendy’s I’ve been to this one really gets on my nerves for the beer facts that they don’t take Apple Pay and they just wait until you get to the window at the drive thru to tell you. And for some reason another they’re always out of barbecue sauce or other condiments

Great prices, terrible employees. They got my order wrong, for the third time in a row that I've been there and that would've been okay if they didn't proceed to argue with me over the food. The food here is just as good as any Wendy's this place has an issue getting my order correct. My last 2 times my other was not difficult, didn't add or remove any items.

I have eaten at this Wendy's many times, and up until about 2 months ago the food service and everything was up to par, but as of late, I can't seem to get a decent meal out of there. Either my french fries or ice cold or my potatoes in the morning are ice cold or my breakfast sandwich has a mountain of mayo one day, or the next day it'll have no mayo whatsoever. I will miss this Wendy's, as the employees are very friendly, but I will not put up with a morning full of frustration because of Wendys.

We went to this Rick & Morty drive thru at Wendy's.It took 7hrs. & they got the order wrong & the food was not good.If I hadn't been the one driving,I would have left an hour into it.

This location does that stupid thing where they make you wait at the window you pay, even if no one is in front of you. Guess its for their quality control timers. Also with the price of food these days. Who dosent accept 50's and 100's? If you cant break it, charge less. Theres a reason people wait 10x longer in the chik fil a line next door even when this drive thru is completely empty. Customer service goes a long way.

Stopped cause my son wanted to eat here. We walked in and there was one lady already at the register waiting to order. From the time we walked in, the lady and us waited about five minutes before someone came to take her order. After taking her order, the employee walked away without saying anything and my son and I waited a few more minutes. She finally walked over and took our order with a disgruntled look on her face. We got our food a few minutes later, and it was good. Customer service definitely needs to be upped here.

There are no marked spaces and the parking lot is incredibly tiny. I hate when fast food places ask you to do this just to artificially boost their drive through speeds.

I did not have a good experience this time around at Wendy's. I put my mobile order pickup for around noon because I had a reward for the 6pc nuggets. When I got there and went to the mobile pickup area, nothing was there and all the employees just looked at me without helping. The lady taking orders was putting in order for a family of 4. After like 5 minutes, she told me that their mobile order system isn't working so to cancel my order. I told her I used a reward so she told me to wait for another lady. The other lady didn't come talk to me until another 5 minutes later. She said she'll make my order since I couldn't cancel it. It took about 10 minutes for her to make my nugget order and it was suppose to be a 6pcs but she only give me 5pcs. I rarely come to Wendy's and after this experience, I'm better off going elsewhere.

Generally, they are ok but it takes too long to order during lunch and except value menus, it's not worth it. Baconator I got was smaller than double stack and bacon inside was same as Jr. Bacon cheese burger. Wasted $8. Disappointed.

Disappointed. I had tried the bacon biscuit for the first time at the Palmdale location 39580 Lowes Dr, Palmdale, CA 93551. The Devonshire location biscuits were chewy and a bit hard as though the dough didn't rise and they were over-baked leaving them hard. Sausage biscuit was a mess. Bacon biscuit neatly placed. Eggs overdone. Definitely will not be returning here. I think the Devonshire, Northridge location could learn a thing or two from the Palmdale location as theirs are fluffy, buttery and baked to perfection inasmuch that the muffin melts in your mouth as they should.

I cant believe this place. First they had raw bacon on my sandwich. What the f#@$. The drive thru is a joke, they hold everyone back so the timers look good for corporate. Try wiping off the drink cup before giving it to me so I dont have a handful of soda. This place is a joke.

Went to this Wendy's on Devonshire St in Northridge this morning as my family has been dying to taste the "Breakfast" Baconator sandwich. The young man taking the order had me repeat Breakfast Baconator and he repeated it as well. After payment I was asked to drive up and wait. A few minutes later a young woman came out and handed me some bags asking me if this was my order? I repeated my order and she said Baconater, yes, this is yours. I cannot tell you how disappointed my family was as we were doing a taste test of the breakfast items and there was no Breakfast Baconator. Now, I would have gone back but I live in Mission Hills a distance from Northridge and because of the wet weather my family did not want me to go out again. Being that the law has increased minimum wage and fast food workers are making more than ever before don't you think they would be able to get your order correctly? Very Disappointed.

Messed up our order and had to make line at the drive through all over again watching our food get cold. Tried asking for a refill since I finished my soda waiting and was denied, not even to compensate for the mistake. But manager Mario doesn’t think so, I hope that’s their name, didn’t seem confident when asked for a name. The girl who works the counter/ Driver Thursday is very friendly. Sucks the company is too worried about making profit. They have them consistently working with very minimal staff. Which can't be very hygienic and we ( customers) suffer.

Ordered through the Wendy's for dilivery online and not through a dilivery service, only half my order arrived. It was delivered through doordash. Because I ordered this way we could not confirm our order. When we call the vendor nothing, when we call doordash nothing. Bad service, bad quality, and a rip off for those that can't complain. Do not order dilivery from the order.wendys.com or you will get screwed.

If you are coming here for the Frosty's, well.. you might want to skip it. UNLESS.. you like them "soupy". We've been coming here for years, the Frosty's were always great. You could order a large and enjoy a nice frozen spoonful from beginning to the very last scoop in the cup. The first few disappointing visits we thought our timing was bad and it just hadn't yet chilled all the way. But after making a point of coming at various times throughout the day, and finding the same problem, we realize that they're either purposely making it this gross consistency, or the chilling system has been failing for months. Either way, they've lost our business.

The employees at that Wendys are very careless one of them being Maydelin J, and get this she is a manager, when My husband asked for orange juice to give to me because of my diabetes my blood sugar was low b she told him to wait he had his money out and said at lease give the juice before she pass out she said call 911. Go figure I will never going back there

I love Wendy's. But this particular Wendy's almost never gets the order correct. I had to go back more than once to have my food corrected. They do not offer any kind of reimbursement or any kind of compensation for the fact that they mess up. And they know that they mess up. It's unfortunate because I don't want to have to drive all the way across the valley to get Wendy's.

Ordered food thru the Drive Thru asked cashier at pick up window if everything was in the bag he said yes ,I asked if the straws were in the bag since this stupid law came out that you now have to ask for straws which is Freakin Ridiculous in the first place. Anyhow I get home and get everything out of the bags to feed my kids and 1) No Straws 2) My order is not in the bag 3) No receipt in the bag so I can call them to rip them a new one so I had to Goggle their number and ask to speak with the Manager told her what I got and she said yes I remember the 3 kids order .I told her I didnt get my order or straws or my receipt she said come back and I will get you your order and Apologized and blamed it on the new male she hired and said it's his first day .I told the Manager every customers order should be made sure they get what they pay for this is why it's a drive thru because your in a hurry plus it was raining. I like Wendy's but didnt apericate the screw up that was made from the new employee.

Same as all places they never get the orders right. I caught the mistake and they still said I was wrong. They gave the hamburger I was missing and half way home I decided to check. Yup, they forgot another item again, had to drive back.. horrible service. The manager had to nake the order herself again, and I had to wait again.

Told the server several times, plain burgers on all the orders. Plain- plain and plain. Just the meat & cheese & bun. Unfortunately my English my was not clear enough for him to relay to the people in the back making my food? Soaked in mayo & my family was not happy. You wonder if chic' filet next door will put them out of business? Probably not cause the over flow & long lines brings people here. Listen to your customer & attention to details may keep your doors open & yourself employed.

My recent visit to Wendy's for a cup of hot coffee was disappointing. The service was incredibly slow, and it took an astonishing 12 minutes to receive a simple cup of coffee. The staff members were rude and seemed disinterested in providing efficient service. This lack of attentiveness and professionalism made for a frustrating experience. Overall, I was thoroughly dissatisfied with the service and would hesitate to return based on this encounter.

Although the food here is nice and usually well prepared. Their inconsistencies are intolerable. I hate that I can't come here knowing if they'll make something the way I ask or not. it's been a waffling occurrence and it really stinks. Everything is fine except for the rude manager who is on duty. Not sure her name but she is always awful and does know what Customer Service means. I work in the same shopping center and I work in customer service and putting your finger to a customer who is just simply waiting to ask a question about picking up food and then having a manager say nothing, ignore, put their hand or finger to shhh us so they can do what they please. Highly unacceptable service. With that being said I hope I never see her and I'll save myself the hassle.

I used to live in this area a couple years ago and this Wendy’s used to be so good. I stopped by in the area to grab food. Asked for extra lettuce on a burger and got 1 leaf, I guess that was to much to ask for. The salads were wilted. Got to sodas that were room temperature with 3 pieces of ice floating at the top. This was sad considering it was 105 degrees out and warm sodas were horrible to drink. I threw them out. Overall food was poor quality and the ladies at the window were not friendly at all. They basically jolted the food at me and then shut the window. Sad that this place went so downhill. It used to be friendly and good food.

We came for the SpongeBob collab meal. It was very packed, which I expected. We did a mobile order to avoid the line. There was nothing special about the meal. It was just a single cheeseburger fries and a melted frosty. They were also giving away stickers which I found out afterwards. We didn't receive any but saw plenty of people after us get some. When I asked about them they said they were only giving out a few and they suddenly ran out just then. I would think they would want to give them out to kids but I saw plenty of adults getting them after we got our food. This collab was horrible, and I would not return to this Wendy's for any other special event.

The lady workers are using the restroom and not washing their hands, they just wetting them and coming back on the floor to cook .. this is the 3rd time I've seen it in a month of me using the restroom.... I've told the manager but unfortunately I've just seen it again today, which prompted me to leave a review and I think I may be calling the health department.... Disgusting

Went to this Wendy’s branch last Sunday (9/12/21) around 11:30am. Food is like any other Wendy’s branch that I’ve been to (as it should be). Place is decent - floors swept and mopped. Tables are also clean, probably because not a lot of people were dining in (or if it’s even okay to dine in). One thing I’d like to point out is that the staff who was taking the order was not so friendly. She was either not paying attention or was very good in making herself look like she wasn’t. I wish I took a video of her making faces / rolling her eyes when a person in front of me was requesting for something to be removed / added on his sandwich - not cool and not very professional. Even if this person is having a bad day, it should not be an excuse to act rudely to customers.
