Thank you to the Cheddar’s team for supporting the West Broward Girls basketball team during the season. They did a phenomenal job ensuring they had a complete meal prior to the start of the game.

This is our second time eating at Cheddars since they recently opened. This time it was a 10 out of 10! Our server Justin was excellent, the food was hot and had great taste. We went at 6p and got right in, when we left at 710p there was a long wait.

Been to cheddars a few times different locations and they are always pleasing. The crossaints are always the best and a must. Broccoli casserole so good. Monte Cristo the best 👌 Service is great! I signed up for membership and got a free dessert for my birthday too.

The Cheddars near my house in Tamarac closed but I’m happy to make the drive to this Pembroke Pines location. The restaurant is spotless the staff is amazing and the dishes are fresh and delicious thank you Cheddars for serving us and the community you are amazing

This restaurant was surprisingly amazing! The bread they bring is a warm croissant with a sweet sauce poured over it. I'd go there just for the croissant it was that good. We started with the Caesar Salad and the Baked Potato Soup. I wish the soup came in a bigger bowl it was that good. We also ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrapper and the Country Fried Chicken. The buffalo wrap was a lot. I would go a step further and say you could share it. It was also very tasty and stuffed. The fried chicken was amazing! The chicken itself was perfectly fried and the greens beans were the BEST I've had in ages. Don't let it's looks sway you from tasting it. We'll definitely go there again.

The location is nice. The food was reasonably priced. The food was flavorful. The service was a little slow. We asked our server a few questions about our drink and never received an answer. The rolls were delicious. The drinks were great too. The pricing on point.

First time going to a Cheddars and I wish I had gone sooner. Food was great, I had the steak tips with mashed potatoes and the chef actually cooked mine to the correct temperature which a lot of places struggle with (medium rare). Pur server Mikka was attentive and very kind. Would return here.

We visited Cheddar's in Lake city, the food was excellent. We did not know anything about this restaurant and now we are so glad we found it on our way to Destin. Service was out of this world, our server made sure we had all we needed....so happy to find there is one in Kendall and one in Pembroke Pines ......

If you want to have a very nice dining experience in Pembroke Pines, than you need to go to Cheddar's. They gave us complimentary honey butter croissants that melted in my mouth. We started with the Spinach dip appetizer and enjoyed the fresh crispy tortillas along with an ample supply of spinach and salsa. Next came the Cesar Salad and the Salmon Entree. You know it's good when the Salmon flakes are soft and tender. Just the way I like. Unfortunately, I was full with the chips and didn't have room for dessert, but there is always next time. I wanted to add that it was a Saturday night and the place was busy, with that said, it was a short wait and the place was clean and Great Service.

Our waitress was Victoria and she was absolutely fantastic, just a delight. Happy to be there and make excellent recommendations, she suggested the Fall Of Baby Ribs... AND WOW. DELICIOUS. Every Sunday and Wednesday, My church fellow will pick a restaurant to eat. Ever since the new management change we constantly don’t switch to any other restaurant any more because Cheddars went up another level. I use to eat here, back in 2016 with my family, the food, atmosphere, overall made me realize an difference in Cheddars. They provided nearly best service I’ve never experienced from any restaurant or kitchen. Thank goodness for the manager Sydney. She’s absolutely doing an excellent job & can’t wait to go back.

First time here I was pleasantly surprised the food was actually excellent service was very nice everybody was very warm and kind. The biggest prize was the bill it actually came out lower than expected because of the quality of the food most places I would have spent a lot more money for half the quality of the food I definitely recommend this place and we will definitely be back.

Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen is a family-friendly chain serving American comfort food with a Texas twist. This new location in Pembroke Pines is the third to open in South Florida with the other two locations located in Tamarac and Kendall. This restaurant gives similar vibes to other popular American restaurant chains such as TGI Friday's and Chili's, however Cheddar's provides the advantage of having a scratch kitchen, meaning the food is created from scratch (versus being prepackaged) giving it a better taste at an affordable price. Both main entrees which we ordered, the Chicken Tender & Coconut Shrimp and the Classic Cheeseburger, both tasted good with an equally favorable portion size and fair price. Two Honey Butter Croissants are provided to each table for free upon arrival and if you sign up to the restaurant's eClub membership at least 24 hours prior to dining at the restaurant then you will receive an email for free Chips and Homemade Queso that can be redeemed in your next visit. This is a great casual restaurant to bring your friends or family for a good time.

My first time here. Solid service and clean place. Split the ribs with the folks and the shrimp appetizer and we had left overs ! The ribs were great but could have been a bit softer truly fall of the bones. But very delicious!! Recommend for family dining. Next time will try the Mac n cheese !

Me and my family had only been to Cheddar's once and this was during a trip to Orlando. The food was really delicious and we remembered how the price was not so bad, so was a suggestion for us to go again. We had an impromptu plan to meet up with our family friends and our kids who are all the same age. The ambiance in the restaurant was great and they set us in a perfect spot for us and our total of 6 kids with lots of energy and excitement to enjoy ourselves. It was not as busy as we recall when we found out about this location months back and they were too busy for us to wait. Our server, Kenika M, was awesome. She was so attentive of us and our kids and very patient and helpful. She brought out some honey butter croissants for the table and they were so warm and delicious. I had the New Orleans Pasta which has shrimp, chicken, and sausage which was awesome with the Cajun flavored Alfredo sauce. I had the limited addition Strawberry Paradise Punch but it was blah. You can't taste any vodka or anything else. Was more lunch a regular strawberry fruit punch so I don't recommend as it would be a waste. My Hubby had the homemade chicken pot pie and said it was so good. He had that with the broccoli cheese casserole and ate it up so quickly. Definitely looking forward to coming back here to try other menu items such as a T-bone steak.

You get bang for your buck! I came to this restaurant several times and they never let me down. First of all, they serve croissant with icing and it was absolutely delicious. It was warm and we wanted more if possible!!! My wife and I ordered Country fried chicken and Fried shrimp and chicken tender. Both dishes were served hot and nice. The best part is that the price is very reasonable. These days, everything went up but this place you get your money's worth. The dessert, chocolate cake was humongous, I mean, huge. We could not finish even one third of it. I will definitely will come back.

A wonderful environment with a huge fish tank by the hostess station. The food was superb , they gave free croissants with icing, and it melts in your mouth. Came here for the first time with my husband and we were honestly beyond satisfied with the food. Our favorite appetizer hands down was the spinach dip with chips and the tenders. My husband ordered a t bone steak and that man spoke about it for 3 days, his exact words were "i never had such a flavorful, tender steak" we will definitely be going back. 10/10 I highly recommend.

First time in this place, I chose it because of the score it had on Google and I really loved it. Everything was delicious, we ordered two main dishes, one was chicken and the other meat. Each dish included two sides and you can choose the one you like the most. Before the meal they brought us some very delicious croissants, they tasted like butter. The table service was super fast and the girl who served us was very friendly and was always attentive to our table. There is enough parking and you don't have to pay to park. I will definitely visit another Cheddar's scratch kitchen 😋👌🏻

My colleague told me about this place that’s only 15 mins away from me and it was my first time hearing and going to Cheddar’s! Great place for food and drinks too. The atmosphere is amazing and they have a bar area separate from a more traditional family seating area. The cheese tots are seriously delicious 🤤 and so is their signature croissant.

Went for the first time back in 2022 for my graduation and coming here has been for personal special events. The whole menu is amazing, from the honey-glaze croissants, to the appetizer sampler, but the one item I recommend you to get is the Strawberry Iced Tea. No other restaurant I know offers this type of iced tea, and if they do I doubt they make it as good as them. The atmosphere is something that's underrated as well. Theres always a darker ambience that's great for a date night. I couldn't recommend this place enough to anyone who hasn't tried it.

This restaurant is fairly new and of course this was our first time here. Place was nice outside and inside. Clean and tidy. The minute they sat us they gave us complimentary warm honey butter croissants that were delicious. The drinks were great, big and flavorful as well, high five to Tatiana the bartender, she definitely knows know to make a great drink, she is just awesome. I recommend trying the margaritas and the Painkiller drink, it’s a must! We started with the trio sampler appetizer and it was so yummy especially the chicken tenders! We also ordered steaks and salmon and everything came out very good and tasty. Prices in general were very reasonable as well I dare say. And finally we gotta say the service was excellent, Kathleen was awesome, friendly and attentive. Anyways, we had a great time here and will definitively return soon.

Decided to come here for lunch. My girlfriend and I decided to sit at the bar as waiting to be seated was a 15 minute wait. You can tell who was really hungry. Our server was nice and she help my girlfriend with some recommendations. For starters we were treated with the Honey Butter Croissants which were on the house! Those croissants were super delicious, then we ordered the Wisconsin Cheese bites, another wonderful dish. For the main meal I decided to get the country fried chicken with a side of red beans and rice, and the mashed potatoes. The chicken was served on top of a Texas toast. Everything thing that I had ordered was served great! I definitely recommend this dish. As for my girlfriend, she had the buffalo chicken wrappers with a side Caesar salad. She enjoyed her food very much too. We both enjoyed the ambiance and the establishment was very clean, this particular location was opened about a year ago, so everything looked almost new. We will be coming back!

We were given a warm welcome and within 2 minutes of sitting, we were greeted by a lovely waitress. She was kind and so professional that when we found out that she had just ended training a few weeks prior, we were shocked! They gave us those super fresh and delicious croissants within five minutes of sitting. The food came out quickly. It was hot and yummy comfort food. No criticisms. It's a great place to bring your kids. They have a screen with games at the table and you can order appetizers and pay your bill. We'll be back. My visit here was amazing, the food was the bomb. Everything was fresh and flavorful. Me and my family enjoyed our food. The ribs were fall off the bone and the tenders were amazing as well. Been here quite a few times. My experience has been the same everytime. Consistent. We had the spinach dip and cheese bites for the appetizer. Very tasty. 10 out of 10. We ordered the salmon. My man rayed it an 8 out of 10. My daughter had the ribs. It was very tough unfortunately. Definitely not falling off the bone and she could barely pull it apart. She ended up using a knife to wade through the rib fibers. The pain killer was strong if you're into strong drinks. The star of the show as always is the biscuits. Yummy. 20 out of 10. This restaurant turned out to be a pretty great surprise for a casual date night. The place smells clean the moment you walk in and has a warm, inviting vibe with that fish tank 😀. The reception staff seated us quickly, and our waitress wasted no time bringing drinks and our appetizer. We started with the creamy spinach and chips, rich, flavorful, and with just enough kick to keep you dipping long after you’re full. Definitely a must-try. For the main course, we had the Southern fried chicken with gravy, mashed potatoes, and green beans. The chicken was freshly fried and bursting with flavor. The green beans looked like they might have come from a can, but somehow they were super soft and still delicious. The shrimp pasta Alfredo, however, could’ve used a little more zing, it was good, just a bit shy on personality. We washed everything down with the $3 Bud Light special and a house margarita. The margarita did show up with a sugar rim instead of the salt we asked for… and our server didn’t offer to swap it out. Oh well we survived 😄. Overall, the food is what makes this place shine, and it’s good enough to bring us back again. Next time we’ll just double-check the salt.

The food taste to price ratio is really great here. The grilled salmon with the bourbon glaze tasted so good! The staff was very friendly and courteous! I took a star away from atmosphere because there was an annoying fly near the bar. Will eat here again! 😋

Absolutely wonderful dining experience overall! From the moment we arrived, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for a great meal. Our hostess, Isabella, was exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and made sure we were comfortable right away. The food was impressive across the board. The 14-ounce ribeye steak, cooked medium well, was perfectly seasoned and incredibly flavorful—tender and juicy with just the right amount of char. The Wisconsin cheese fries were a crispy, cheesy delight, and the complementary sweet croissants were a lovely touch—soft, warm, and just sweet enough to be memorable. We did have a small hiccup with the chicken—it wasn’t properly tempered the first time and came out undercooked. However, the manager handled it right away with professionalism and genuine concern, quickly correcting the issue and ensuring everything was perfect from then on. The drinks were also a highlight—both the peach iced tea and the strawberry iced tea were refreshing, flavorful, and clearly made with care. They paired beautifully with the meal and added to the overall enjoyment. Despite the minor issue, the swift and courteous resolution really showed the team’s dedication to quality service. We’ll definitely be returning!

The hostess was so upbeat and made us feel welcome from the start. Inside is modern and spacious. Our server was helpful especially since this was our first time and attentive. We got the pineapple coconut mule and the island tiki. Both drinks were tasty with a generous pour. The cheese bites just melt in your mouth. The complimentary honey biscuits are tasty. The New Orleans pasta was well seasoned and surprisingly had a good amount of meat. My sister got the regular shrimp Alfredo and wanted the Cajun Alfredo sauce but the explanation the server gave of why that couldn’t be done didn’t make sense. We got the skillet cookie for dessert and i think I expected it to be better than what it turned out to be. The cookie was too thin and it wasn’t hot, the cold ice cream made it just a lukewarm dessert. The pastas also were not hot so not sure what was going on with the food temperature . This was a super affordable and delicious meal

Very friendly and efficient staff. I ordered off the lunch menu, chicken pot pie, and a side of coleslaw, along with a half and half sweet/unsweetened tea. The food was very good. The crust was tasty and flaky with a lot of veggies and huge chunks of white meat chicken. The only reason they missed a 5 star rating on the food was because there was a noticeable amount of gristle in the meat. Not enough where it impeded my ability to enjoy the meal, but a noticeable amount. Overall, it was a great weekday lunch experience. Oh, and you are provided a delicious complimentary honey glazed crossaint!!

Long time customer review : I went in the afternoon, there weren’t a lot of other people or servers so maybe that’s why the place was a little dirty. I can excuse the dirtiness IF the quality of my food was up to par. First off, my steak shouldn’t be leaking blood into my rice. Second the rice portions here are LAUGHABLE. Every time I order a dish with rice I know that I will be disappointed, every time. The rice portions are barely anything compared to the rest of my food. That desperately needs to be changed.

The food was delicious, order the ribs it was fall of the bone and the BBQ sauce was perfect. I did find that the sides were very small, just a few bites and the portion of the side of fries from the Monte Cristo sandwich was stingy. The Painkiller is absolutely amazing, very sweet and they do put a lot of ice but is always a must have. Also got the Coconut Pineapple Mule, it was ok, but would stick with the original, it was too sweet. Three stars is because of the service, it was poor, not attentive and had to ask for everything from an extra plate to napkins and they it took forever for the server to bring it to the table. I like the food from Cheddar's and would probably go back but might do take-out next time because the service was not worth it.

The staff was friendly and the food was ok. The fried chicken tenders were nice and crispy. The baby back ribs had some dry and some tender meat. The bacon cheeseburger was good. The fries were ok.

Please hire a detai cleaning company to deep scrub the carpet. Could barely enjoy my food with the smell. Salmon and rice were well seasoned. Broccoli was bland and over steamed though. 3/5

Not recommended for large groups. I usually have a good experience here but my last one left me highly disappointed. I came here last night, Saturday Nov. 8th, with my family to celebrate my birthday. I’ve been here many times and had a great time so when my family asked where I would like to celebrate my birthday, I immediately thought of cheddars. We were a group of 10 so I know that we usually have a bit of a wait, when the hostess advised it would be a 30 minute wait, I accepted as I knew that might be the case- especially on a Saturday night. However, my 30 minute wait ended up being a 1 hour and 20 minute wait. No, I am not exaggerating. Towards the end of the wait I was checking in with the hostess and her first response was “we’re waiting for the group that is seated where we want to sit you, to get up”. Then, a while later I asked again and I said, “ could we just split our group up, we’re really hungry” and she said “the group just paid, we’re going to clean the tables as soon as they get up” . A few more minutes pass by and the hostess said “okay we’re cleaning the table” and finally 1 hour and 20 minutes later we were seated. The weird thing is we never saw a group of 10 walk out, and when we got to our table it was just 2 tables put together so I am not sure why it took so long to sit us. When we get to our table, it was not “clean”, there were crumbs in the seats. As soon as our waitress came, we put in food and drink orders because we were all really hungry. Our 6 alcohol drinks took a very long time, which the waitress apologized for. After that things were a lot better because our waitress was extremely nice and pleasant. The food was delicious, as always. Sadly, it just seems like this place is just not equipped to handle big groups. I was so excited to bring my family here because it’s great food with large portions at reasonable prices, but this last experience left me extremely disappointed. I don’t like how the hostess kept pretty much lying to my face. I feel that if it was taking so long to sit a big group like ours, she should’ve asked me if I wanted to split up for faster seating. This is not my first time going out to eat with my whole family like this, which is why I know there will always be a wait but never like this. The only reason we stayed is because about 45 minutes into our wait, I called nearby restaurants and they all had a fairly long wait and we didn’t want to start the clock over. So long story short, if you have a group of 5 or less, I highly recommend cheddars, but if you have a group of 6 or more you might want to make reservations elsewhere.

Second time coming here had better experience 1st time in the restaurant. The wait time was crazy was watching football game and order in start of second half of game and food didn't come out until halfway through last quarter. The food i ordered which I recommend the country fried chicken. The person i was watching game with got the ribs and he said they were dry. I tried one and it was like eating a church's or Popeye chicken biscuit without a drink over cooked and dried out. The server took our order then would dissappear for like 15 to 20 minutes. There was half the ribs left because couldn't eat them. I saw two couples leaving the bar area because the person wasn't working behind the bar but more in the back with other employees watching a football game or talking with each other. The 1st time here the server was a nice older lady that made me feel like I was eating at grandma's hose. They need more people like her not the children that was there today.

This place has a lot of choices, I asked a recommendation, the bar tender suggested the chicken wrap... Looked good, but it ended up being a disaster, they put so much source into those wraps that it was impossible to eat, great fries though... A friend ask for bourbon salmon, it taste good. This was a very unfortunate experience. It was a birthday dinner and it was awful. The steak was dry, the chicken pot pie was not eaten. The chicken tenders was overly covered with buffalo sauce. The fries was dry and extremely thin. The only good of it was Sara she was efficient and did get best to serve us. I hope maybe in the future the food will be better.

Service was good, food came out slow it was a Tues night admittedly, but we couldn't help notice others that came later had their food out quicker than us. The food itself is good if you stick to what they are good at, and they are NOT good at steaks, DO NOT ORDER THE STEAKS, stick to their chicken. My wife had the combo steak with tenders, ordered medium well, and the cook nuked it. It was near unedible, chewy, and hard. My only ragret was not to confront the manager about it at the behest of my spouse. Also, in other places, the manager comes to the table and ask if everything is ok, they do not here, mind you this was Tue night, we counted the tables that were occupied in one hand. The 2 star rating is really only for the service, we had an exceptional waitress, Lauren. Thanks for saving the night, in an otherwise most mediocre outing.

Party of five, we were here on a Sunday around 4pm. The restaurant wasn’t full by any means, and there was virtually no wait time. However, it took more than 40 minutes until we got our food. Three out of the five meals were wrong: from an overcooked steak that should be medium-rare to a cheeseburger with no tomato or lettuce, and a firehouse burger with raw onion (it should be glazed) and no bacon and very sloppy. Replacing meals took another 30 minutes to come. We left two hours later, tired, disappointed and taking two horrible meals to-go, as we were in no mood for complaining once again. Not sure we’ll be back to what once was a good restaurant.

The steak chicken fried breading was extremely salty, hubby had to remove the breading. My steak was tender but overly salted and overly peppery. Side rice was a tiny portion, we had to order an extra one $2.99 more. Side dish green bean and broccoli casserole was also salty, but more eddible. The apple pie dessert was serve with ice cream and it was delicious. I wouldn't go back.

This place is hit or miss. We come once or twice a month and we never know what we're going to get. Last time we had a great experience and the food was great. Last night, not so much. My wife and I ordered our drinks and food at the same time. Our food came out before we even had our drinks. We looked at the bar to see if our drinks were just sitting there and the manager, Wilson I believe he said, was sweeping the floor next to us, saw us looking around and didn't offer to see what was the matter. The problem was the bartender was waiting tables and running food and not making drinks. She had customers at the bar and was still running to tables to get orders and serve. We split the chicken tenders and shrimp combo with a baked potato and fries. Our potato order came out wrong and the fries were missing. It felt like our son, who had the kids tender meal, had more chicken tenders and fries than we did. As we were about to pay, Wilson, came over and said he noticed us looking at the bar and if something was the matter. We explained our drinks got here after the food and that the food order was incomplete. He gave us a card for free chips and guac the next time we came back, but I politely left that at the table. This is the only major restuarant in the plaza and could make a killing if it was run properly. They can't handle crowds because once the staff feels like its in the weeds, they succumb to the pressure. From the kitchen to the servers to the hosts. It's like they're trained on how not to deal with large volumes of guests. There is a reason why people are going out to eat less and less and it's because of overpriced food and horrible service. If I wanted to be miserable at the dinner time I would just go to my in-laws for free instead of paying for it.

Drove over an hour to eat here. Came specifically for the Monte Cristo. Sandwich eas doggy inside. The deep fried coating had a slightly burnt flavor and was dripping with oil. Queso bacon fries were also soggy. Ate 1/4 of the sandwich and two forkfulls of fries and couldn't stand to eat any more. Server did not even try to correct it, just brought my bill. Worst meal at any restaurant I have ever eaten. Will not be coming back ever.

Have been coming here for a while with no issue. Today no server was interested in picking our table. We ended up leaving and wasted our time. Seems this location is no longer as good as before or under new management. With today's economy, with things rough I wouldn't think a restaurant does not want my business.

If you want to come to eat great food at the expense of leaving your wallet behind and having someone keep it, this is the place to go. Two weeks ago I came to eat here with my family. We were the last to leave this establishment. Regrettably, I left my wallet on my seat, and we were the last customers to leave that day. I received fraud alerts for suspicious activity to my credit cards next morning. It turns out, someone, VERY LIKELY an employee, saw my wallet and did not return it to the lost and found. Instead this employee kept it or sold it. The employees here are UNTRUSTWORTHY. This was before the holidays so you can imagine what I'm going through with my personal things. I have faith this establishment will get to the bottom of the issue, review the cameras, and provide some clarity as to who and how my wallet was taken after closing time. Kindly followup with your customers that inquired about lost items. Also educate your staff on finding lost items and returning them to your lost and found department. If you don't have a lost and found, now is the time to secure one. Thanks.

Do not order the sangria , the wine comes from a carton box. Most the items are fried foods . No flavor . Will not return .. do not recommend. Better off getting a Publix sub than to go here . Service was alright nothing memorable. They forgot to bring our sides.

I waited so long at my table and pushed the button on their tablet; however, no one stopped at my table and my tablet stopped flashing. The tablet wouldn't let me order a meal, so I'm not coming back here again.

Well let’s start off with they told us they were understaffed when we asked for a table, they sat in the high tops where we ordered our entrees, got our food and didn’t get any silverware, the plates didn’t come with the right sauces, one order was the chicken tenders where I ordered honey hot sauce and got honey mustard instead and the other plate was the country fried steak in which the white gravy was never plated. So, we were served with no silverware, then when I asked for some he came back with two plastic to go sets 😂. I asked for some real silverware and he replied oh we ran out so I was expected to cut a steak with a plastic knife! He ended up giving us some real silverware but wrapped in a paper towel. Totally disgusting! I ordered water when I got the croissants and the water never came either. So as you can guess it I’m never going back. Oh and I think we were served by a busboy instead of an actual server.

Wow couldn’t believe such decline in service. We were almost the only people in the restaurant. Stood there a very long time while the host played with the computer. I committed the place looks empty. Got our table, 10 minutes later, we placed our order. Like I said, there were 5 other tables with two people each. It was exactly 30 minutes we got our food. The food was excellent! Really good. BUT this our second bad experience and will not return.

I used to love Cheddar’s when they first opened in Pines. They were close to my house, the food was good, and the online order pickup process was great. Now, they constantly miss parts of my order, the food isn’t as good as it used to be, the portion sizes are unreasonably small, and the quality has just gone downhill. During my last visit, I found a bug in my salad. I called to alert the manager but ended up hanging up after being left on hold for a long period of time. Although they have one of the best online ordering processes, I am sad to say that I can no longer eat there. I draw the line at creatures in my food. UPDATE: About 15 minutes after I posted the above review, my husband found a bug in his potato soup after eating about 5 spoonfuls 😷 🤢

Confused by all the 5 star ratings. Table of 5. Waited 15 mins. For a waiter to come over, she dropped plates and bread on table and said "Hi, let me know when your ready to order." I asked if we could order drinks, she said yes, didn't take the order, just walked away for another 15 minutes. She got drinks wrong, chicken was not cooked fully, didn't eat it, steaks were ordered Medium rare, they came overcooked and felt rubbery. Overseasoned with pepper. The list goes on. We were all disappointed and left hungry. Our first time there and definitely the last time.

I will never go back. The waiter Emanuel is slower then a turtle. And I hate waiting for drinks or condiments. And he just takes his sweet time. Said he has worked there for a year. He needs to find a new job. His service is a half star. And the steak I ordered was supposed to be medium rear. It wasn't.

Terrible experience. I called two hours in advance to reserve a table and was told we were good. When we arrived they told us our table was given to another group even though that group had already finished eating and paid. Do not tell customers their table is confirmed just to deny them when they show up and make them wait another hour. We ended up leaving. Total waste of time and gas.

Worst dining experience. Food took forever to come out even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. We ordered soup, but it arrived after the rest of the food (pretty clear the server forgot it). When everything did arrive, it wasn’t hot—just barely warm, including the soup, which tasted like it wasn’t even microwaved properly. On top of that, the kid’s pasta came completely plain with no sauce. When I asked, the server told me “it doesn’t come with sauce” but then offered to bring some… seriously? This place is new and somehow has a 4.2 rating. I should’ve known better. Definitely not coming back.

Service was ok although the manager was not attentive! The steaks came well done when medium was ordered. We had to wait a long time for the new steaks and again came well done! The boots were a little dusty and utensils were dirty. Just horrible experience overall.

Horrible experience. We went during the week and I was approx 15 after opening. Once we seated and ordered , the food took forever. Mind you there were no more than 4 to 5 tables of customers. The waitress was attending to the bar and our table. She was below average and we had to ask for drink refills.To top it off the food was not tasty at all. I think it's time to put Cheddars down. I will not be returning.

Update I went on Sunday 2/18/2024 at 11am. They didn't open doors till 5 minutes after 11am. I immediately went to the restroom and it was extremely dirty urine on the floors that smelled bad. My girlfriend had the same experience when she went to the restroom. Our table was not clean. This should have been my red flag to not order anything and just go because if it looks this bad where I can see I can only imagine the cleanliness in the kitchen. but I gave it a chance and waited about ten minutes before someone came and brought us cold croissants and said our waiter would be with us. All that time we can hear the staff joking and laughing in the back. We ordered the fried cheese white fish in cornmeal and fried shrimp. The cheese was soggy due to the fryer not being hot enough. The shrimp seemed fine and so did the fish . Until later that day I started feeling sick with stomach aches, food was coming up and I got a fever with a pounding headache. Went away the next day thankfully. I really loved this place unfortunately management isn't on top of food safety and cleanliness. Don't know if I can trust this place again Amazing as always the waitress was very diligent and thoughtful I recommend to anyone looking for a satisfying meal and to relax

After an hour wait at the bar, left without ever getting our food. Four of us got there an hour and a half before our showtime at the theater. We immediately ordered food and drinks. We got the beer quick, but then bartender never came around to ask if we wanted more. Also, he never cleared all the cups dirty cups from the prior customers. Those dirty cups were in front of us for over an hour while we waited for the food. Eventually, we had to leave to get to the theater. Service was absolutely horrible.

We sat at the bar….10 minutes before we actually were able to order drinks and appetizers….40 minutes laters, no appetizers. The place was empty too!! We asked for 2 separate checks and only one check was given. Minimum tip was 18%. Really? Sorry guys but it is a no for me!

normally when i come to cheddars , i have a good time but this time it was horrible. I drove an hour to get there because there isnt any cheddars near me up northh and i wanted to enjoy myself. when it comes down to ordering my drink, i asked for a slushy margarita. the waiter seemed as if she just started that day because when she asked for my ID , she looks at for a soild 20 seconds then calls over the manager. at this point, im confused because I know im over 21 so what's the problem? The manager comes over and takes a look at my ID and tells me I can't get a drink because my ID is turned vertical not Horizontally.... ?? What? I thought the only thing that mattered is that I am over the age of 21?? I begin pointing to my birth year of 2000 on my ID saying I'm literally 25? They said that didn't matter.. Me and partner were confused and trying to understand of why does that matter? My ID isn't expired sooo?? I even went up to the bartender and asked for their opinion and they told me nothing was wrong... Julian was the manager that told me I couldn't get a drink. Very unreasonable and rude. I won't be coming back to this location if I'm going to be denied a drink because my ID is flipped to one side..

Terrible service. 40 minute wait on a Monday. Chosed to eat at bar. 15 minutes until a girl with dark hair bartender gave us a menu. Terrible attitude definitely did not want to be . Waited another 15 minutes then I asked manager to take our order. Baked potato soup was like a bowl of potatoes and actually it had piece of paper in it. Sent it back and just got a baked potato. Took long time get refill on soda as well.
