The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We were hesitant since it appears that the restaurant is located in the hotel lobby. However, it was a surprisingly good experience. The chef came out to meet us and Sasha did a fine job. We had ribeye, lamb chops and the fish and chips. All were prepared perfectly. Go for happy hour!

We were on our way to another restaurant when we saw the sign for this one and decided to take a chance. We are glad we did. They have a nice selection of beer on draft, the Patriots preseason game was on the TV, and the bartenders were really friendly. We both got the lamb dinner which was very tasty. The lamb chops were cooked as requested, the potatoes were savory, and the seasonal vegetables were cooked just right. Will definitely come here again if we find ourselves staying over at the airport in the future.

To my surprise, this hotel restaurant was open during COVID-19. Granted this review is dated April 2021 which is a couple of months after the city had started its mass vaccination effort. For my experience, I tried the Angus Burger cooked well done. The patty was thick, juicy and very well seasoned, but the waffle cut sweet potatoes fries were over cooked and too crispy. Price was fair. Portion size was as well. This on-site pub is a good option if you want some decent food and don’t want to be bothered with going out. Note, all sandwiches and burgers come with a choice of French Fries, Onion Rings, Waffle Cut Sweet Potato Fries, Side Salad or Fresh Mixed Fruit. Seating is spacious and includes a bar. The pub actually shares the same dining room with the continental breakfast.

It’s always good food and service at the London Bar. Bbq chicken flatbread is on point too.

Happy Hour: Flatbread pizza was good. Hummus plate had some old expired cauliflower which I sent back for some fresh broccoli. The buffalo shrimp appetizer was disappointing. Burger was good.

The avocado, bacon, turkey club sandwich is delicious but dry, however, easily fixed with mayo. The cobb salad was excellent and needed nothing else. Staff was friendly but overwhelmed with patrons due to lack of help. More attentive staff would earn 5 stars. The kitchen is 5 stars. I recommend dining here.

The steak looked better than it tasted. The potatoes were cool so the butter wouldn't melt. The brocolli was good but the asparagus was half pithy. In their defense it's their third day after opening. There was no waitress so orders were taken at the bar. The set up is as you see, a bit spartan so you have to ask for condiments.

There were too other tables occupied when we got there, and still it took the waiter, that was just hanging out, a long time to take our order. The food came out fast and it was good, we just had the hamburgers. I thought the charges were unreasonable; $4 for bacon and $2 for cheese on each hamburger. Should have just found another spot to eat lunch.

Twice i ordered from grubhub and they cancelled the order it was only for a salad and a burger

If I could put less than 1 star for service I would. I have never been to a restaurant where you order to go from a rude waiter who commandeers their tip after deciding the amount. Given on the front and the back of the menu this entity clearly stated they’ll charge a 21% gratuity. I was not even a party of one as I waited outside I was offended when the server handed me 10$ of my 20$ change without saying a word and then forgot half of my order. Making me return. I thought tips were for good service. I guess it’s true what they say about Oakland you’re liable to get punked and robbed anywhere out here even in the lobby of the Spring Hill Suites. And the first time I went there it wasn’t much better.
