The food is consistent and good. Service always good and can't beat the patio on a nice day. I often go during their happy hours! Nice that you aren't limited to the Happy Hour menu; entire menu is available.

When you're looking for an option that a large group can compromise on, this is the restaurant. It's on the water front near jack London square. We asked for an outside table, but had to sit inside (glad towards the end to sit inside even though they had fireplaces due to the outside temperature dropping). Our wait or came back every so often but wasn't a huge picture in our dinning experience. The drinks were okay and the pizza was good/fried pickles. Would I go again... probably not.

2024.11.10, Sunday around 4:30pm. Outdoor and we saw the sunset. Great atmosphere. Very delicious cocktails and fries. I would absolutely come back. Great for dates too! Total came out to be $42.

The food here is very good overall but the pizza has yet to come out hot... It is either pretty warm or just warm and not hot... Salads are very good, as well as, everything else I have tried has been good too. I like the sourdough crust and the location so, I will continue to give it a try when I am in the area

Came here for their pear & prosciutto pizza but that ship had sailed as of last week 😞. We ordered their G.O.A.T pizza and crispy cheese curds. We absolutely love the G.O.A.T pizza! The dough was amazing. The mushrooms as well. The sausage was nice and spicy. They could've added more cheese though. There was a large amount of pizza crust for some parts of the pizza.

Love the vibe in here with the string of lights in the center as you walk in. I bet it’s looks better at night when it’s lit. First time here, at Forge Pizza, located at Jack London Square. Haven’t been here in awhile. We ordered the Amina’s Cauliflower Bites topped with Buffalo wings sauce and a side of ranch…loved how it was crispy and not too too spicy that you can’t taste the food. Also ordered a hamburger and the fried chicken sandwich. Last but not least we got the Angel hair pasta with prawns. The pasta was heavenly, it was topped with Sun dried tomatoes and Parmesan cheese! The price of the sandwiches are a bit pricey in my opinion. But, it is a huge sandwich. The service was fast and friendly. My cup was never empty.

I love the vibe here:) The firepit is nice and I enjoyed the selection of drinks and specialty drinks. The great Gatsby was really good. I had the salad and also some of the mussels, which was delicious. However, I wish they had a wider selection of food.

Great find at Jack London Square.. save the host being more welcoming the servers and service was great. Food had a spunk. Oven roasted Brussel Sprouts, Cauliflower bites with a kick. Cocktails were well done and the house ginger beer was the best for a hot afternoon. Pesto pasta had plenty flavors. The fish and chips had the crunch and dipped in tartar sauce brought out the flavors. The pizzas were an after thought. Ordered the heirloom Pizza and added goat cheese and garlic oil. Will be back for an evening hangout. The photos have the red tint due to the umbrellas needed for the hot afternoon.. recommended.

to management - you are doing your business, patrons, and employees a disservice with the lack of staff. the servers were clearly overwhelmed and visibly upset when i ate there and i felt bad for them. we had about an hour wait for our food with order mistakes and miscommunication.

We ordered the Fritto Misto, first ingredient listed is calamari. We searched but there was shrimp, asparagus, etc but no calamari. We told the waitress and she said she would let the chef know but while she was very sweet she never got back to us about it?? For the price of the dish, for no calamari, it was really disappointing. We also ordered burrata which took over 30 minutes to get to us, on a Monday evening that didn’t seem that busy, and the triangle shaped slices of flat pizza dough that came with it didn’t seem that appetizing. The burrata itself tasted good. Finally we ordered the margherita pizza, which was certainly tasty, but as you can see in the photo it didn’t look as appetizing as some of the advertised photos from Forge. No beautiful blobs of cheese. Which might’ve been ok if it weren’t for the lack of calamari and super slow burrata… I brought out of town family visitors hoping it would be a much better experience but it was pretty disappointing overall.

This review and comment is just for one cocktail: the Rockridge Freshie. It was horrible. I think it was meant to be a shaken iced cocktail. There was a layer of unmelted small ice on the top, and you could see the lemon on one side. The whole thing wasn’t mixed. After my first sip, I re-read the menu, and I’m sure it was missing one of the ingredients. When I asked about it, they said, “I don’t like sweet things, but I can bring you one on the side.” I thought about it, it wasn’t just that; the whole cocktail was off. I make and drink cocktails, and this is the taste you get when someone first tries to make a cocktail. Just an off taste. A cocktail is an art of mixology, not like coffee where you can just add sugar on top. All the ingredients need to be carefully thought out and shaken or stirred together so they flow as one harmonious blend, not added separately on top or on the side. That’s the whole point of craft cocktails. so left it after two sips. no thank you!

Avoid at all costs! I ordered chicken wings and pizza from here that gave me food poisoning. Chicken wings were extremely dry and tough. Pizza lacked sauce and cheese which made it dry and crunchy. It was more like a flatbread than pizza. One of these got me sick and I've been stuck in the bathroom all day.

Jack London is a beautiful area with many restaurants to choose from, but dinning at this one was a big mistake. The place was dirty, service was below par and the food was nasty. My burger looked like dog food and the wings were unapetizing. The restrooms were dirty and disgusting.
