These tacos in Oaxaca are a must-try whether you're visiting or a local. For me, they're some of the best tacos you can find, so I encourage you to go. They're located next to the House of Culture. In fact, you can search for "Tacos Chava" or "Tacos Salvador" on a map, and it will show you the route to these delicious tacos. If you're expecting guacamole, you'll need to bring your own because they only have salsa. But I can tell you it's more than enough, and adding lime and ordering a pineapple king (or king) is an explosion of flavor. I assure you, you won't regret it.

Good tacos. Open late, which is a big plus. Service is friendly, although sometimes you have to wait a few minutes, but that means the place is recognizable and the food is good, as many people come here in the evenings for dinner. The tacos are delicious and the taquero is super friendly. I gave it 4 stars for service because the only downside is that sometimes it can take a little while for your order to come out since they're so busy! But it's totally worth it and it's understandable. It's delicious.

These tacos are amazing, definitely in my top 10 tacos in Oaxaca! They're tasajo tacos, but I think they have a special seasoning because they have a really delicious flavor. They also come with grilled onions, the tortillas are left slightly crispy, and their green salsa is fantastic! The combination of everything gives them a great taste. The only downside is that they can take a little while to arrive. I highly recommend them! Rating: 9.5/10

One of my favorite places. The jerky is delicious, with caramelized onions cooked in the same fat as the meat, giving it a sweet flavor, and the tortillas are always crispy. Plus, the green salsa doesn't seem to be spicy, but after a while, wow. Every time I go, I can eat 10 tacos. Sometimes it takes 10 or 15 minutes for your tacos to be delivered, but it's well worth the wait.

It's a taco stand that operates during the night, only until midnight, after which they pack up and leave. They only serve beef tacos with onions, but the meat has a very distinctive seasoning.
