This is not the fault of the store, but wished they would go back to more comfortable seats. I remember nice comfortable chairs and couches when they first opened. I miss them.

I am glad that Starbucks is bringing back good service and good manners. Like, I’m not buying just coffee, it’s also a good morning, have a good day.. just to feel better. And of course I’d be the same way.

Please understand i work at a bar.. I was in the drive window.. I paid for my foodes and drinkes with my lady.. The person ask for a tip. I have giving tips.. But ask for tip... If this is who it going be.. We will have to tip McDonald's now.. I just don't like. Who i was treated.. I will not be going to this Starbucks.

I ordered my regular via the app. Upon arriving at there was no greeting, no eye contact and everyone looked like they were still half asleep. When my dry flat white arrived it was a cup full of warm milk with shots poured in it. It seems like they can get it right at best 50% of the time. I wonder if I ordered a regular flat white if it would come in two cups? 🤔 Disappointed

I know you are a coffee shop, but can't you come up with a few non "energy" drinks for those of us who prefer not-coffee. Food I had at breakfast time was really good though... but very, very small.

Messed up my order and when I mentioned it I was told thats how its made (I ordered a white chocolate mocha) I've been drinking the same coffee for about 10 years I think I know the flavor. It wasn't remade either no apologizing nothing I will not be using this location again

Understaffed disorganized and poorly run. Place an order for a hot sandwich and a hot coffee, you will watch your food be heated up and placed on the shelf... And then a dozen orders between your sandwich and drink are fulfilled. Nothing is done batched together, your food is ice cold and the eggs inedible by the time your single coffee is out.

I placed my order this Morning 12/6/2025 through the drive thru window for a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. When thy handed me the cup, it felt very light but there was a long car line. After I drove off and I stirred my coffee to get rid of the foam, getting ready to drink to it, I could not believe how empty it was! If that was not bad enough my food was warm at the top cold on the bottom! It was a breakfast sandwich that’s supposed to be hot! The coffee was Lukewarm and I had no other choice but to throw everything away! This was not the first time that this has happened to me nor the second. But this time was the worse!

I get this same order from this location (route 50 & Maguire) multiple times a week.. I’m not exaggerating when I say it NEVER tastes the same! I really just don’t understand. For a place who literally uses step by step recipes it’s just not adding up. Some of their baristas are great and then there’s a few (like the one today) who screws up my order and is rude on top of it. Go further down 50 to the Winter Garden location. Save your time and money.

They need to work on paying more to this employee attitude wise is the worst they just don’t want to work they just don’t wanna be there so what does that mean? They’re not get paying enough or environment is too negative.
