Brantley Creek BBQ has the Best BBQ I have ever tasted! The ribs are my favorite but all meats are wonderful. The sides are also phenomenal. The desserts are great as well. My favorite desserts are the bread pudding, apple cobbler, and of course the banana pudding! There is a very sweet lady named Karen that we have become friends with and always greets us with a huge smile and hug. We make the 40 minute drive there from the next town over just about every Saturday and that has been our routine since we discovered their BBQ trailer in 2020. We have introduced many people to this restaurant and they were not disappointed and are now regulars just like we are. The owners are great people and very respectful to everyone. They even had a car meet that was very well attended with many beautiful cars there. Hopefully they do that again soon. If you're ever in Odessa Texas and want to have some great BBQ I highly recommend Brantley Creek BBQ. They blow the competition out the water! You won't be disappointed!

The brisket is tender with excellent bark and good smoked flavor. Brisket pairs as well with their house made sauces or is great by itself . The ribs fall off the bone with good flavor no sauce needed. The jalapeño cheddar sausage has good spice with the right amount of cheese. The Texas Twinkie is on point. The potato salad is mediocre at best with a mustard sweet taste. The banana pudding is excellent with a generous amount of sliced bananas and Nilla wafers. If you’re in Odessa and hungry for barbecue, you should definitely try this place.

Excellent BBQ, we tried the TX trinity, definitely did not disappoint 🙌. Being first timers, we didn't the flow of the order windows. We assumed the first window was for meat selection, the next had the words "deserts & condiments ", but we obviously got that wrong. Everything is ordered at the first window. Anyways, the line was long but it was worth the wait. It's very obvious the love that goes into the food!

Great stop for moist and flavorful brisket tacos. Served in flour tortilla and topped with pico de Gallo, bbq sauce, and cheese. Very good, but I'll try without the cheese next time. The cucumber salad was delicious too.

Even the lean brisket is so moist and tender. This is the only place I will eat brisket at! Lunch time gets very busy but they’re just as quick! Line moves fast & everybody is friendly. Very family friendly and all together the vibe is very chill. They always have good TX country playing.

Stopped by based on a review I read about this place. And hands down it’s everything they said it would be. Brisket was moist, tender melt in your mouth deliciousness. Nice bark and color to it. The ribs equally delicious by far. And the sausage was just as good. I’d post a picture but unfortunately I licked my plate clean folks. You have to try this place yourself! Best BBQ in the Midland Odessa area!!!

This is my number one choice to spend an evening dining and being with friends and family!! The Brisket and Ribs are my favorite, I would call it one of the top Barbecue places in Texas! Beer is cold and lots of choices! Live music can be expected on most days! Outside seating is cool even on the hottest of evenings! Great atmosphere for the whole family! Could be longs lines for food but they move fast! 20 minute wait tops! The wait staff is great and they do a great job. They are always friendly and helpful which can be hard to find these days! Brantley Creek barbecue is on the must go list a definite 5 star🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This gem was a suprise! Listed in Texas Monthly as an "up and coming" BBQ joint, so we had to check out! Kiddos (5 and 3) enjoyed the playscape, adults enjoyed being able to sit and enjoy yummy good. Surprise favorites were the Cucumber Salad, Macaroni and cheese and the housemade Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage. Brisket that day had a lovely bark, but was lacking some smokey depth that Texas love. Ribs were delicious! Only reason service is a 4 is because once you go through the line you don't see an employee. Dining area was clean - so we know they are around!

It's delicious! I've had some pretty authentic barbecue before, and this one is excellent in every aspect. It's just a shame I don't live here; I only come to this area on Mondays and Tuesdays, so I can't eat here as often as I'd like.

Food was really good but I feel like it has been waaaay hyped up. The bread pudding is a neat recipe-not traditional (to me) but delicious. I believe it’s Saturdays only now? Atmosphere is amazing though! Play equipment for kiddos, shaded seating, fans, and live music but not too loud! Overall we’d definitely go back but I would skip the chicken.

It’s mostly outdoor seating . So think if it’s too hot . The food was good and the tea was good . We went at 1pm on a Friday and it was busy . We got the sampler , very good choice.

Great atmosphere. Fun place to eat. Expensive, but that's what we expect from bbq places. The meat has decent flavor. My only complaint is the bbq sauces. They have two options, sweet and insanely sweet. Like straight up syrup. The meat was good enough to eat dry, but when I go back for the cool porch and beers, I'll definitely be bringing my own sauce.

It was my first time getting food from this Bbq place, I had a 2 meat place and 2 sides, they only gave me one slice brisket and well the sausage was ok, the potato salad was old without to much flavor just the green beans were fine. My plate was kinda stingy for $31 dollars. Not a good impression for being the first time.

Everything looked good overall. The beans were a tad sweet, but I actually liked them and they still had a savory flavor, and the brisket mixed in was a nice touch. The mac and cheese was good as it was nice and thick, not bland, and plenty cheesy, though it was a little too peppery. As for the meats, both the brisket and ribs had a nice color. I preferred the ribs over the brisket; they had a good pull, were tender, and flavorful. That said, they could have used a bit more smokiness. The brisket, unfortunately, had no noticeable smoke flavor at all, which was disappointing. It also didn’t taste well-seasoned and came across more like a pot roast than brisket and lacking that melt in your mouth texture and slightly tough overall. Lastly, the sweet tea wasn’t sweet, which was a bit of a letdown.
