Natalie was so amazing and friendly!! It was my first time here and it was such a wonderful experience I cant imagine why I've never visited before! From the egg drop soup, the salad my partner had, the EXTREMEMELY hot spring rolls (temperature hot, not spicy), to the main courses and dessert; it was absolutely delicious. The manager came over and invited us to come back with a free appetizer card. And then, as if they couldn't be any sweeter, they comped our dessert! I will definitely be back! Natalie you rock!!

My Brother chose this place as his birthday dinner. The food was fantastic. Our waitress Mallory did NOT disappoint. She was the Best. 10 outta 5 stars. Mallory was present without being overbearing and prompt with all service. We will visit again.

Stopped by for dinner. The food is consistent and the staff was great. Finally got a chance to get desserts. It was good.

Had a great waitress the service is always great. The food used to be better. It tastes kind of stale if I'm being honest. For $20 a plate I expect fresh food and not to look at ripped and tattered seats like a cheap diner.

For a mid price range sit down place, P.F. Chiang’s is great. I’ve never had a bad experience there dining in. The service is generally great, the drinks are pretty good, and the atmosphere is nice. Everything on the menu is good as well, that we’ve tried. I really enjoy their Pad Thai and bbq short ribs. We tried a new poke bowl which was pretty solid. We also recently tried a side of their green beans which were great. Super crunchy, with a TON of garlic and chili. Can’t go wrong there! The sushi is pretty decent too. They have a great entree with steak medallions that ate really tender. I don’t want to give it 4 stars, but if I could give it 4.5 I would. We got the takeout there once and the food was pretty underwhelming and the portions were half the size. That’s the only complaint I have!

Always enjoy coming here. Its consistently good food and service. Our food was fresh, delicious, and came out quickly. The ambiance of the restaurant is calming. Our server was also amazing. Great experience.

The food was right on. The atmosphere was just right. But let me tell you about the service...our server's name was Tailyah (sp) & she was AMAZING!!! She was black girl magic personified! She was sweet & really funny...we never had an empty glass & her recommendations were on point. My sister & I really enjoyed ourselves!!! Thank you SO much Tailyah!!!

This is the first time I have ever eaten at a P.F. Chang’s, and I experienced the food hot and flavorful, the atmosphere colorful and relaxing, and the service fast and friendly. I have Egg Drop Soup at many restaurants, but theirs was the best I have ever tasted. Once again, the temperature of the food was hot, not lukewarm. I would highly recommend this P.F. Chang’s location the next time you’re wanting delicious Chinese cuisine.

Mallory was great she was quick, and friendly, helpful. Her and Sebastian were a great team he was so positive and nice. I appreciate the bar conversation while on business travel. I will be back to see them.

This was my first time eating here. I actually got it delivered from doordash. Delivery came right on time like they said. Food was hot and fresh nice portion size. Next time I hope to eat inside the restaurant and experience it all...Welp, that day has come three years later😅. Even though it was crowded, we were seated in a timely manner. To look at the menu, you will have to scan the QR code (that's the only downfall for me)

Waitress Yana, was exceptional, great sevice , hope everyone gets her as a waitress. The food was fresh and tons of it for a great price.The manager came by to greet us with a smile and thanked us for being there. Try the expesso Martini, you will thank me later.

Kambyr was a fantastic waiter, who made sure that we had an amazing experience during our meeting at PF Chang's. The food was as great as the service! Manager (Fernando) came by the table as he was going through the restaurant back into the kitchen to ensure that we were enjoying our visit. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Rae was our server… she was great. We had a party of 9 for a birthday day party - she did everything for us , she even cut the cake and served us!! & never had to ask her for anything!😊 Thanks for a great night Rae. It was a little dark at our table .

Lorelai, our server was excellent. Great location, nice atmosphere good place for couples or family and business groups. Food great. We miss the orange peel shrimp.

A group of us girls have celebrated our birthdays over 10 years At P.F. Chang’s, Lonnie is the best! He always Makes us feel special and adds to the enjoyment of the occasion.

Went here for the first time tonight, and it was incredible! My group was served by Daniel, whose service was amazing. I was highly impressed by the food and the atmosphere and definitely intend to come again!

Daniel has been our best experience yet here! Very attentive and professional. I have Celiac and he made it all work! I even had a souffle! Didn't know that was an option! Food is always amazing, however, an amazing server makes the experience 100% better!!! Thank you Daniel!!!

We opted sit in the bar area. Leo, the Best bartender in NW OKC made us Japanese old fashioned and made us feel so welcome! Great service, great food and a pleasant atmosphere. Thank you Leo and PF Changs!

Mallory was awesome! She informed us of the special girls night and was so courteous and helpful. I asked if they could lightly bread my sweet and sour chicken and she said yes and she delivered our food exactly as we wanted. She was attentive and always had a smile. Yana was amazing she got me seated quickly food came out hot and fresh quickly. And customer service was amazing. Made sure I got refill without asking. I’m from Kansas an highly recommend this location

Michael C. is one of the best servers at P.F. Chang’s. I’ve been coming here for years, and every single time I visit, he greets me with a smile. He always ensures that the food is served promptly, with care, freshness, and attention to detail. I truly appreciate what you all do, especially having such an outstanding server like Michael C.

Haven’t been to PF Changs in quite some time but had an amazing experience! The menu was much more expanded than before, the food was great and flavorful and our waitress Yana was very attentive and always checking on us.

Ali S. truly made dining here at PF Chang’s in OKC the best! She was very quick, genuine, attentive and hard working. Thank you Ali for making dinner a blast and thank you to PF Chang’s for hiring some of the best staff in town.

Went to PF Changs for lunch to celebrate our son’s birthday. We all had a great time and really enjoyed our meals. Daniel was our server and he was great - friendly, attentive, and even helped us celebrate with a surprise dessert and sparklers. Food was hot and flavorful and the restaurant was nice and clean. The lunch special is a great deal.

Discovered this location while exploring OKC, the aura of calmness and relaxation, customer service is satisfactory for birthday celebrations. YANA our server for the evening is out going and on top of our needs, she reads minds if you can’t remember what you need she is already has it on the table. Lovely place 10/10, service 10/10!

Have eaten here numerous times, inside the restaurant. Always great service with excellent food. The last few times I ordered for pickup with a pickup time specified. The first two times, the order was not ready and had to wait up to 15 minutes past the pickup time. This last time the order was actually ready on the pickup time, but I ordered vegetable fried rice WITHOUT mushrooms. As you might guess, seems like I got double mushrooms. Glad I'm not allergic to them. Overall great food, but be aware their pickup needs work for timeliness and accuracy.

I was happy with our first visit, not only with most of our meal, but with the service we received from our waiter, Michael. He was attentive and considerate. We loved the egg drop soup and my mom liked the pork egg rolls, I was unable to try them as they aren't gluten free. I had the beef with broccoli and substituted the fried rice. The beef and broccoli was better than anything I could get store bought, but my disappointment lies with the fried rice. As good as it looked, it lacked the flavor that the rest of our meal provided. Overall, I was satisfied with my gluten free options. We might be back a second time to try their dessert.

Super delicious lunch date! I have Celiac Disease so I do not go out to many restaurants. This however was a great experience! The waiter informed us that there "SHOULD BE" a red little ramekin indicating it is SAFE for me which THERE WAS! Dinner was perfect! Though they should have at least one Gluten-free dessert option in my opinion, but none the less I was very pleased. We will return. Thank you.

The dynamite shrimp has nice flavour but I prefer Charleston’s. I got the changs spicy chicken and fried rice, it was good. Next time I want to try the salt & pepper shrimp and Mongolian beef 😊

The food was pretty good. It's better when the follow the recipe which is hit or miss. We were weekly customers until 2018-19 when the quality took a nose dive. We'll take a year or two off and try again. This was one of those times. They seem to be doing better these days. We really want them to be good like we know they can be.

It’s been years since I’ve eaten at P.F. Chang’s, and honestly, not much has changed. The interior feels a bit dated and could use an update. The food was just okay,nothing particularly memorable. Good service, but overall, the experience didn’t stand out.

I order from here regularly. I usually buy the sesame chicken. Tonight, I ask for for bean sprouts added. I think I got 6 bean sprouts in the order. This is ridiculous!! Bean sprouts are NOT expensive!! This dish NEVER has enough vegetables, I ALWAYS have to add more at home. 07/15/25 - Again, same thing, NO BEAN SPROUTS. PF Changs, get your act together! For $40, I think you should pay attention! 11/10/25 - AGAIN, AGAIN, same thing except this time I PAID for them! Still on a few added to dish. Im going to stop buying from them. I guess they can't afford the sprouts even if I paid for them!!!

I really don’t understand their pricing. How you can charge $18 for this small of an entree and the only side being rice, is beyond me. Chicken is cheap. Food quality was fine and service was good.

I've had Panda Express that was better than this place. Lol, the only thing good and flavorful was the chicken lettuce wraps. Lo mein tasted like it was cooked in pure soy sauce & the Mongolian Beef was so chewy even a dog would spit it out. Our waiter was nice but rushed us through ordering which was off-putting

Usually a good place. But tonight we were seated. Ready to order. And sat for over ten minutes without anyone ever coming to our table. Not even to get drinks. Nothing. Asked the hostess if someone was working the table we were sat at and she said hold on and never came back either. So we ended up leaving. Drove all the way here from out of town for nothing.
