Had a great experience at IHOP Brampton! The place was clean and the vibe was really nice. Our server Simran was amazing — super friendly, polite, and always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The food came out hot and fresh, and everything tasted great. Honestly, Simran made our visit so much better with her great attitude and service. Definitely coming back again soon!

IHOP is turning into a favorite family breakfast place, specially since a few branches are offering a separate halal menu. Because you can't go wrong with IHOP breakfast meals that are large-sized, comforting servings, satisfying both your sweet and savory cravings! I'm a huge fan of their big steak omelette and it never disappoints. On the flip side, IHOP menu pricing is steep for my liking, but then again I keep returning here, so I guess I can live with this. Service is decent, but there is room for improvement. Service was a tad bit slow during this visit and we were served food with no cutlery. Overall a 8.5/10 breakfast experience!

Look at it, oh my, a business breakfast with my pro colleagues in a pro place , thank you , Sartahk for the lovely hospitality, coffee was very good, the Omelet was extraordinary, pancakes were fresh, and the pumpkin spice pancakes was great, thank you IHOP again. Pretty good. We ordered the chocolate milkshake 10/10, 5 original buttermilk pancakes, crispy chicken with mash and fries, and the appetizer sampler. I've came here before a few times and their halal menu and their chicken are really good

Stopped in for a quick bite. Food was served quickly by a very attentive waitress. Had the fish and chips. Nothing extra special except when you put the salsa and tarter sauce on the meal. They served pot of hot coffee, hot sauce which was tasty. We will return and do breakfast next time. Clean, great quick service, delivered hot to table

Last week, I went to IHOP for brunch, and I had a really great experience. The atmosphere was clean, cozy, and welcoming, and the service was excellent. The food tasted amazing, and the prices were very reasonable. One thing that made me especially happy was seeing that they offer a separate halal menu—this was a thoughtful touch that I really appreciated. Our server, (Sarthak), was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. I’m truly thankful for the great service he provided. I highly recommend this IHOP location to everyone, and I’ll definitely be coming back. As a small suggestion for the management based on my own experience working as a restaurant manager—I noticed that only one person seemed to be handling all the food delivery to the tables. Even though he didn’t show any stress, I believe it’s not fair to put all that pressure on one person. It would be great to have another team member support him to make the work more balanced and efficient. Overall, it was a wonderful visit!

I was there for breakfast on a Saturday, the food was really delicious, warm and fresh. Jennet was the waitress that helped us that day and she was really nice checking on us making sure everything was good 😊

It was good quality of the food, only issue we faced was the waitress couldn't remember the combo package and until we reminded the sides were not offered and when we queried only they realised and updated ! Since we went with known people so we know what we miss if its a stranger might have paid extra and lost what it actually offered

Reyaan is a good server, he is cordial, accommodative and overall he made sure our visit was memorable. Food is great, atmosphere is good, and service was beyond good, thanks to Reyaan!

I hop has the best buttermilk pancakes ever. Periodt. I ordered thru UBer their buttermilk pancakes and Oh boy they never disappoint. THey also have the best breakfast burrito. so hearty and meaty. When I dined in, I ordered the steak and suprisingly, it was so good. I would prefer this over the steak in high end restos. Service was just so-so. The resto seems gloomy as always.

We visited on a Sunday morning and the restaurant was cold. Our booth was right by the entrance, so we felt the draft, and it seemed like the heat wasn’t on. We asked to move, and the hostess found us a much cozier spot, which we appreciated. I ordered the steak tips and eggs and was pleasantly surprised. The steak came medium-well even though I wasn’t asked for my preference, but it was still tender, tasty, and the gravy with mushrooms and onions worked well. I thought I’d need ketchup, but I didn’t. The hash browns were okay. The scrambled eggs looked like one egg (I’m guessing they used two), but they paired nicely with the steak. The pancake was great—as expected at IHOP—and the French toast was good too. My partner had the split decision breakfast. Our waitress, Raj, was friendly and attentive. Because of her service, I’d return to this location.

The servers were very welcoming and attentive. However the quality of food wasn’t up to the standards for me. I live in Qatar and Im a regular customer of IHOP so comparing the amount of portions, presentation and taste can be improved. However overall experience and vibe was good and I enjoyed being there. I am adding the pictures of both places just for you to see.

The service here was a disaster. They seem to have employees milling about not doing anything. They left some tables dirty for the entire 2 hours we were there (it took two hours to get pancakes) and they messed up my order.

Tried to enjoy a breakfast with family and friends today...This place needs an overhaul on management. Will most likely not return, not a good experience at all! Service was garbage. Very unorganized. The place is also freezing cold, you have a broken front door that you need to fix. Charging a fixed 15% gratitude on your bill? We can see why. No one would tip freely in this place. We also kept hearing neighboring tables complain about their orders and lack of. There was one woman who stuck out to make sure things were running smoothly and checking on guests, shout out to STAS! She needs to be promoted.

Very disappointing experience. Despite having a reservation for 11:00, we waited 45 minutes to be seated after being told it would be just 10. We were dining with five hungry kids, yet once seated it took another 15 minutes just to take our order, with no water, cutlery, or basic setup on the table. We had to ask for everything—cutlery, spoons for hot chocolate, ketchup, jam—nothing was provided proactively. Service was extremely unorganized; instead of properly setting the table, we were handed a plate full of mixed cutlery. Communication was also difficult, and while I understand and support hiring newcomers, proper training is essential. We were told food would arrive in 20 minutes, but it took 35 minutes, after already waiting so long at the entrance. To add to this, after the coffee machine issue, my Americano was incorrectly served as a cappuccino. Overall, poor service, long delays, and lack of basic hospitality made this a frustrating visit. Reservations felt meaningless. Considering the prices the service was super terrible. Would definitely not go this specific location of iHop ever again.
