Coming from a Cajun this is my favorite Boudin and a Cracklins hands down. Pork Chops, Sausage and everything else is absolutely delicious. I stop by office and carry their products all o er Texas but Louisiana also. People love ther flavor and spices, but the Seevice is equally as good !

I buy cases of the boudin because it saves me time otherwise It would be too much back and forth. I have to have my boudin from here. And the sausage I get never touches the freezer. Amazing food and Amazing service Every Time!!!

The workers here aren't friendly. They look so tired and bored. Half the time they get my order wrong. Don't order mozzarella cheese sticks from here. They're not that hot so they don't melt when you open them up.

Even for fast food this place is subpar. I forgot to say no mayo and they slathered it on so much that all of the contents were sliding off the bun. The salad was close to being a day old and the jalapeño poppers were shells with bits of green in them. Edit: it has improved! Good for them!

I waited for thirty minutes for a sausage poboy and cracklings. Their "famous" Cajun sausage was so burned up the whole thing was crunchy. The cracklings were way undercooked. The fat was not tendered and the attached skins didn't even puff I up. They charge 23.00 per pound and they are inedible unless you want to go home and finish cooking them. The fries were the only things edible so it pretty much spent well over 20.00 for an order of fries since that was the only edible thing I was served. I could have went to McDonald's and got that for a dollar. Don't waste your hard earned money here

I’ve had too many disappointing experiences at this location and will not be returning. Multiple times, I’ve ordered regular French fries and found onion rings mixed in. On separate occasions, my cheeseburger came with onions or pickles even when I asked for it plain. This might seem minor to some, but for those with food allergies or sensitivities, this kind of inconsistency can be dangerous. It’s clear there’s a lack of attention to food preparation and customer requests. Cross-contamination especially with fried items is a serious issue, and if ingredients aren’t being kept separate or special orders aren’t followed properly, someone could get hurt.

Extremely rude. Wanted sauce for nuggets and a red like she didn’t hear me. When she came back to the window she was nasty and said “today is not the day” and slammed window. Manager was right there when she did it and pretended to care. Horrible service, and would avoid this location.

Tired of all the homelessness laying around the restaurant as I'm trying to eat. Don't feel safe, people trying to steal my order, when my number is called. It's crazy! The restaurant smells. You get food from here ask for it fresh they premake everything. The whoppers the breakfast sandwiches, Nuggets, Chicken Fries etc. If you don't ask for fresh food they will give you anything. The time limit for food to sit before ordered is 15mins. The fries, onion rings etc out pass that time. Bathroom is gross. Attention to detail is not extended either. If you want good food experience make it home.
