I called in my order and asked for the fish on my fish tacos specials to be on the side. It takes me a while to get home and I wasn’t going to be eating for a while so that helps me not get a soggy taco which ruins it for me. They actually packaged everything up separate and I was able to assemble my tacos fresh at home. I thought that was really nice and went the extra mile. Very nice employees took my order, rang me up when I arrived and gave me my meal as soon as it was ready. Just wanted to give some recognition, especially during the holidays when things can get hectic. Thanks for making sure my dinner was excellent.

My friend and I stopped by this place for a quick bite before our late evening movie at the outlets. It’s got a typical chain restaurant vibe, but the staff were friendly and accommodating, even though we were close to closing time. We ordered the cilantro lime quinoa bowl with blackened salmon and the grilled veggie California bowl. The salmon was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The hot sauce added a nice kick to both dishes. Overall, it’s a convenient option for a healthy, flavorful meal if you’re in the area! Would definitely stop by again.

Shrimp bowl was amazing. I like the quantity, the variety of veggie and sauces comes with it. It was simply nice. Quesadillas felt little cheesy but overall loved it. Also lemonade and the hibiscus drink was kind off cool. They well pretty with the food.

This Rubio’s is in the Block which makes it a convenient place to grab a bite after going to the movies or shopping around. Their specialty is sea food and honestly I think you get more fish and shrimp for your buck by getting the Cabo Plate: Shrimp burrito and a fish taco. Their new chipotle chicken burrito though is pretty good.

Tacos were great today and had good portions (had 2 original Fish tacos). Quick service. Unfortunately their fountain drink machines were not working.

I ordered online. It was ready and waiting on time. I orderer fish and chips. To be honest, everywhere you go it's frozen cooked battered fish. But I do like Rubio's and the service was great!

It was great. However, I told the lady at least 5 times that I wanted keto tacos. She said any taco I order can be keto so I told her I wanted the gourmet steak, after saying it must be keto, and unfortunately she did not put it as keto. The tacos were great but I had wished they were keto.

Manager on site Jennifer was very unpleasant when it came to dealing with reviewing my order. Once I walked away she kept on gossiping with kitchen area about how she though has repeated my order and I was the customer that was wrong. I request owner or corporate contact me regarding some training at their location.

Manager on site Jennifer was very unpleasant when it came to dealing with reviewing my order. Once I walked away she kept on gossiping with kitchen area about how she though has repeated my order and I was the customer that was wrong. I request owner or corporate contact me regarding some training at their location.

Dissapointed, i have tried from a Rubios in Costa Mesa and the food tastes so much better, fresher and the chips are warm. This place, the chips are cold, taste like cardboard and an aftertaste of oil. The salsas were watery and taste like tomato paste.

They skimp out hard on the portion. I got a rainbow bowl with extra mahi and extra sweet potato which came out to $24 bucks! When the food came out I couldn’t believe it. It seemed like those portions were the regular size but it wasn’t it was the double. I can’t imagine how little the portions are with out the double upsize . Any ways save your money . I should of gone to chipotle

The reason I’m giving them a star and that shouldn’t even give them one star because it was 10:15 when I arrive to have something to eat with my son, we walked in my son sit down and I don’t know if it was the manager. The lady said we are closed, but the doors were wide open and I was already after 10. I asked why we needed to leave she said we’re not ready. We just started cooking. I said your your hours are from 10 AM and it’s a little after 10 she said no we’re not ready. I said what time would you be ready? She said it’s gonna take us 35 to 45 minutes so I walked out with my son.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews but this one definitely deserves it. After waiting over 30 minutes for our food and everyone that order after us getting their food before. Mind you the manager and another server passing by our table numerous times and just looked at us and our number but never thought about our missing food. I decided to go ask for the status on our food and the manager Adriana literally said they “FORGOT” our ticket but would get it to us immediately. I strictly told her do not bring us cold food. And what do they do? Our food wasn’t even warm to say the least. Took our food back and asked for my money back Adriana said she could not refund my tip. And sure enough she didn’t. Terrible service at this place not sure how they stay in business. I definitely do NOT recommend this place.
