A bar located on the main street of Beinasco, with a lovely outdoor terrace, a well-kept interior, and a staff that's barely friendly, bordering on annoyed. The cheap, oven-fresh croissants don't match the establishment's intended tone. The outdoor tables where you sit for breakfast aren't even provided with a napkin, and to top it all off, they don't even bring you the standard glass of water. I definitely expected more.

Given that the place is above average for its location and the products served, I can't even imagine a €1.10 coffee (which is very good, by the way) in the center of Turin, let alone in the center of Beinasco... when they say "getting the simple things wrong"...

I have to give it 2 stars not so much for the quality or the location, which is still quite large, but for the staff and owners. They don't know what courtesy is, it almost seems like they're annoyed if customers come in. Maybe that's why this bar is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, and even a few afternoons a week at certain times. They don't feel like it, and maybe they already earn too much this way. A drop of water before the coffee may not be a law, but it's a nice gesture, given that everyone does it, and the coffee costs more than in the other 3 bars in the area.

Disappointed! The bar is very nice, but the staff puts you off. I stopped by with my husband for breakfast at the counter, and the lady who served us was very rude and seemed annoyed. Not a hello when we arrived, not a smile, much less a goodbye. My husband and I have been in the business for over 20 years and are used to saying hello and smiling. I won't be returning.
