Fuimos un día no tan concurrido, estuvo bien el servicio y la comida. Lo único que no me gustó es que al pedir lo restante para llevar nos cobraron $20 el domo y $10 por la bolsa. En ningún lugar de comida nos habían cobrado nunca por pedir para llevar. Pero en general la comida es buena, aunque la cecina estaba cueruda.

Good service, very friendly waitress, the tacos were delicious, the salsa was the best of all, the food got cold very quickly after being served (barbecue chicken), which I didn't like too much, it has a good atmosphere with music, the horchata water wasn't one of my favorites, but it didn't taste bad either. I would eat here again, but it's not a place I'm 100% fascinated by. It only has a parking lot for 3 vehicles, which can be a bit of a problem if you go and there are a lot of people. The servers are a bit busy since they are few, but they still provide average service.

A fly fell into the glass. We asked for a replacement, but they just removed the fly and returned the same glass with the same water. Obviously, we noticed, so we asked for another glass. Even though they brought another one, you just don't trust what they bring you anymore... I think we need to be more careful. Other than that, everything was fine. 👍

Lentos para llevarte la carta, para tomar la orden y descortesía, cero atención al cliente, mal modo aventando los cubiertos, salsa y platos, no te lo recomiendo. La mesera muy clasista, mal trato u obvio no le dejamos propina ausencia de servicio y atención.

La comida no tiene nada de sabor, eviten la pena en ir solo pierden tiempo y dinero

The food was tasteless and spoiled: cold, reheated chicken that tasted stale. The rice was broken, there were no proper side dishes, and the "salad" was ridiculously small with half a tomato. The service was slow and indifferent. The tables were dirty, the bathrooms were in poor condition, and there were even flies on the tables—completely unacceptable, especially considering the exorbitant prices. A place like this in Orizaba damages the city's culinary reputation. I do not recommend it under any circumstances.

Terrible service. We arrived at 2:30 p.m., the remaining table was empty. When we ordered, they said they didn't have any chicken or suckling pig for another two hours! Meaning, they open at 2 p.m. and have food until 4:30 p.m.! Being a chicken restaurant, they don't have any food, and if that weren't enough, the waiters are incredibly rude and even get angry when you order food or ask what's on the menu. 0 recommended.

The employees' attitude is pitiful when they reported a barbecued chicken that was horrible. The only solution was to fix it, but when it was still exactly the same, they didn't cancel it. They lost a customer.

The food was very bad. I came from another city to visit my parents and invited them to eat here, but it was a bad experience. The suckling pig was super dry, just solid meat and a very small piece of skin, but it was too tough. It seems like they reheat the suckling pig for days. My parents ordered chicken, which was also dry, and the potatoes were small, cambray-style, but very tough, with no seasoning. Overall, nothing was seasoned. The side dishes were very limited, and the Moros con Cristianos (Moors and Christians) were nothing spectacular. The flavored water was the only passable thing. The staff needs more training in service. They brought us one plate at a time; we couldn't begin to eat. We definitely won't be back. Too many flies in the place. Very expensive for the quality and presentation they offer.
