Was REALLY disappointed in the food quality. Burger was dried out and bun was burned. Wish I stayed to eat, so I could have given them a chance to correct it, but was down the road before I ate any of it. Service was typical fast-food and truck stop atmosphere. Not bad, just "meh" for atmosphere, but bonus points for being so clean!

The food is good (sometimes)!! I usually like using the app and order ahead of time to get my food and like any other fast food places you'd at least think you'd expect a neutral to a fake happy smile from the people at the window but all you get is glares as if they don't even want you there. This is on occasion 3 out of 5 times I've gone. I understand life is tough but why just give people glares when we don't even know each other??

With the machines beeping and the loud music playing in back it was hard to here the lasy taking my order. When I said something to one of the managers I was told "you are the only one who has said anything about it".

Aug 21st I ordered frosty and dave's double but first bite of burger felt weird and it turns out they gave me a raw patty. (Unless they serve medium rare)

I love Wendy's but they messed up my rewards and orders and charged me for "rewards even though it's free and the lady at the counter was really rude to me and it's probably cause she didn't DO MY oderR AND I HAD TO WAIT 5 MINUTES TO GET IT CHECKED IN AND she just screwed up my burger completely and she was like blonde and white

My husband picked up an order on 6/25/25. It was a mobile order he could not see what was ordered because I ordered it. They did not give us our drinks that equals $6.98. We tried calling them. No one would answer their phone. We tried to call corporate. No one would answer their phone. We really like this place, but we probably will never order from there again.

Hispanic guy at the window was very rude and disrespectful to my fiance. Didn't want to eat when we got home. Around 8pm 8/22/24. Maybe time to find more respectful workers. That's not ok

Not only do they hate using condiments, they also appear to be allergic to WORK! Went last night, was told they only serve chicken late at night. No beef after 11p.m. W.T.F.?! Then when we decided fine we were there and hungry but then the staff was not there. Don't know where they were. Could not be found anywhere. Disappointed. Disgusted. Hate, hate, hate this location's management, and employees laziness and lack of work ethic. Worthless. Completely. Worthless. THEY NEED TO USE MORE CONDIMENTS. I ordered EXTRA ranch on my Asiago Chicken Club Sandwich, and this is what they defined as "extra". This place is great during the day, and nothing but a HUGE DISAPPOINMENT at night.

I don't b know if there was a fry shortage and the poor looking lettuce and tomato. Very poor looking fries and burger. Won't be eating here nomore. I paid $11.51 for this combo.

This was a horrible experience! As you can see by the pictures, the hamburgers were undercooked ( my family was sick afterwards), smothered in mayonnaise to the point it leaked through the Wendy's bag! The service was just as bad! The drive through employee (young man), was so rude. He was very inpatient when ordering, kept interrupting, " is that all?" Then barely said two words when taking my payment or giving me my food. He just looked at me briefly. Even when he forgot part if my order, no apology or eye smile ( since he was wearing a mask) just," oh yeah". This was the worst food and service Wendy's has ever provided, and we will not be going back to that Wendy's.
