I used to love eating at this Taco Bell with its premier location. In general Taco Bell probably isn't providing the healthiest solution for you but it solves the problem. I had higher expectations for this store, for many years I've been able to eat here without a problem. Last night my experience was below average with the customer service dipping to abnormal levels. I don't know if it's that the crew is worn out, underpaid and undervalued or what but these people's attitude sucked. I don't want to hear about how bad you want to quit your job while I'm trying to grab a bite to eat and enjoy myself in your restaurant. Your bathroom is a mess and that's not how we must maintain it for our customers.

The food was hot and tasted as good as any good taco bell. Not sure why nobody was in the dining room cleaning tables but people made messes and nobody came out to clean up messes or wipe down tables. The service in the dining room was very slow. It took 18 minutes to get my food.

Always messing up my order. When I order on the app for delivery it uses this location and I don’t like this location. They ignore simple orders modifications(like no creamy jalapeno on my quesadilla. I’m allergic to that sauce). Ruined my dinner tonight. The app give me a credit but I honestly wish I could just get my money back to use somewhere else. It’s not fair.

What in the world is that wait time. I waited 40+ minutes for a simple 10$ order. An order that I made 15 mins ahead of time . I know that all fast foods are running skeleton crews and high school students run there place but for gods sake. No one should be waiting an hour for damm burrito , crunchy taco and a damm Baja blast. Everything is pre-made! You all re did this location for what? For what???

Left immediately... I came in because I wanted food I been craving a good cantina chicken bowl and my child needed changed... UNFORTUNATELY they didn't have a changing station in either bathrooms. How are you located in Orlando in a nice area for travelers and people with children and not have a changing station..... The bathroom is definitely big enough for it. Only 1 of 3 kiosks are working. The ladies working the front and drive thru are confrontational and exceptionally unpleasant. The bathroom is one the filthiest bathrooms I’ve seen through all of florida. I’m very disappointed because I’ve been to other Taco Bells and didn’t see this very nonsense.

Terrible customer service and food. The drive-thru guy Carlos had no idea what he was doing. I ordered a cantina bowl, and he rang me up for crispy chicken tacos. I was ordering a strawberry passionfruit agua refresca he was confused and said we don't have that. I showed him a picture of the menu at the drive-thru, and he was still confused. Then, when I got the wrong order, the taco was burnt to the wrapper. I'm never going back to Toxic Bell again. Growing up, going to Taco Bell, it was a treat, and the food was great for fast food. Not anymore. Just look at the photos. Convince me, I'm wrong.

This Taco Bell is so slow I order a box . Got to the window they arleady have like 5 cars park and then had me back up and waited there. I got there around 7:30pm didn’t get my food till about 8:30pm. Then I left when I started eating my taco there was in object in the food. I called no responsed . Email the survey line still nothing this place is a mess a very mess lobby is a mess with trash sticking out. I went inside the manager refused to give me a refund. I will never come here again.

This is the worst Taco Bell that I've ever been to. They gave me a black quesadilla and then when I turned back around, the manager on duty CARLOS told me that's how it comes is burnt. and then proceeded to give me an undercooked quesadilla right after. Placed my order on the mobile app to pick up drive thru. Got there, drive thru girl was rude from the get go. Waited in line for 37 mins, once I got to the window, nobody was in site. Ppl that were in drive thru were very upset and left. I had to honk 4 times and even by doing that, we were all ignored. Waived one of the employees, she came and asked her why was it taking so long. Her response, we only take pick up orders. I was baffled at her response. Then I proceeded to ask her, then why don’t you let the cars behind me know, her reaction, a sarcastic smile. Do not go to this specific Taco Bell.

Good afternoon, URGENT, URGENT, URGENT I am filing a formal complaint about this disgusting place. The Department of Health urgently needs to inspect this establishment. The place is completely filthy. I found a dead cockroach in my soda. The trash can was overflowing with garbage. About two weeks ago I went there and the place was spotless. There was a man with a dark complexion, wearing glasses, and of short stature, who kept the place immaculate. Recently, I came to eat with my husband and even the floor was stained. There were cockroaches crawling on the bathroom walls. This place needs to be investigated immediately. And the store manager is rude. She has no respect for the customers. Please, an investigation is URGENT!

I pulled up at 8 o’clock in the drive-through to order food. They were almost out of everything including certain tortillas ???? Which in my eyes as a company owner, is absolutely unacceptable!!! This was a Monday night not a busy weekend. The girl at the window had no clue what she was doing! I asked to speak to the manager with my concerns and they were so rude and’s stated this was of the busiest locations. I responded “why wouldn’t you have your inventory properly stocked? That falls completely on them incompetency of management, and honestly owner. I would advise to take an I would advise to take a very, very, very close. Look at your staff! Now, after reading the other reviews, I am so relieved that I drove off without the food. I would say this is borderline health board issues and maybe should be considered for shut down!

This location is the worst taco bell I have ever even heard of. Food is usually burned and takes a ridiculous amount of time, and they always forget the sauce unless you remind them again. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and go inside this time only to have to wait 40 minutes for "fast" food.

Absolutely the worst environment of a Taco Bell I’ve ever been at. The workers could absolutely care less about anything and it took 29 min for a luxe box… they were in the back filming TikTok’s and the one of the ones making the food wasn’t wearing gloves. I will never return

6 of us came to eat. We ordered tacos and 2 bowls. The rice was hard and one of the bowls were wrong. We waited the first round of food for 20 minutes. The second round to get the bowl right, we waited another 20 for the mix up and it was still wrong. I had to go back up for the fries that were missing and got a whole lot off attitudes and OMGs. As if asking for them to give me the right food is a hassle.

Decided to go inside to sit and waited 20 minutes after doing the self order with cash for them to tell me they never got my order and they proceeded to start making it yet moved at a pace so slow it was beyond frustrating. I think there was a new girl with blue hair because she just kept going back and forth taking things out of their place and putting them back with no sense of urgency. I ended up just leaving after 30 minutes in total once I realized nobody on the inside was getting their food anytime soon.
