I have an unusual food allergy and Chef Tammy made me a special, awesome, safe meal! She was so helpful. Incredible experience! The entire menu (except the desserts) is gluten free.

What a pleasant surprise, this is probably the most delicious food I have had in a theme park ! We shared two platters between 2 adults and 2 kids. The ribs were so tender the meat fell off the bone, the roast chicken was tasty, and the pernil was good. Potatoes and rice were well seasoned, and the black beans and plantains quite yummy. We arrived 10 min before the 11am opening time and there was no wait. Pick a table by water to watch people getting soaked at the Jurassic park river adventure :)

The pomegranate Dole Whip was a delightful treat! For the cost, the meal was a good value. I will be certain to dine here again and would happily pay to eat at this establishment if there was one outside of the park.

For theme park food, this place exceeded our expectations. Very efficient service! You pick a table, scan for the menu, select your food, place the order, select your table number and the food is delivered right to you. No waiting on lines! Super easy. Super yummy. We ordered the permit, rotisserie chicken, and nachos.

I had the rotisserie chicken which was very flavorful with the potatoes and corn. The portion was nice but they have no take home containers so either you’re going to eat all your food or take it out on a plastic plate. They also had some nachos but couldn’t change the meat it only was served with pork and they didn’t have other meat options. Would have been nice to offer chicken for it. But all in all it’s a nice place to grab something to eat.

What a unique find at the park. Surrounded by popcorn, churros, and noise, this restaurant is tucked in a quiet corner. We walked right in with no wait and grabbed a seat by the window...with a perfect view of the water ride next to us, crashing down with a giant splash. You order food from the app, and a waiter brings it to your table. I was surprised by the healthy menu. As a vegetarian, it was nice to have a meal option. Our daughter had some watermelon and rice. The food was good, but a bit dry. I would like to discover more hidden gems like this at Universal.

The only downside for families is that they don't have a kids menu and there aren't many kid friendly options.

We had a pretty good dinner here. We got the turkey leg platter which was good but didn't taste as good as the one we had last time at the Universal kiosk. This one felt a bit drier and the fries that came with it were very much just so so. We also had the rice bowl pernil which I didn't know was a type of shredded pork. This was actually pretty fantastic for theme park food. The pork was excellent, rice and beans that also came with it was good and the plantains delicious. The portion for the rice bowl was also pretty big. They don't allow the bigger cups if you only want water only the tiny one so had to pay for another drink in order to get a bigger cup of ice water. This wouldn't be an issue if the water dispenser was actually cold but the water that comes out of there is lukewarm. They should just allow it for guests buying meals there so I'm a bit disappointed by that.

Pretty tasty BBQ food. Chicken was a little dry but the ribs were really good. Decent prices for a themes park and the banana rum drink was amazing. Seems like one needs to order on the app first than gets a table.

Terrible you can’t change you food what so ever so if you pick the nachos and have the cilantro gene where it tates like soap then your SOL and food ALWAYS comes out cold. DO NOT COME HERE

I ordered something and the meat appeared raw. I might be wrong, but it was reddish pinkish, it’s just weird. The rice isn’t what you normally would get , or what u think. It comes with a greenish substance and color. In my opinion, I felt the food had no effort put into it. The chicken, pink. The effort in the food? No Effort. Although the service and employees were nice and polite, the food was horrifying.

The meat was completely inedible. The Pernil was nothing but fat and looked like mystery meat. I asked to replace the meat with some with less fat and was given a bowl of more fat. Super disappointing considering the meal was roughly $20. Would not recommend this place.

Today is my daughter's birthday and we are out celebrating. Stopped in for lunch and was stopped at the door by the manager citing being "at capacity" and that we needed to place the order on the app before they would seat us. No problem, we placed the order and a few minutes later they let us in. 45 minutes later, no food and no update from anyone. Flagged down the same manager who is just now telling us they had equipment malfunctions this morning and have been having delays all day. It shouldn't be more than 45 minutes for our order. Oh, OK so it'll be any minute now? No, 45 *more* minutes. 1.5 hour wait for food, with no prior warning and no updates in the mean time is insane. We got a refund and left. We will never be back.

We sat at our table waited 45 minutes then asked about our 5 meals. He (Michael) said it would be at least ANOTHER 45 minutes. I have never waited so long anywhere before in my life. We ended up getting refunded. This is not the first time we have been here and had a horrible experience. Bring back the trays and let people in like you use too. This has been a very ridiculous change and we all will not be ever coming back to this resteraunt. Shame on you all.
