In N Out is one of the best burger places in the world. There is no other burger that tastes like this ANYWHERE. It is a completely unique flavor that is not similar to anything else. Their fries are similar. There is no french fry out there that tastes like an In N Out french fry. They are processed by hand and fried fresh throughout the day. Get the Double Double and do NOT forget the french fries! EDIT: Don't take this stuff home with you! Eat it there! It's too good.

Two of us dined at this In N Out yesterday and had the best experience. Not only was the dining room extremely clean (and was being cleaned throughout the half hour we were there), but the service and food was superb. Our burgers were so juicy and the hamburger buns was perfectly soft and tasty. I was informed that Juju and another member made our delicious burgers. Thank you for such a positive and tasty experience!

In-N-Out never disappoints! Our recent trip was another testament to their consistent quality and friendly service. They truly are a masterclass in fast food done right. For the burger lover, I can't recommend the Double-Double Animal Style enough. It's a classic for a reason - juicy patties, fresh toppings, and their addictive special sauce. If you're looking for a lighter option, the Protein Style burger with mustard instead of spread is fantastic. It packs all the flavor without the bun. No matter what you choose, you're sure to have a delicious and satisfying meal at In-N-Out. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making the whole experience a pleasure.

Typical of every in and out experience, the food was fresh and delicious. There is something about the simplicity of a double double cooked well. it certainly doesn’t leave you feeling as terrible as something like five guys, which allows you to enjoy the experience all the more. I wouldn’t recommend this for dinner every night. It certainly makes a good treat when you feel like a night out. The store was a little busy for my liking but I guess that’s what happens when you have such a high-quality product.

In spite of it being super busy, I got my order immediately. I ordered a strawberry milkshake and maybe due to a coincidence of a ready one being on standby, the cashier was able to hand it to me in three seconds! Wow! I was so pleased I got back in line to make a To Go order!

Who doesn’t like this place? Definitely gotta come here anytime you’re in the area or anytime you’re in Cali. I always get the same thing two orders of the Flying Dutchman and a side of fries. Just what I needed. Great atmosphere great service friendly staff.

In N Out is always a great choice. But I have to say, this location was next-level excellent. The place was packed when we visited and they absolutely cruised through the orders. Literally one of the other people waiting next to me turned and said, it's kind of amazing watching them work at this speed, right?! And I agreed: Every staff member seemed in a good mood and they all supported each other behind the counter and at the cook stations. It was like watching a ballet... that's how well they worked together. Kudos to the awesome staff. I hope management appreciates you! (P.s. the burgers and fries were perfection!)

But this franchise rises above her sisters because she really cares about her customers enough to use a frying oil that is a non-GMO sunflower oil, NOT the dreaded Canola oil with its poison Round Up and hexane residues and highly inflammatory trans fat. THANK YOU! This will now be my burger go-to in Oxnard. Delicious and not bad for you. And I can even enjoy French fries. Please patronize this franchise. I so wish others would follow this leader.

Usually there is a super long wait, but today the line was going by super quick because they had split it into two lanes (left and right) with two people taking orders. The man who happened to take our order was super sweet. He was even doggie friendly!! He loved our dogs and even knew exactly what we were talking about when we requested a puppy patty. Perfect. We were there at 1:30 on a weekend. The place was packed but our orders were taken quickly. We waited for food for about 10 min. There was very little seating available because it was so busy but if you watch while you wait for your food you can usually find a place. Food was delicious. Worth the wait.

Never disappointed. Always order animal style. Packet of spread for the fries. Chocolate shake to wash it down with. The line looks intimidating, it's nothing compared to the wait for garbage frozen alternatives.

I love how their hamburgers and fries taste. Last time I was there, no cashier would come over to help me and when my order was ready nobody announced it. I had to go over and wait a good 3-5min for somebody to come over and ask me what I needed. So I ask if my order was ready and sure enough it was sitting on the counter for I don't know how long. That was upsetting for me because I like my fries as hot as they can be. I was also upset cause I was in a hurry and couldn't ask them to replace it cause that would imply spending more time there which I didn't have. But the hamburgers and fries are very delicious specially for what you pay.

I want to recognize an outstanding employee at your drive-thru named Genesis. She truly deserves special recognition for the way she helped us during our visit. Genesis was extremely polite, patient, and respectful throughout the entire interaction. She went above and beyond by answering our questions about how the burgers were made, and the way she explained things was so clear and helpful. After Genesis kindly explained what we were wondering, a manager came out to add more detail. Unfortunately, the manager did not speak to Genesis or acknowledge her properly after that exchange, which came across as dismissive and rude. As customers we notice everything, most people just don’t say anything. That did not go unnoticed. What impressed me most, though, was how Genesis handled it. She remained completely calm, composed, and professional, keeping her focus on us as customers and continuing to be so polite and friendly. Employees like Genesis make a huge difference in customer experiences. She showed genuine care, patience, and excellent service that reflects the best of what In-N-Out stands for. I hope she can be recognized by the company for the outstanding job she does.

My husband had to get In-N-out while we were visiting family in California. It was good, I hadn't had it in years since I lived on the West Coast so it was a fun treat. Food is outstanding there is no denying that. The issue is the wait and the location. The dining room is far too small to accommodate the amount of customers. The inside line to order is often literally out the door. The drive thru is often a 30 minute plus experience.

Bathroom was dirty, store was clean. Ketchup pump was available, salt/pepper available, napkins available. Lids and straws and sodas were all stocked. Food came out reasonably fast ~10 minutes. Burgers were good, animal fries were soggy but edible. There is a disappointingly small number of seating areas inside and out. With the number of patrons waiting for seats on a Sunday afternoon more seating should be considered. There were in excess of 15 groups waiting for people to finish eating so they could sit, some holding their food already waiting. Consider removing parking lot for more outdoor seating, there is a giant car park right there for the esplanade.

This would not typically bother me as I do like burgers cooked medium, however these burgers were red/closer to rare. Absolutely will give another shot.

The most disgusting InNOut I’ve ever been to. From the trash ridden outdoor dining area, to every single table inside being sticky with food leftover, to the disgusting restroom. This place was in literal disarray except for the BoH. Iced Tea OUT, ketchup OUT, napkins OUT. This was at 4:30PM on a Saturday. They need better employees in FoH.

So far so good. But there was gum in the urinal. Point lost there. I do like the scent of the soap in the bathroom. It's that one scent when you get it at a public place every now again and you're like "dang I like that I'm gonna have to get it for the house" , but then you never can find it. I got a double double animal style burger, no tomato, with cheese fries, and a vanilla shake. The young lady that took my order was cool and she asked me how my day was. When I got my order I had tomato on my burger, and my frys were animal style. I went up and told them it was wrong and they promptly fixed everything. No points lost there in my book as long as everyone is taken care of!

Tonight at in and out in Oxnard blvd, the female representative handed away my fries to a older gentleman that walked out of the restaurant and then walked back in with the order and she swapped the fries from his grasp for my order which I come to In-N-Out all the time and by the time I get home, the fries are still warm because I package it tightly. This time the fries were extra cold, and she was a bigger woman of Hispanic heritage and her eyes looked as if she was intoxicated on marijuana or some substance and she proceeded to apologize for making the mistake.,anyways I love in and out and the fact that they’re always on top of things and have high moral in general. If I felt like good time to talk with the team to wait until after work if they’re going to utilize marijuana unless it’s a medical issue. It seemed to take awhile for the order as well. It didn’t seem that busy either. It was order number 18. Anyways still love you guys, maybe next time I can get free fries

my lettuce on my lettuce wrap fell apart so easily. when I went to the restroom to wash my hands the water was piping hot and my hands almost burnt. Pls do better in n out I am very disappointed 😐

Been to plenty of InO across So Cal while traveling at odd hours for work. This is the only location that has had to refund my coffee order on multiple visits waiting in drivethru for 10+ minutes, plenty of time, despite the fact it takes 5 minutes to brew a new pot when ordering inside. No I'm not gonna hold up the drive thru behind me for something silly like a cup of instant coffee but they need to fix the process to rebrew it if they dont want me to opt for a more caffinated drive thru.

This place has the worst burgers in town, but the people that work here are awesome not the customers. The entire atmosphere needs to change as well as more seating for the customers. This is just a comment don't know if this place will ever cook great burgers.

On my first trip back to California as an adult, I decided to visit In-N-Out Burger. I wasn’t impressed and felt it was overhyped. Now, 15 years later, I decided to give it another try. I can’t remember exactly why I didn’t like it the first time, but I believe it’s for the same reasons as now. I’m currently following the OMAD (One Meal A Day) diet, and I feel like I just wasted my one meal for the day. There was nothing exciting about this burger at all. I had my sandwich specially made with no cheese, only ketchup, mustard, pickles, and onions. I will say, though, the onions were some of the freshest I’ve ever had, and the pickles were crispy and juicy. However, the burger as a whole was bland. As for the French fries—they should probably be served to the seagulls outside. They tasted like something you’d find trapped between your seat and the center console. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful. I was concerned about a long wait since I chose carryout over the drive-thru, but the service was surprisingly quick.

I used to always love coming to this. In-N-Out used to be a regular about 5-6 times a month but now it seems that this location always gives me a barely warm burger every time compared to the other locations in Ventura County so I’m probably gonna stop going to this one which is disappointing. and the young fellas out front taking orders weren’t directing cars so I got cut by 2-3 car that ordered after me,so idk if that went into the ladies at the register having to confirm orders and cars taking extra long and my food being cold to the point I had to throw after half of my burger

It's In-N-Out, so the food is good, but they poorly cooked my fries and prepared my burger. My fries had more than 10 pieces that were hard as a jawbreaker, and my burger bun was soggy from lettuce that was stuck UNDER it (not in it). The burger smelled like the sauce, despite it being ordered plain... Not to mention spending greater than 30 minutes in the drive through.

Slow service. Chose to dine in as we didn’t want to eat in the car. Average wait time to order 5-10 min. The kicker was the 30+ min wait for food. Then had to ask things to be remade multiple times as they weren’t coming out as ordered. Other locations are nearby will try one of those next time. Fast food shouldn’t take as long as a sit down restaurant.

For as busy as this location is, they can afford to redesign their parking lot so folks can park. They have cones blocking off half of the parking lot because they didn't plan the drive through properly.

ATT: Truthfully, this is probably the worst In n Out location I’ve been to in the Ventura County area & I grew up in Los Angeles. That says something. The girl cashiers at this location need proper customer service training, and the manager Karina is not a good leader when it comes to keeping the location professional & without her staff playing around in front of all the customers. They have 0 customers at time during the day and they still make paying clients wait without a cashier for 10-15 minutes. In n Out at this location needs to learn from Chic Fil A in Ventura. Horrible service.

I came through the drive-thru at around noon today (January 1st). I got my usual order that I get at every In-N-Out I go to and told the order taker I would be eating in the car. When I got to the window to pay, the girl at the window said my burger was 'animal style and a fry WELL.' Yes, but I had removed and added a few things other than just animal style and was hoping the other changes were put in, which they were. I then had to ask for a paper mat to eat on because one was not provided to me. Not a huge deal, whatever. Once I received my order, I immediately noticed that my fries were not well done. In fact, they were just barely cooked normally, with some still even being soft. I then went inside and explained there must have been some mix-up, and this was not my fry cooked well. They took my box back to the fryers, and the guy who was cooking them told the worker, “that’s a fry well” quietly enough that it was obvious he didn’t want me to hear him, but I very much did. They came back and said they would fix it, so I went inside the restroom and washed my hands. By the time I came out, a new fry was put in my box. But it STILL wasn’t cooked any more than a normal fry would be. Instead of making a scene and explaining what a fry well is to the guy whose job is to cook the fries, I decided to cut my losses and just leave. I just finished my regular fry as I write. Still a good fry, but not what I ordered. This was my first time visiting this In-N-Out, and I will definitely not be back. Every In-N-Out I’ve ever been to has not had this many issues taking and properly delivering my order. So I’m not sure what the deal is with this.

Okay, sooo, a lot of people may get upset with me because of my review on this place but...I gotta keep it real! 1) I am not a huge fan of their food; I just think it's a little overrated. 2) I know this is fast food, but this location was the worst! Their employees were not very hospitable at all, and the place was filthy! Not to mention, it took us over an hour to get to the register to order because the line was way out the door! Things did slow down after a while though. I've been to this location once, and I doubt that I'll be returning. Peace and blessings, y'all.

Hate to do this to in n out because it’s my spot but the line wasn’t long and took an hour then didn’t have all the food and had to go back inside and waited even longer and all the food was cold by the time we got it. Should got my money back

Every week we have gone and ordered the exact same meals; they have never gotten the order correct no matter how many different ways we explain it or have them repeat it. We called the 800 number and ... yeah, no. We love the taste but this is ridiculous. The menu isn't that complicated. This restaurant needs training, the manager and as they hire new employees they need to be trained correctly and the MANAGER IS doing a HORRIBLE job.

Wait time at this location has gone up from 15 minutes to 30-60minutes if your order has to be “re-cooked” consistently as of lately. Their register system seemed to be down and blatantly just not working as the workers had to switch between the 3 registers just to take every other order. When I received my order, both of my burgers were burnt to the point that it felt like a hockey puck, I don’t know how this happens and can be handed to a customer without knowing or replacing it before hand. I didn’t take a picture because I gave them the benefit of the doubt and just asked to get them both remade, waited another 30 minutes on top of the 30 minutes it had taken to receive the order and was given the incorrect order this time instead of it being burnt so it has to be “recooked” for a second time and received it another 10 minutes later with a “extra” bun to top things off for a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes in the restaurant . It was busy yes, and the systems seemed to be giving troubles so I’d cut them some slack but for both burger burns for a total of 4 pieces of bread to be hard as a puck and black is just pure carelessness.
