Went to olive garden this past weekend for the first time and managers was it well worth the visit. Not a long wait for 2 eventhonit was busy and raining. Awesome service from our server Adam and was very informative and helpful. Had the never ending pasta bowl and managers didnt disappoint. Wife had some of the drinks and they were spot on. Will definitely return.

Our server was absolutely amazing! We loved our experience and will definitely be back! The food was delicious as well. There were 4 of us and we all tried the special refillable pasta with mix and match pasta, sauce, and meat toppings. Lots of leftovers to take home! Well worth the price.

I just visited Olive Garden and had a wonderful experience. The lasagna was absolutely delicious, with layers of rich flavor that exceeded my expectations. The kids’ menu offered a variety of choices that were both nutritious and appealing to young ones, which made dining there a breeze. The service was prompt and courteous, adding to the overall positive atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Olive Garden for anyone looking for a satisfying meal with great options for both adults and children.

It’s a clean restaurant (which is getting harder to find) with good food. Some popular dishes have changed though, and not for the better… which was disappointing. I went recently and was surprised to have a waiter who was wearing SO MUCH cologne it actually invaded our air space. So much so, that when our waiter left the table, his cologne continued to hang in the air. Omg! The waiter was very attentive and polite, so no problem there, but we actually tried to keep from asking for anything so they wouldn’t come back to the table, unless it was necessary. It absolutely made our experience an uncomfortable one. When you deal with the public (waitstaff, doctors/nurses, flight attendants, teachers… you get the message) you DON’T wear perfume, cologne, etc. To begin with, someone may hate it, but the usual reason, even if you like it, a lot of people wear WAY TOO MUCH! You can’t breathe or smell ANYTHING but them. Managers should be on top of that… it’s far too obvious an issue in the restaurant business, for sure. I will be back, but sadly, will need to make a point not to sit in his station. It’s a shame, because he really was good at his job. If it ever happens again, anywhere, I will probably mention it to the person because just maybe, they would want to know.

We went out to dinner last night 2-15 it was my choice to go to OG my husband is not as much of a fan as I am...but it was my choice.so we were quickly sat at a nice corner table. The service was good...as they brought the salad and sat it on the table my husband served me then himself....I stared to take a bite, my husband was staring at his plate then shows me what he is staring at....a LONG BLACK HAIR was tangled up in the salad....I had never touched it..my husband did the serving ...the waitress had never left the area she was at the table next to us ...we called her over and showed her....she quickly grabbed the whole thing and replaced it...the rest of the dinner went well...I enjoyed it...but my husband not so much...he was not a fan in the first place then to get a big black hair in his salad just grossed him out to the most degree....but he did not voice it until wen left...to me anyway...at the end of our dinner he called for the manager..the manager came and whenu husband told him what happened the manager stayed silent???... finally he asked what did my husband want to do about it ??..lol?? dam at least a discount for getting disgusted by someone nasty hair all tossed up in our salad??after the manager (I think his name was Adam..) silently stared at us like we put the hair there ourselves?? He said I am willing to take off the desert???.ok well we were not going to argue about it,but come on we spent good $ to dine in,..and Nobody wants to be DISGUSTED by someone else's hair in their food...but they could have tried to make it right....not making us ask to make things right and at that doing the bare minimum....safe to say we will NEVER be going back...well at least not as a couple on a date...I had to bribe him to go in the first place....and it did not happen to me...it happened to him and he was not a fan to begin with now he probably won't even watch a commercial lol...I fell the manager should have tried to make us want to come back instead we were looked at as if we did that on purpose for a discount...lol...well we didn't..and would never....DO BETTER OLIVE GARDEN!!!!

🙄 Hubs, and both of our young adults sons are extremely disappointed visiting for dinner here as a first and last time today Saturday 8.30.25 I tried excusing our waitress Dulce as soon as we noticed she was really lacking on her knowledge on how to be a proper waitress, since it seemed as she was not trained properly I must admit it pains me to leave such a negative review. We are desappointed with the service, period. We brought our own bottle and are aware of their corking fee that includes wine glasses to be brought to our table and also for the waitress to open the bottle and serve us the wine. Unfortunately she took forever and brought a bottle wine opener and she (Dulce) asked us to open it because she didn't know how to do it herself. It was an extreme inexpensive wine opener she had and it took my husband a long time to get our wine bottle open. We told Dulce "you guys need to buy a better wine opener or you Dulce should invest and purchase one of your own to use with your customers" she said "oh no not here I'm not going to spend my money here, is not worth it" (She will get great tips if she knew her customers and what customers like) This incident shouldn’t have happened. We also had to wait an extremely long time just to get water, breads appetizers and ended up asking for to-go boxes to the hostess, because she left and didn't come back. The restaurant was NOT busy and the lack of attention was frustrating. Overall, not a great experience. We basically felt that the service here was unacceptable. Plus when one of our sons corrected her on the type of pasta he had ordered she immediately excused herself instead of just apologizing by saying "oh but I did put in the order correctly" and after that comment she looked at my son and said oh you're not supposed to share when he was never sharing with anybody we have purchased enough food for everyone with the exception of me I don't eat past. I ordered the calamari appetizer instead. I personally ended up talking to David the manager and he seemed understanding and so hopefully the service is better for the rest of the customers going forward... Ultimately we were not charged the cork fee. Did I mention my husband almost cut himself on an effort to try opening our bottle. Jeez 🙄 It's a bummer because we were here for a wedding and we wanted to bring the rest of our family members here,vbut now we refuse to do so. Please don't blame us.

Service and food was just as expected i got the chicken Alfredo with crispy chicken instead of the grilled chicken only complaint is that there was not enough Alfredo sauce my mom got the shrimp Alfredo and her came with a lot of sauce, she didn’t finish it. The restaurant (mens) is also the same as the location in Santa Maria supper small stalls and the sink area is always wet. At this point i assume the don’t have an employee to clean that up, feels like no one cleans the rest rooms until closing, like i said stalls are also supper small basically uncomfortable, this is the main reason for the 2 stars

I placed my order at 5:24 PM and received a pickup time of 5:44 PM. I arrived at 5:35 PM and checked in through the text link while parked in Spot 2. By 5:50 PM, I noticed several cars that arrived after me were already leaving with their food, so I checked in again. This time, the system showed my order as already picked up at 5:44 PM, even though I had received nothing. I called the restaurant and explained that I had been waiting in Spot 2 for about 20 minutes. I was told there had been confusion with my receipt, but that my order was ready and on the way out. A few minutes later, at 5:59 PM, my bag was handed to me with an apology and a few extra breadsticks for the delay. I understand mistakes happen, but on the way home I realized the soups had been placed sideways inside the paper bag. One of the Toscana soups opened and leaked everywhere, soaking through the bag and making a mess. I had ordered extra cheese and received six packets, but the overall experience was overwhelming and disappointing—especially after such a long wait and ending up with cold food and a spilled soup. It’s frustrating that something as simple as placing soups upright wasn’t handled properly.

I visited today and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. Our server was wonderful and the food was good, but another server (named Tito) made an extremely inappropriate comment while serving the table next to us. He said out loud, “gente ignorante la gente que cree en la virgen” (“the ignorant people who believe in the virgin”). Everyone has the right to their own personal beliefs, but it is absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful for an employee to make such comments in front of customers. This really affected our experience, and I hope management addresses this issue so that it doesn’t happen again.

We also had to wait a long time just to get water or drinks, and ended up asking another server for to-go boxes because ours never came back.
