The donuts are good, but one day I went to the local wingstop and they had nowhere to sit so then I went to Dunkin and bought a donut and the moment I sat down and opened my wingstop they said “no outside food allowed” when a kid was literally eating subway! I was furious, I would go sgain only because it’s near my school and the food is pretty good. Warning to any people that no outside food is allowed.

The workers here are incredibly rude, and I’m honestly frustrated because I went out of my way to stay respectful the entire time. I had an issue with the Dunkin app charging me six times for the same order, and I calmly tried to explain the situation to the staff. Instead of listening, they immediately dismissed me and told me to “just call customer service” or “talk to the manager.” When I asked for the manager, she refused to even come speak to me and had someone else tell me, again, to call customer service. No apology, no attempt to understand, nothing. And this isn’t the first time something like this has happened. To make things worse, another customer kindly offered to pay for my drink along with his own. He gave the cashier $40 and told them the remaining amount was for me. The workers kept the extra money as a tip and refused to give it to me. It was disrespect on top of disrespect. Overall, the customer service was horrible.

One of the guy I did not his name but he is black and very rood type guy and he did not make proper latte then I said could you making proper but he say no but other girl took the latte and she make it agin so all other not a bad .

they are so rude. they got attitudes. they all hate their jobs. there’s a girl with a scarf with an ugly attitude, she didn’t make my food or my drink with any energy. if you don’t wanna be at your job, quit. there were these two guys who ordered drinks after me. while i was waiting for my food, the male employee who also has a bitter ugly attitude was huffing and puffing when he was making the drinks. he put the drinks immediately at the pick up spot and went about his day. the two men were waiting for the drinks and didn’t know their drinks were there already. the male employee didn’t even wanna tell them. then when one of them asked politely if that’s their drinks, the male employee just said mhm, didn’t even look at them. bottom line is the people here hate their jobs, and their attitudes are nasty. the food wasn’t made good either; my coffee was disgusting

god their lattes and their drinks are so poorly made, they are very bitter and disgusting, i had brought a cookie from subways next door and they told me i could not eat that in here, so j am very baffled and appalled by this location. Very bad vibes and quality of food. yuck

I've come to this dunkin a couples times and they have made my order incorrectly which is why I stopped coming however, I was in a rush and decided to order from this location, I ordered the fully loaded hashbrowns with NO BACON. Simple order, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt as making coffee is easy to mess up since individuals have certain preferences as to how they'd like their coffee. As a Muslim, I strictly do not eat bacon at all. My little sister went in to pick up the order and the young bengali boy that worked there handed her the order. She came back to my vehicle and this is when we noticed their was bacon on the hashbrowns. I then went into the store, as soon as I enter all you hear is giggling from the man and young women working there. While waiting for their attention all you hear is their innopropriate discussion and flirtation which explains why they are messing up everyone's orders. As soon as I gave the male the receipt, his female co worker giggled and said "he knows the mistake he made" she did not even look at the receipt. This clearly indicates that he made the order and realized the error he made and decided to still send out this order. When my little sister came in he handed her the order. It is clear that my sister is Muslim as she wears a head scarf. So I ask where was the moral compass in this situation? This issue needs to be addressed and staff members need to be held accountable for their negligence.
