Les falta un buen LETRERO, apenas si se nota una pequeña manta que dice buffet. En gral REGULAR! costo beneficio, en la carne les falta CALIDAD, sugerencia todas las bebidas: te, café, atole traen mucha azúcar o piloncillo, deberían considerar cafe SIN AZUCAR como todo buffet.

Está muy accesible en cuanto a precio, tal vez si mejoraran instalaciones y agregaran más variedad a la comida todo se vería mejor.

Es un buffett de huevito y para malas apestoso, todo el día musica cristiana mi experiencia en realidad fue muy mala, 4 guisados únicamente, desangelados por no decir insípidos. Quizá eso explica el precio $85. Y lo del huevo no es exageración, olía mal, era huevo con salchicha. Ponle una llanta más y mejor ve a otro buffett, aquí te vas a decepcionar y a malcomer. Today I had a very disappointing experience at Bufet Casa del Rey, located at 📍 Av. Insurgentes #1118, Col. Piracantos, almost across from the Piracantos church (on the corner, next to the power lines), Pachuca, Hidalgo. I keep seeing their ads on social media, so I decided to come, but the reality is nothing like what they show. There's no order or cleanliness. The coffee was sitting on a tamale stand, a woman was making tortillas, gorditas, or quesadillas with hard tortillas, and there was trash all around. No one explains how things work, no one greets you or invites you to sit down. Everything feels improvised and disorganized. The food, honestly, was very bad. My son got a normal portion of spaghetti and couldn't eat it because it had no flavor; it was just boiled. I don't believe in wasting food, but you're not obligated to eat something that's inedible. The pozole was just as bad. There were no toasts, no lemons, no oregano, no salsa, no chili powder, and no salt shakers. No side dishes were available. The trays were empty, and no one was replenishing them. The waitresses were friendly, but there was no organization. When we ordered soda, there was only Coca-Cola, with no other options, and they never explained what the menu included, what you could or couldn't eat. There were three of us. My daughter only ordered a Coke; she didn't eat from the buffet. Even so, they charged me for three meals, a soda, and a "waste charge," all without itemizing the bill. When I asked them to explain the charges, they only did so verbally. They told me there was a sign indicating that leaving food would cost extra, but how can they force you to pay for food that's spoiled or tasteless? The worst part was the manager's response. When I told her I would file a complaint, she replied, "I don't care, I manage the social media, and I can delete your comment." That speaks volumes about how much they value the customer. The price might be reasonable, but the quality, organization, cleanliness, and service are not. We're not asking for much, just decent food, clear billing, and respect for the customer.
