It's a pretty normal Panda Express but is in a fabulous ovation close to the water and with plenty of seating. It is great for takeout or eating in and is very convenient for visits to and returns from the beach. It is also in the same shopping center as a Safeway which adds further to the positivity of the location.

The food was good and this time they actually had mostly everything I wanted prepared. The only problem was the two front counter staff was handling in person and online orders so we stood there at the front counter for a good 3 minutes before we were even acknowledged, then close to 7 minutes before they started serving us.

Overall good quality but ok temperature, took over 20 mins to get my fresh batch, small portions for the price, very limited menu when i went, half the options as nearby locations, kinda disappointing, employee's were prompt/fast with service with what is available sitting, clean lobby tho, only 3 stars cuz cook time n variety available is all. I'll b back in few months

Chicken and beef had no flavor tasted old and like sweet mush. Fried rice very bland and over cooked ... like it was reheated. Egg rolls were bland and mushy. Clean facility and friendly staff.

Convenient location with beautiful decor…. But…. The mushrooms in the beef was barely cooked, the music was too loud, one bathroom is “reserved” with a handmade sign for “employees only”, so there’s a long line of patrons creating a longer line due to employees reserving a toilet for themselves. So annoying.

I guess we are expected to use forks that are just laying all out On the counter by the soda machine. I’m all for not wearing masks if not sick….. but this is a little ridiculous. Kids n adults coughing etc. I’m not trying to put that in my mouth. If you don’t know how to use chopsticks, I suggest either bringing your own fork or going elsewhere. Luckily I do know how & enjoy using chopsticks, else I would be returning this meal & getting refunded.

When this location opened it started off real strong. They were clean, friendly, gave good portions, and the food was cooked properly. Today will probably be my last time here. The lady had attitude and barely gave a actually scoop of each item. Not only was the chicken COLD but everything was COLD. I was waiting for chow mein and she still gave me the scrapings of the old one. I even said something and she just looked at me. I don't know what happened lately but this location is now a no go

Ate there twice and both times the service was not friendly. The last time I was served clumps of fried fry rice and the special beef had big peaces of cartilage. Management please retrain staff or stay on top of things. I welcome Panda in the area since I have my favorite in Serramonte Mall but it’s a little far from here. Hope thing had improved when I go back for the 3rd time if not strike 3 you’re out!

We were given 1 order and told the second order would be a 9 minute wait. 25 minutes later, right about the time we were considering a refund on the first order and leaving, the second dish was found sitting on the shelf for orders that were ready. Very disapointed. 2 stars because they didn't skimp on the Teriyaki sauce that goes with the teriyaki chicken. ( most other Panda Express restaurants seem to have a problem giving extra sauce when asked.)

I came in and bought 3 plates. I was told that I had to wait 10 min for the fried rice and chow mein. Once the fried rice came out, it looked so nasty and moist, I brought it up to employee and he said they put too much water in it but continues serving other customers the same rice. Then he puts me 3 peices of orange chicken as my side, I also told him that a side holds a lot more chicken, he then goes puts tape over the box and you can see the tape in the pic. And all the other food was cold and seemed to be old and should’ve been thrown away and remade NOT SERVED TO CUSTOMERS. I come to panda at least 3-4 times a week in San Jose, and I never thought I would experience this at another location.
