Honestly, I don't go often or every day for coffee or an aperitivo because I live and work on the other side of town, but when I do pass by, I'm happy to stop by. I've never met a father or even his sons who are pissed off. I'm a businessman myself, and I can assure you that not every day is the same, and it's not easy to have a smile plastered on your face every single day. Anyway, let's not forget that he just did a major renovation on the place, and that says it all. He's one of the few who didn't sell the place to the first Chinese guy with a briefcase, and given its location, he would have sold it blindly a long time ago. Enjoy your coffee, everyone.

Welcoming atmosphere. Run by the owner and his sons. A lovely place where you can have breakfast with excellent croissants and coffee. For lunch, they offer a daily changing menu, including a selection of first and second courses. Everything is freshly cooked and served at your table with reasonable waiting times. A good selection of wines and spirits are available. Excellent aperitifs are available at lunchtime and in the evening. Prices are reasonable (fair). Free parking is available about a hundred meters from the restaurant.

Nice with friendly staff, good location but with only one negative note: the brioche with berry jam was liquid and therefore completely spilled onto the plate.

I've been to this bar a few times. It's a lovely location in the town's main square. The service was very slow last time: I ordered a cappuccino and a whole wheat croissant. After a half-hour wait (let's talk about it), the girl comes back saying the croissants are out, and I had to wait even longer for the cappuccino, which is average; I've had better. Also, every time I've been there, it's been embarrassing to hear the children yelling at their elderly father who runs the register. These are truly awful scenes that should be handled separately and not in front of the customers, who obviously were talking about the usual exhausted owners of the business. The icing on the cake is that when I go to pay at the register I have to argue because they're giving me the wrong change (they only gave me 2 euros out of 10).

COLAZIONE AL BAR COMMERCIO Oggi ero in centro a Paderno Dugnano e sono entrato nel bar commercio; Ho chiesto un cappuccino e una brioche vuota ben cotta (Euro 2,60) quando mi è stata servita la brioche esternamente sembrava bella e dorata ma io, memore di una precedente esperienza, l'ho aperta a metà ed era cotta fuori ma CRUDA DENTRO. Ho segnalato l'evento e la risposta che mi è stata data è : "NON LA PRENDA PIU" Ritengo che una simile risposta non vada bene e non perchè sono il cliente ed ho sempre ragione , bensì perchè le brioche cotte ancora congelate è quasi sempre possibile che all'interno non cuociano e come è risaputo la pasta (farina acqua burro margarina uova latte) CRUDA FA MALE

Scordatevi questo locale,bella posizione ma pagare 2 aperol con seltz dove l'aperol poco per quantita' stava sul fondo e neanche un cucchiaio lungo per poterlo rimescolare e' assurdo,accompagnato con un piccolo assaggio di salame e fettine 4 di formaggio....dovrebbero imparare dai locali di Milano cosa vuol dire dare un servizio di qualita' e non bidonare i clienti.Questo locale vive solo grazie ai turisti stranieri.....Se poi volete gustare una pizza bruciata ai lati e molle al centro siete nel locale giusto.E hanno anche il coraggio di chiedervi se vi e' piaciuta e alle rimostranze la risposta e' stata ...a va' bene!!! 21/02/19 pausa pranzo sgradevole, eravamo 2 persone. Elenco ogni dettaglio successo. 1- dimenticanza per coca cola, arrivata dopo sollecito. 2- dimenticanza per penne all'arrabbiata, arrivata dopo sollecito. 3- un bicchiere già usato, cambiato dopo sollecito. Ho visto cambiare 2 bicchieri anche ad una coppia vicino all'entrata, sono rimasto stupito dall'analogia del problema. Il peggio però è derivato dal signore anziano, presumo il proprietario: maleducato con i camerieri giovani, si rivolgeva male e davanti a tutti, ha spostato il tavolo di un signore in carrozzina rivolgendosi a lui dicendo "indietro, indietro" in modo arrogante e senza rispetto! Ha unito altri 2 tavoli per far sedere 3 persone ma con molta foga trascinando il 2 tavolino e la rispettiva sedia, facendo rumore senza curarsi del fastidio che provocava anche visivamente come immagine vista l'irruenza. Alla cassa mi ha battuto 5€ un panino da 4.50€, fatto notare e stornato 50 cent dal totale ma visto l'andazzo e il suo modo arrogante di porsi ho pensato che lo avesse fatto apposta e non fosse uno sbaglio, tanti pagano e basta, piccoli aumenti producono grandi guadagni nella quantità... Pochi come me invece controllano bene e allora con scuse di facciata si restituisce quanto dovuto, voleva fare il furbo secondo me! Prima e ultima volta qui per me, non può essere un caso, troppe anomalie per cui modus operandi inadeguato. A parer mio senza il signore anziano si vedrebbero notevoli miglioramenti perché si nota che condiziona tutti e ha un atteggiamento da padre e padrone che produce solo malessere nei dipendenti non facendoli rendere per le loro potenzialità e causando quindi inefficienze come quelle a cui ho assistito. Mi dispiace francamente, il titolo di giornale che ha incorniciato ed appeso non trova riscontro nella mia esperienza vissuta. Magari un tempo era diverso, ma la qualità va mantenuta perché alla lunga il nome potrebbe non bastare più e nel mondo digitale, grazie alla possibilità di recensire pubblicamente, non conviene lavorare male perché è un attimo perdere clienti e credibilità.

Ha fatto la sua storia... ormai il proprietario (Padre) e il socio (Figlio) non hanno piu' voglia, vivono di rendita. Non si scomodano nemmeno per portare un caffè ai tavoli esterni, e vivono con malinconia i tempi in cui facevano le foto con Silvio Berlusconi. Da Padernerse vi dico "LASCIATE PERDERE" così prima o poi si decideranno a chiudere, e avere quella faccia simpatica solo per i privati, non per i clienti.

I'm always sorry to share negative experiences with colleagues, but when I find myself in situations where: Coffee at the counter for 1.20, I order a coffee at the counter (without having seen the price list), ask if I can sit down, and they bring me a receipt for 1.50 at 4 PM with the place empty 🙃. I slap myself trying to figure out where I am, but I'm in Paderno Dugnano! For a moment, I thought I was in the outskirts of Montecarlo. Come on, let's not make people laugh, let's try to use common sense and understand when it's appropriate to charge for table service! Keep doing your job well, but don't be taken advantage of.

My negative rating is exclusively for the service, but especially for the lack of friendliness from the gentleman at the cash register! Remember that doing any kind of business requires humility, knowledge, and skill 😉 In the end, you'll end up like every other living being on earth, so there's no point in all this arrogance you exude! Plus, you're not in the center of Milan. €1.50 for a coffee (sitting at a table) is paying for a service that doesn't exist... You're out of luck!! And I'm sorry, but you have the honor of my first one-star review.

1 star because zero couldn't be given... On Sunday, a mini croissant cost €1 and a coffee €1.40. Are you out of line??? Not to mention the son's friendliness... 🤐 As per his response, you can see what kind of person he is... Extremely arrogant and rude. I'll definitely go somewhere else where there's kindness, friendliness, and above all, even a smile doesn't cost much. 😜

I'm having breakfast with a little girl, I ask for a paper napkin, and the annoyed owner's son tells me they don't have any... I ask him how it's possible they don't have napkins in a bar, and he replies that they only have the small, fake ones they use to serve croissants. When I insist, still annoyed, he allows me a small square of paper towel... €6.50 for two measly breakfasts, and they even look at you askance. I knew you had this reputation, and after years, I haven't changed my mind at all...
