I'll start by saying it's an excellent supermarket, well-maintained, and I've always had a good experience there. However, in recent days, I've been forced to go to other supermarkets to do my shopping because it's incredibly hot inside. The air conditioning is turned on at its lowest setting, and after a few minutes, you feel short of breath. Talking to other people is the only complaint I have about this issue. The cured meats section, unlike your competitors where there's a minimum of three people at any given time, has endless waits at yours because the employee, though fast, is always alone, especially during peak hours. P.S. This is a problem I've encountered at other Italmarks, so I'm sorry, but I'll be forced to change supermarkets.

After the mall's renovation, it's beautiful. The produce, vegetable, and especially the butcher departments are a gem, with almost always very fresh produce. They often have great deals, and I recommend the "Consilia" products (pardon the pun). I'd even give it 5 stars if it weren't for the "Bistrot" service. The huge sign at the entrance invites you to have breakfast or an aperitif, but the staff is always unprepared and often rude, yet it would be a tempting service. I'd recommend improving it. I've attached a photo of the spritzes served.

I tried the supermarket's Café and Bistro service, which wasn't bad. Today I needed to get a couple of special ingredients for a birthday cake, but none of the stores in Erbusco had them, so I ended up here. As soon as I arrived, I decided to have breakfast at the supermarket's café, where I ate the best frozen croissant I've ever had and a juice made from 99% water. On top of that, I managed to find the ingredients at a good price: breakfast plus products? €9.50.

Italmark is located inside a very small shopping center. The produce section is quite large and well-stocked, as is the fresh produce section. The deli and bakery section is large and well-stocked; the cured meats are excellent. There's also a butcher's section, but it's quite small. Overall, the supermarket is quite large. There's ample outdoor parking. I find it a bit pricey.

Today, Saturday, October 25th, at 12:00 PM, SHAMEFUL!!! A fat employee started yelling in the supermarket (behind the deli). The clerk who was serving me, seeing the customers' surprise, intervened to silence her. How can you have people like that among customers!!! It's true that it's not hard to find staff, but please... no way!!
