Avaliações de Maracas Palm Springs
Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Our first time in Palm Springs, and wanted to try Mexican food. Outdoor seating with warmers gave a great vibe to the buzzing atmosphere. Guacamole, Crispy Calamari, Chicken Fajitas were great. One of the best Crispy Calamari we ever tasted. And lemonade tasted very good. Good selection of beers and wines too!
We tried Maracas despite having a lower google rating. We were pleasantly surprised! Food was awesome, service was great, no complaints. I had the mango seafood salad which was LOADED with fish, shrimp, and octopus. My husband had the lobster ravioli and loved it. I highly recommend this place. I think it is underrated.
At Maracas, we had an amazing lunch, on the sidewalk, on a glorious afternoon. @ Pacifico's started, of course, then I had the best Tortilla Soup I have ever had! She had wonderful Street Tacos and we soaked in the sunshine. Our server, Emily, was great and we can't wait to go back!
I went in on a Monday so it was a bit quieter than I think it is on weekends. I was visiting the area. Service was very good. Attentive staff that bring you what you want and need. I had a large margarita. Very strong but good. I ordered the vegetarian enchiladas and it was fresh. Fresh veggies inside with a good green sauce. The side of beans was also good. Good chips and salsa too. Would return for happy hour again.
Absolutely amazing! We had the Camarones Ala Diablo. The shrimp were cooked absolutely perfect and the sauce was some of the most amazing sauce I have ever had! Service and atmosphere was perfect. Can't wait to come back!
What a find! Comfortable seating, delicious food and great service! Prices were reasonable as well. Even gave you a 3% cash discount. The owner of the restaurant was present, making sure everything was perfect and customers were happy. We had the happy hour tacos. I had the chicken tacos and my friend had the fish tacos. Delicious, lovely presentation and filling. We saved one taco for breakfast. Can't wait to go back!
My favorite part about coming here is the service at the bar table. Amazing staff and bartenders with polite suggestions. My favorite drink to get is the coronarita. It's a big margarita with a splash of coronarita beer. I ate once here, I got the nachos and they were good. I love that you can park behind the restaurant or in the side streets.
Food is good, as far as service when we first got here the server told us they had no seats inside, was pretty hot we sat at an outside table but we're going to leave, another server came and said he would get us a table not to worry, I wish I got his name but he completely changed our experience to wanting to leave to a wonderful experience (we made sure to tip him good 👍) Mi chiladas were super tastie! I Highly, Highly recommend trying there street corn appetizer dip so good! Shrimp cocktail was great got it mexican style. Also tried the chiliverde burrito, had good size chunks of meat in it. Would comeback again.
A mouthful of Mexican food!! App dishes were extremely tasty! Loved the street tacos filled with beef and the taco salad, very rich in greens and beans with great dressing on the side! We also had a burrito which was very rich and tasty... for kids we had a fantastic burger which they fill in love with and the chicken fingers were fine...
Good Mexican Cantina. Typical authentic Mexican food as usual with good service and good location on the strip.
We Sat outside - perfect for people watching! - They might have been short staffed because we were sitting for solid 15 minutes before anyone stopped by. Once the server came, he was nice and cordial and efficient. Just sucks that we had to wait so long at the beginning- felt like we were neglected 😢 - Food was soo good - definitely worth the visit! - Drinks were delicious- michelada definitely made in house and good quality. And that watermelon mint cooler was super refreshing!
Great atmosphere, outdoor seating with heaters if needed, nice water feature around. The service was great. The drinks were strong (big thumbs up there). The enchilada was definitely better than the tamale. The tamales are not made in house but they are pretty good. The tamale was well balanced with not too much masa. The chili Verde was excellent. Definitely worth trying again. Thank you.
Waited 15 minutes to be seated, waited another 10 minutes before our drinks were ordered ask several times for more chips and salsa and never recieved any, never recieved refills on our drink not even an offer. Place was not busy. Food was good service was terrible especially since the place is spendy.
Maracas is a fun place to eat. The location is fun and has really fun outdoor seating. You’ll enjoy people watching at this busy street side location. The atmosphere is fun and this establishment can be enjoyed by families, friends alike. The food, mediocre at best. While the menu offers some fairly good selections, the food when executed misses the mark when it comes to flavor. Top thy with mediocre customer service and it doesn’t leave a lasting memory worth mentioned or repeating. If you are craving Mexican food, there are better places to enjoy just down the street. If you are going for drinks, should be fun!
Had a frozen strawberry frozen margarita, and it tasted like bad Kool-Aid 👎🏼 Ordered the Fajita Quesadilla, that was average, but I was also starving. So, probably less than average. This is a tourist trap, think Taco Bell for Mexican food. If you’re a visitor, don’t go there! Go here, Clandestino. Handmade authentic margaritas! If you want a dining experience, with beautiful views, THIS IS IT!!! I am upset myself for even wasting time and money at Maracas.
Our server forgot two of our drink orders, while two others were served fairly rapidly. Then, he accidentally threw our order away and had to take it again. The Chile rellenos, enchiladas and street tacos were very bland. The salsa and chips were good. Our guests who ordered the fajitas liked their meals. The server brought us the wrong bill, and we had to request the correct one. This was all disappointing, because we have really enjoyed this restaurant in the past. I'm not sure we will return based on the service received tonight.
Tried going here with my partner and 7 year old son tonight. We were quickly seated outside, but were ignored by the servers for approx 15 minutes. Even the manager looked at us, and quickly got back on his phone. The staff seemed unhappy and were slow to move around to other tables. Needless to say, we had no choice but to get up and walk out since we weren’t greeted or served. When I apologized to the host for leaving, and explained to her the reason why, she didn’t apologize or try to remedy the situation, instead she smirked and then said, “okay, bye”’ It was so rude and cold that I walked away literally appalled at how unprofessional this business seems to be run. Just, wow.
Disappointed by the service, we wanted to swing by for happy hour on Tuesday around 3pm and found another couple already waiting to be seated. We ended up getting in line behind them and waited for about 7-8 minutes without anyone coming to seat people . We had about 2 other couples get in line behind us waiting to be seated and we saw the staff look up. After another 3-4 minutes of waiting with no greeting the couple who had been waiting before us left and we decided to do the same . Food sounded good but unfortunately we weren't able to get seated .
