They have great selections of sandwiches and salads with the occasional seasonal special food. They have pretty good hamburgers that are nothing special but are done just right and the fries are always cooked as requested. Would recommend if you are looking to grab a quick bite that taste good.

Their Food is so good. Real food with good-sized portions. The Santa Barbara sandwich is my fav', has avocado. The sweet potato fries are addictive! Most of the time, their employees go above-and-beyond, so yeah, super!

You can tell a fresh off the grill burger when the meat is hot and the condiments are cold and crisp. The bbq burger was juicy and tasty, and the fries were fresh and salted just right. Customer service was nice and professional. Definitely adding to my favorite spots to eat!

My boyfriend and I have been here a few times and were never disappointed other than the fries can tend to be saltier than McDonald’s depending who is cooking. However, we came here yesterday(a Sunday afternoon) after being deliberately ignored at another place down the street, we left there totally defeated and hungry and decided to come here instead. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! From the moment we walked in, multiple employees greeted us with genuine smiles, we placed our order quickly and sat down at a CLEAN table. The employees that were cleaning the restaurant were so proactive that they brought us dressings and drink refills totally unprompted in between cleaning the tables and booths. Then we got our food and it was amazing…it tasted even better than the previous times we had gone and the fries were perfectly salted too. I’m also celiac and have to say that I’ve never reacted after eating the lettuce wrapped burgers here. This place is a rare find and I can’t wait to be back!

It’s a bit on the pricey side for not being a sit down restaurant, but at this location they are really good at walking around and seeing if you need anything. Happy to take away trays, get you extra condiments, and refill your drinks without needing to get up. Would put service at 10 stars if I could.

So me and hubby went to the Habit Burger Grill today for lunch. Here in Palmdale on Rancho Vista Blvd. Loved it! I've been here a few times. Now I'm ready to talk about it. Tables are always clean. No matter the time of day. Plenty seats and good food. I love the Impossible burger, it's plant based, and so good 👍 😋 ☺ You would not know it's not a real burger. Looks like a turkey or pork patty, lol. Hubby had the double charbroiled beef burger 🍔 He said it was delicious too. Maybe I'll try that next time. Be ready to spend a little $$$ our 2 combos came to $35.00.

I like healthy choices. The menu displays the calories and clearly describes its tasty ingredients. I don't eat a lot of fast food, but I was highly satisfied with my experience here.

My wife and I had a great dining experience here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and looked good. One of the girls came by and asked if she could take the tray and offered to get us refills on our drinks. This was our first time dining here and they impressed us. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. We had an absolutely great dining experience.

I don’t put 5 stars often. I choose my 5 star ratings for places that have really touched my heart. The service is pretty phenomenal. It’s like family. The food is fantastic and the wait is insanely short. They are on top of it here. We had a misunderstanding (on the free char burger coupon we got) and they were so kind and helpful. I tried to get the name of the lady who helped us, but I couldn’t find her name tag. I believe she was the manager. Kudos to the staff here! Highly recommend THIS Habit above all, but Habit in general is delicious! Worth standing in a mile long line if needed.

I really enjoy the food at THIS location. I am a frequent patron and have not ever received a subpar order, no matter the day or time. I have had their burgers, sandwiches, and salads. Ingredients used are (always)fresh (based on my experience). Service is timely at peak hours. I would and have recommended this location to family and friends. You can also order online, and upon arrival your order is ready, if not within 3 to 5 minutes.

Quick and easy place to get a bite with your lads. The service is quick and simple which invites the customers to stay longer to talk with their friends/ family. The servers are friendly and one even cracked some jokes with me the first time I came. They are always polite and always try to make sure you are happy with your food. The burgers are great and when the AV only had pizza and burgers, Habit has one of the best burgers in town. I highly recommend you to try it.

The usual soft drink options and a couple of lemonade combinations. Moderately busy in a area where there are several options such as McDonald's, Chick Filet, Slice House, Shakey's Pizza + more at the Antelope Valley Mall.

I know I'll probably be roasted, but I think they do a better burger than In-N-Out. There I said it, I await your judgment and accusations. Not as fast as In-N-Out but they have onion rings. To be clear I love a good burger from anywhere, and I've loved this place since I first stumbled across it in Santa Barbara <3. Not a huge fan of the self ordering kiosks, but I get what they are trying to do. Maybe I'm sort of old school, but I do like getting to have a polite convo with someone behind the counter. Overall 0 complaints, except they dont have a 4x4 on the menu. I mean come on guys hahahaha

I always check my food before I pick up at other stores in Palmdale due to bad experience, but this location of Habit I wouldn't worry about.

Check this out. Delicious burger I mean it it's flavorful I like their trick with the butter on the hamburger buns to give them flavor. My wife and my daughter enjoyed themselves. Good customer service I mean it is a fast food place and yet they still have time to come up and ask how do you like your burger and if you need anything else. Also if there is no ketchup or any condiment just ask they are more than happy to take care of you. Guess what is the icing on the cake NO CHARGE FOR RANCH OR THOUSAND ISLAND .

One of the best places to get a great tasting burger and shakes. The seating is the only downside as the Palmdale location is always crowded. Parking is good and location is perfect. The prices are slightly higher than your ordinary fast food as this place have better quality food. Try the Lime Aide it's the best.

Solid burger joint with surprisingly good sourdough buns if you ask. I think I got the wrong drink, but whatever they gave me instead of sweet tea was still pretty good, and they were busy. (I definitely could have asked for another, but I decided not to)

I ordered the charburger with American cheese, no onions, and extra pickles. The food took about 10 minutes to come out and it was all hot, fresh, and satisfying. The burger was fresh and tasty, the patty was made with real beef, the fries were crispy and flavorful yet mild, and they gave me extra pickles like I asked. The ranch was delicious too; nicely garlicky like The Cheesecake Factory's, but not as overpowering. It was easily the best ranch I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Later I ordered a chocolate milkshake which I had to wait 5 minutes for, but it tasted great and slightly malty. The establishment was quite clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and I definitely will be returning.

Great overall experience, clean even though it was very busy during lunch. They clean the tables as guests leave so you're not waiting at a dirty table. Also restrooms were very clean. They have staff walking around enduring your experience is good, constantly asking if they can get you anything. Only reason I'm deducting a star was due to the burger patty being slightly overcooked. I prefer my patties med rare, these were well done. As I wasn't asked how I like the doneness of the patty I don't know if you can even get it medium rare. I'll try their chicken next time.

Good burger with friendly staff and fresh tea. Ordered their double burger. It came out hot and fresh. The bun was tasty and my 2nd favorite part. Fav part was the French fries. They were super tasty, fresh and hot. Only real issues were the wait time and lack of seating. It took over 20 minutes for a burger and fries. Seems a bit excessive. Felt even longer though, due to lack of seating. Would I return? Yup. Nice to have some variety in a burger spot and their daily specials warrant a return.

Stopped in after the original place we wanted to eat was closed due to a power failure. Turned out to a good choice. I ordered the #2 double char meal and my wife ordered the #1 meal. The burgers were juicy and tasty. The fries were piping hot and we love their strawberry limeade.

I got their chicken caesar salad. Sad to say the lettuce was not the freshest. Edible but clearly tasting old. Otherwise our hamburgers and sandwiches and green beans and cauliflower were amazing and very tasty. The service was fantastic. The server that brought our food even noticed herself that the music was too loud on the outside patio and turned it down for us. Definitely going back!!!

I received excellent customer service from Kimberly. I did experience some issues with the front-end manager, but Kimberly stepped up immediately, she identified the problem, corrected it, and showed genuine empathy throughout the process. Unfortunately, the manager’s behavior was unprofessional, as she was rude, raised her voice, and attempted to give directions from across the room while on a lunch break. I feel work-related matters should be handled professionally and in the proper setting, not shouted across the store. Overall, Kimberly turned this visit into a positive experience. Shout out to her for going above and beyond!

Be mindful when you order the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich. I've been coming to The Habit semi-regularly over the years because they offer excellent customer service, and up until recently, good value for your money. I say "up until recently" because the bill for my Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich with onion rings and regular soft drink was just under $19. Say what? Is there some nationwide chicken shortage I wasn't aware of? On what planet does it make sense to pay almost $19 for a chicken sandwich combo? I asked the staff to kindly cancel my order. I would come back but just to order the charburger combo which is considerably cheaper.

Awful curbside service. Always say they came out to give it but I doubt them. If you can find a time when it’s not super busy, the tenderloin sandwich is a delicacy in fast food and well worth the price. The problem is it kind of has an identity crisis between a nice sitdown place and a faster place. Honestly I think the Lancaster location is able to manage this much better because of their drive-through.

We ordered for pick-up and again order was incomplete. Twice I have ordered a Santa Barbara Char with ADD bacon, and twice it has been omitted. Maddening not to have driven back when we have already started eating.

Every time I come here i get great service and my food is as ordered. However there has been a couple of occasions where the shorted me 2 orders of fries both times. Manager was yelling are her employee and customers. She stating they were closed (11:45 am) because of...?? no idea. It didn't make sense, she had no reason they were "closed" that they could help people in 10 or 15 minutes. Yet I was able to pickup an online order? To top it off, she was getting angry at one of her employees because the directions she was giving to her were too confusing, so that employee was rightfully confused. Poor employee at the register was doing her best to help the customers waiting on their online orders. The whole thing was really uncomfortable and made me feel for her employees. Manager needs a course or two on managing.

While the staff is very helpful and pretty great, the food, not so much. My impossible burger was under done, and my husband's burger was small and overdone. I did like the tempura green beans, a nice change from fries, but overall this place is way too expensive for what you get.

I picked up order 1006 from this Habit today. I ordered a char burger cheeseburger meal and the crispy chick en meal, also a order of crispy green beans. My mother's hamburger meal was good. The crispy green beans were okay. The problem was the crispy chicken sandwich. It was terrible! So hard, it tasted horrible and was hard as a rock! So now I'm still hungry and have to find something else to eat. What a waste of money for the chicken meal

I have never gone into this location. But from a distance are always seems to be a decent crowd. I am a vegetarian so I don't eat any hamburger meat. I was surprised to hear that the offered a vegetarian hamburger. So I manage to have one of my children's thought by their in pick me up 1. When I received it it look fine pretty decent looking Burger. But I was very disappointed in the quality of the vegetarian Patty. It was extremely dry and overdone. Not the quality expected for in a 8 dollar Burger. Needless to say I won't be ordering another one from there again.

I went there with my family and the burger and the Santa Barbara salad taste like a fish. I don't think they clean after they cook different meats. Ordered on line. Very glad I checked in car prior to leaving. Only 2 of 5 sandwiches were correct. Had to order new one to get it correct. While I was waiting for the new one, I asked the person who seemed to be the manager how to order next time so it would be correct. I showed him the print out and he said that is how I should do it. I asked why they were wrong and all he said was sorry. 🤷‍♀️

There is no such thing as hot French fries at any Habit location! COLD FRIES AGAIN People!!! I refuse to ever eat here again! I was initially warned of this problem by a family member, before I took my family here. After 4 repetitive visits here and getting COLD FRIES, I refuse to eat here again! I have complained to Corporate twice and will do so a 3rd time. I have complained to workers every time. Still to this day, I see Onion Rings pre-cooked sitting in the deep fryer baskets; awaiting an order. Upon a new order, those pre-cooked Onion rings are dropped in the fryer for approximately 40/60 seconds a 2nd time, resulting in greasy onion rings to compliment Cold FRIES!!!

Went to this location yesterday. They have a Habit alright for being 🤢. The tables and chairs outside were sticky and dirty. The staff came out to clean them. He wiped down one table while the other 5 he left nasty. All so I went in the women’s restroom and male staff was in there cleaning no sign outside. I’m glad I’m a grown women and not a child. Going into a restroom and find a man in there clean with no notice. We like habit food but this location NEEDS to clean up your act!!

The roasted Califlower was cold literally frozen still and had no sauce as advertised. The burger was very very undercooked too… careful eating there.

I waited 20 minutes for the worst for I've ever paid for. The habit on the other side of town is amazing. This place was unbelievably bad. The cost of waiting 20 minutes was cold fries, cold sweet potato fries, cold burger, flat sodas. They put cheese on my wife's burger that we asked them not to. They gave me about 15 fries, I guess I was lucky because they were disgustingly cold. A lady in front of my laid into the girl at the counter and rightfully so. Her green beans had been sitting since she ordered, her order was wrong. Don't go here. Go across town.

We ordered a salad to go, which turned out to to look like it was a day or two old. I ended up throwing most of it out. It's unfortunate because they typically do a great job on their food, whether you order burgers or salads. It was a let down.

We ordered from the kiosk and asked for napkins or else it’s an automatic no napkins included order. We were never texted or anything that the order was ready. They didn’t even call out the number so the food was a little cold when we finally went to see if our food was ready. It also didn’t include our requested napkins (food is a little oily so we really needed it… ).

I literally LOVE habit, it's the best burger place ever... but I am so sick and tired of then always forgetting the ranch I paid for EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I order on UberEats. Come on yall, what's so hard about it. Why am I paying more for something yall never put in the damn bag

food taste is good but not that good in preparation precautions. Me and my wife went to have a couple of sandwiches and they left the avocado skin in both sandwiches, one one was an inch big.

This place is a straight mess. Charged me double then told me no manger to process a refund then chicken sandwich was super dry and oily. Fries were soggy

this is just insane i got lucky i had the light on and not just eating with no mind of it cause the last thing i expect is to find a tooth pick in my fries thats disgusting one second it had plastic in it so who know if they are picking at it or if they just don’t pay attention i am so disappointed

The phone said in 11min the food will be ready, I came in anyways and came in for my order and the very Tall lady looked at me and then ignored me an continued telling some life story to the staff. Then after waiting I decided to ask can I have my cup for my order while wait and the Tall lady looks at me and ignores me again and turns her back to me again and another employee saw my face and got my food that was sitting on the ice cold counter so my food was ice cold. So she decided to ingore me and let my food get cold and did not care at all. So that means the 11min time was a lie and my food was sitting at the counter for 5 min when my phone said ready in 11min. So they were going to let my food sit there for 15min cold before telling me it is ready? I do business consultanting and that Tall lady is ruining this wonderful establishment. Who wants to come back to a rude person like that and feel comfortable coming back. I am sure I am not the only one who has experienced this, my wife said she is always rude and lazy and that why I decided I need to write this review because it happened to me as well and just found out my wife and her friends have delt with her poor attitude before and didn't want to eat here tonight and now I know why. That lady needs to be removed, you can't discipline a person like her. She will be Fake to her superiors face but she is the kind when no one is around she will continue that terrible treatment to customers. I would not want a lady like that making my business loose customers. Think about it my wife and I and her friends and co workers and my friends and Co workers will not be eating here. That's almost $9,000 loss in sales from a group of friends of 6 people stop eating 2 times a week for a year who work in that area. Then times that to how many people she treated and their friends not coming, that's an easy $40,000 -$80,000 loss or more a Year from a rude staff member experience. Your motto is always smile. I have friends and family that don't work there anymore and told me her behavior is unacceptable and she would be terminated instantly for breach of contract especially if she is a manager or supervisor. Then at like 8:53pm we get a message put food is ready for pick up. Oh and the burger was raw and not cooked, uncooked or half cooked food sitting for 15min or more can cause someone to get sick or worse a death, common sense for a Trained Manager and Chef, not here I guess. This happened on December 09, 2025 between 8:00pm to 8:30pm. Then the next day, the Owner replies on here with a link that does not work and does not mention anything about doing something about the situation, no wonder people like that work their, owner doesn'teven care🤦‍♂️. So I guess nothing will be done🤷‍♂️ also look others have reported the same thing all year long and Nothing had been done. What a crappy place to take your family, just Don't Go. Eat at the 15 other places in that shopping center or go across the street or go across the street to the Mall and get better food and service elsewhere. Owner does give a crap all they care about is there fat paycheck and copy and paste the same fake response. What a joke of an owner and establishment.

RAW BURGER!!!!! Decided to grab some burgers for dinner the other night and this is what my daughter bit into. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!!! I specifically asked for “WELL DONE” and this is what we got, so disappointing and absolutely unacceptable especially for a burger chain that should know how to properly cook meat. She couldn’t even eat it. I hope the staff is more careful in the future about checking orders before serving. We took our entire meal back to the store and got a refund. We won’t be coming back.

This is the third time I’ve experienced an issue with curbside pickup at your location. I placed my order at 4:30 PM and checked in a few minutes later, but no one ever came out. After waiting 30 minutes, I had to go inside to retrieve the order myself. By that point, the food was cold and the milkshake was melted. To make matters worse, I had a young child sleeping in my car, which made it extremely difficult for me to leave my vehicle. This defeats the purpose of offering curbside service and has become a repeated frustration. This experience was unacceptable, and something clearly needs to be done to fix your curbside pickup process. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly so customers aren’t continually inconvenienced. PS: The ranch was watered down.

They gave me the wrong sandwich. Unfortunately I trusted them and waited to check when I got home. I paid more for the combo that I ordered vs what I got. This is not a chicken club.
