Great food and atmosphere! I had the beautifully marinated steak in onion and red wine sauce. We also ordered the hamburger to go and were pleasantly surprised that these guys had selected cardboard take away packaging instead of the oh so common and contaminating Styrofoam! Fantastic meal at Sua. You know they source the best ingredients because you can taste it in their food. We both had burgers, and the meat was top quality and served with homemade fries. Nice selection of craft beers and their cucumber and mint kombucha was divine.

One of the best meals we had in Colombia. Tasty chicken with good combinations of sides and sauce (different options), and a shrimp casserole. We also tried the local cocktail (Churriño?) for the first time. Although we have no other reference: Nice! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Cool decorated place with live music during the evenings we were there. Thumbs up!

Had the quinoa risotto and quinoa burger with 2 different Kombuchas, and I loved every single bite and sip of them. Delicious and creative flavours, quite unique! The atmosphere of the place is lovely too!

They seem to be very environmentally responsible, and the flavors are amazing... A little bit expensive but worth it... The deserts are not outstanding but i recommend the "casuela" or the season fish and also the fermented beverages

Food is just delicious and served in a really beautiful form, an art on the plate. There is an abundance of good food, you may even get a feeling that is too much, as menu consists of 10 pages, so it may be difficult to choose some. Waiting time was normal, and during that time there was really pleasant live acustic music performance. Another time where we were passing this place we also saw somebody playing chilling music on the guitar, so it looks like it's a part of the food politic there 😉

Very tasty vegetarian wrap, but the shrimp salad was overdressed with balsamic. Quite expensive relative to neighbouring restaurants, twice the price.

Had lunch here. I was impressed with the quality of the food. The chef is from Bogota. Clearly he is professionally trained. You can tell from the presentation and the boost of flavours in every dish. Had a Piña Colado as an appetizer. Asked them to make it less sweat for me. It was delicious! Prices are good too.

Very good. Goat burger with fries was terrific. Wife had smoked goat wrap, also good. Kombucha flavourful and petillant. Service friendly and relaxed.

Beware, black coffee is really strong!!!. Sua is definitely a great choice for good food in Palomino, but pricey. Not a budget restaurant. $$$$

Very chill place, just had an iced coffee, wasn't very good, wouldnt recommend it - yet the waitress let us stay and order the drink 15 min before the opening

Setting was really nice and the food tasted good, fish was well seasoned and meaty (bones inside but that’s ok) Mojito was nice as well Reason for three stars is that I’m as close to certain as I can be that something from here gave me a pretty bad stomach, I read a previous review that said they thought the coconut lemonade may have upset their stomach and I had coconut rice and sauce and ended up with an upset stomach. I don’t know if restaurants can use bad coconuts but guessing they can. Service was a tad slow on the drinks as well (empty restaurant and 30 mins for a sprite and a mojito) but this is pretty normal in Colombia so only a minor complaint.

The spaghetti with sea food was was dry and the shrimps were scarce, ordered a beer when I arrived and it took them 20 minutes to bring it to the table. Maybe I was just unlucky, the chef didn't seem to be having a good day after he learnt that two orders had been mixed up, anyway, someone's mistake shouldn't reflect on the service you give to your other customers.

Fine restaurant in a beautiful spot in Palomino. The garden is very nice and there is live music. The choice of dishes is wide and the food is fine. We had a good meal here.

After the "how was it" I commented on it politely. Later she came back explaining to me that it was not raw and claimed that that part was bacon. They either did not look even at the uneaten parts or took me for a fool.

Unfortunately very disappointing. The attention of the staff was poor (didn't see that we like to order for quite long, didn't ask if they could bring us something more or how it the food is and didn't clean the table after we finished). Menu 1 Lasagne Unfortunately the cheese of poor quality and not tasty. Menu 2 Vegetarian Sandwich Came with chicken and the same cheese. Menu 3 beef with wedges The beef was dry and fried way to long so that it was only "grey" inside, ordered medium. The wedges where not fully fried. The salad was good. We wouldn't recommend it because there is many better and cheaper options.

I came here after googling where to eat in the area and seeing as it had positive reviews I went to check it out. I got the coconut lemonade and ceviche and the two men I was with got a seafood soup and pasta. When our food arrived we had decided it was just okay and not worth the price they were asking, all 3 of us didn't finish. the ceviche was very fishy, I've had many ceviche on the carribean coast but I couldn't stomach this and began to feel nauseous. I went back to my hostel and then began the most severe food poisoning I ever had and had to cancel my plans to the desert early and return back to santa Marta to get better.

Food was amazing but service was incredible slow and inattaintive and they charged extra for more sauce when it was ridicolously few in the beginning.

Bad experience. Cold dish with little sauce. I asked them if they could bring me one, and they charged me for it. Also, the service is very bad and the prices are expensive for what they offer. I don't recommend at all.
