Es la primera vez que entro a un Starbucks y estaba muy confundida; al principio tenía pensado pedir para llevar, pero después de ser atendida con amabilidad e interés, me provocó sentarme en una de las mesas. Absolutely amazing food with a friendly atmosphere and great service! All allergens are marked on the menu, including gluten, lactose, soya, etc. I mentioned that gluten was extra important for me and the waiter immediately took careful note of this and let the kitchen know. We ordered a starter and a main course each, and were advised that that was too much food. Very honest of them, and they were definitely right as the portions are generous! The food was truly amazing and we very much enjoyed our evening.

Freaking fantastic. Buzzing, super busy but with reason. The food here is next level and the drinks good. To top it off, the service (for this level of busy) is top form. There are proper high level bars in NYC, CPT and MAD that can’t compare to service here. 10/10 would recommend.

This place was recommended by many locals. We arrived and the place was full : 1st good sign. The main dining area is downstairs. You can see the hustle and bustle, another good sign as you see plates come and go. We sat down and where greeted and attended by Felix and Chucho, who frankly made out dinning experience delightful. We had the pre fix menu of the day. Warning : that menu was huge. The amount of food was too much, we did not get to the dinner. I am not going to dive into the details but what we had was Lk delicious, but the meat was exceptionally great.

Really very good ambience and maintaining tradition of brand name. Enjoyed well with tasty food. Especially with the signature food of Ensalada Irunaza and Octopus. I came from india during the summer in spain. Great climate, Nature and people. Must try this place while your visit in Pamplona.

When you hear a lot about the pintxos of Pamplona, this is the place where you mus meet them. Very nice and attentive service from the staff. Despite being super busy on a Sunday at lunchtime, it's a pretty clean establishment. Anytime I go back to Pamplona, I'll definitely make a visit here again.

Food is super delicious and the service is great too. It was raining so my dad was a bit sad, angry, because that is how he feels when it's raining and he gets wet. We got there, to have dinner qnd I can tell you, thank to the amazing waiter who was in charge of our table, who made us laugh abd have a great time, and the delicious food, we ended up so happy, us four. Very delicious tapas, with generous portions. The food wait time is quick, and there's a great selection of beers, as well as fresh juices. The staff are very attentive, friendly and speak multiple languages. Would definitely recommend a visit if you're in Pamplona.

Top pintxos bar, pick from the bar or order specials from the menu. You can eat and drink her for €20 for two in half an hour. But take your time and savour the little gastronomic masterpieces. This is why the Basque country is top for food reactivity.

Para las opiniones de una estrella que han puesto, es un starbucks. Te quejas del precio porque lo comparas con la cafetería de la esquina de tu casa. Criticas el tamaño del Latte porque lo pones al lado de la taza del bar de al lado. Te quejas del sabor porque lo comparas con una cafetería de especialidad. Es como comparar McDonalds con una hamburguesa de carne selecta y con ingredientes bien seleccionados. Este Starbucks, al igual que el resto que hay en España, están bien logrados para lo que la franquicia siempre ofreció. Ve al Starbucks de Donosti, y el precio y sabor son iguales. Ve a cualquier Starbucks de Madrid o Barcelona y el frapuccino sabe igual. Opinen en base a lo que siempre ha ofrecido la franquicia. Y si no, no entren a un Starbucks.

The bar was super-busy when we arrived but the restaurant in the back was almost empty. It did fill up later, improving the ambiance. I enjoyed my polpo and dessert, my friend found her dish too heavy in sauce. Very friendly waiter and excellent wine.

The ceviche was the best we’ve had in pamplona. Give this place a try - with this kind of variety, you’re sure to find something you like.

Well decorated bar&restaurant in downtown! They got the bar area at the entrance and then the restaurant at same level and -1, pretty big actually. Excellent value for price daily menu at 28'5€. I do not know whether is availabe during weekends. Good service and awesome food. Amazing for trying its variety of Pintxos as well.

Variety pintxo (tapas) that difficult to choose because you will want to eat everything. Also delicious. Good presentation. Inside more table that more quiet or feel more comfortable than outside.

En la apertura todo estupendamente, pero ayer fuí como a las 12:00 y la mesa en la que me senté estaba sin recoger ni limpiar, el chico que daba los cafés parecía estar muy molesto todo el rato y no tenía buen trato con el cliente, la chica de caja super maja un 10, los cubiertos tenían manchas del lavaplatos y la taza papel pegado... La carrot cake estaba seca y no tenía nada que ver con la del día de la inaguración. A parte el local de por si es muy pequeño y hace un calor terrible. Espero que mi reseña ayude a mejorar.

Lamentable desilusión al llevar a mi hermana a conocer el Starbucks siendo ella una persona con conocimientos de barista, con ganas de que probara vuestro famoso Frapuccino y los postres que me encantan. Si, lamentable y vergonzosa experiencia, ya que al llegar nos dijeron que no había disponibilidad para ninguna de las bebidas con hielo. De igual manera pedimos tiramisu latte, el dependiente estaba más enfocado en simpatizar con su compañero y lo que parecían amistades que estaban sentadas tomando bebidas hechas con hielo. Cuando voy a pagar me parece súper extraño que no me preguntase si tengo Rewards para pasar el código QR y veo que pasa el scanner por otro código que tenía allí. A lo que le digo si puedo usar mi usuario de Rewards y me dice: ¿pero su app es de España? Y le dije si claro. Entonces el dependiente ha tenido que pedirle al compañero asistencia y se ha tenido que cambiar de caja para volver hacer el pedido y pasar mi QR de Rewards. El café pues...efectivamente era un latte (pero sin el tiramisú)...no quisimos reclamar, estábamos cansados de pasear y queríamos ir para tener una grata experiencia, aparte que íbamos con mis sobrinos pequeños y los postres estaban buenos.

Bollería seca y se ve que lo traen congelado, cafe normalito a precio de oro. Un solo baño compartido para ambos géneros y minusválidos.

Lamentable hice un pedido y me llegó incompleto llamé y que hablara con Uber pero ellos no se hacen responsables de faltantes por parte de la empresa

Me cobraron 2 veces. El chico un sinvergüenza. Le dije que si estaba cobrado. Le enseñé mi aplicación del banco la hora y el importe eran de allí de ese momento. Y dijo que no que no que mi banco me lo devolvería pq no le funcionaba el datáfono y eso estaba mal. No estaba cobrado. Y después tuve que pagar también en efectivo. El cobro del banco lo sigo teniendo obvio y el ticket del efectivo. 2 cafés y una cookie me salieron en 26 euros. Un timo de sitioooooo

Hemos venido a probar el café y... NADA QUE VER con cualquier Starbucks de cualquier lugar del mundo. Hemos esperado entre 10-15 minutos para un CAFÉ SOLO DOBLE y resulta que el café era lo que tal cual figura en la foto. Y encima carísimo!!! No recomiendo para nada, se pierde tiempo y dinero. Cualquier cafetería se está mucho mejor que aquí. No volveremos!

Mi peor experiencia en Starbucks. No sé qué ocurrió exactamente el 24/01/26 entre las 17:00 y las 18:00 en el Starbucks de Pamplona, en el centro de la ciudad, ni por qué pusieron en el turno a dos empleados tan descuidados e irresponsables, pero mi marido y yo nos fuimos con una impresión verdaderamente horrible. Normalmente nunca escribo reseñas, ni siquiera cuando estoy muy decepcionada, pero esta vez no puedo resistirme. Pedimos dos bebidas GRANDE: un caramel macchiato y un latte de pistacho con leche de avena; además, pedí que también se añadiera leche de avena al latte macchiato. Por dos bebidas pagamos casi 12 € (por supuesto, sabemos cuánto cuesta el café en Starbucks, pero por ese dinero y tratándose de una corporación tan grande, uno espera un servicio acorde). No solo tuvimos que esperar más de 10 minutos nuestro pedido porque los empleados se confundían y preparaban mal las bebidas de los clientes anteriores, sino que al final nos entregaron dos bebidas en vasos pequeño y mediano. Cuando les aclaramos que habíamos pedido dos bebidas tamaño grande, simplemente vertieron el contenido del vaso pequeño en uno más grande (ensuciándolo con café dulce, dejándolo pegajoso) y añadieron leche por encima. Podría haberme detenido aquí, pero lo “mejor” vino después, con el regusto. Cuando di un sorbo a mi latte macchiato, me di cuenta de que no solo faltaba la clásica “rejilla” de caramelo por encima, sino que ni siquiera había sabor a café, y mucho menos a caramelo. Fue el latte macchiato más horrible de toda mi vida; para colmo, estaba prácticamente frío, aunque yo ni siquiera había especificado la temperatura a los empleados. Tras intentar con esfuerzo beber esa cosa, llegué a la mitad del vaso y decidí quitar la tapa. Con gran sorpresa descubrí que en el caramel macchiato no había café. La bebida tenía el color propio de la leche de avena, sin rastro alguno de café (ni siquiera añadiendo un solo shot de espresso a la leche de avena puede quedar con ese aspecto). Supongo que los empleados se olvidaron, o directamente decidieron no añadir ni el café ni el caramelo. Al final, los 3 € restantes acabaron en la basura. Quiero aclarar que hace unos meses ya había estado en este mismo Starbucks y me fui con la impresión de que era “el mejor Starbucks en el que había estado”. Es una verdadera pena que hoy hayan estropeado tan bruscamente esa impresión. Espero que a la administración de este Starbucks sí le importen sus clientes y que tomen alguna medida ante esta situación.

Hoy tuve una experiencia muy desagradable en este Starbucks. El encargado, llamado Steven, trató de manera grosera y poco profesional a mi hija, algo que considero totalmente inaceptable en un lugar que presume buen servicio al cliente. En lugar de manejar la situación con respeto y empatía, su actitud fue prepotente y nada apropiada. Espero que la empresa tome cartas en el asunto y refuerce la capacitación de su personal, porque este tipo de trato deja mucho que desear. Experiencia totalmente negativa con el encargado, Steven, con una actitud nada profesional. Es inaceptable que en un establecimiento como Starbucks se permita este tipo de trato.
