Biagio's is a great restaurant! The calamari was amazing and so were our entrees. We really enjoyed both the food and the service. If you're looking for a high quality Italian restaurant in this area, I would highly recommend.
This place was outstanding! They made my family & I feel welcomed as soon as we walked through the door. The calamari & rib eye steak that I ordered was delicious. The Sangria & chocolate cake were great too. I will definitely return.
Everything we tried was good. Plenty of parking. The gnocchi ragu, fettuccine carbonara, and chicken francese were good. The garlic bread was also good and different from the usual bread baskets.
We just had a wedding on June 15th and it was amazing! An absolute blast! The whole staff was attentive and really treated myself, my bride and all of my guests exceptionally. Specifically, Paula, Zack and Shaun were amazing and tended to everything we needed to make the day smooth. We had 78 guests not counting our vendors and had the ceremony in the new gazebo and we thought it was gorgeous. We had brough our wedding favors and left them to display them, which looked amazing. Honestly couldn't have asked for more for my special day!
What a lovely place for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion! The wait staff were lovely and the food was really top notch. I will certainly come back for another great cocktail and plate of pasta!
Tommy is always so warm & welcoming! Biagio’s is a great place to gather with friends & family at the bar or a cozy table by the fireplace and enjoy laughter, delicious cocktails & a great meal. Especially the Penne Pomodorini - my favorite!! Thank you Tommy & staff for your hospitality! We always have a good meal & a great time celebrating life at Biagio’s.
I love this place, I was invited to a family baptism. The attention, the food, the place, everything excellent. I'll be back for dinner soon
We had an event with 40 people. The banquet room was the perfect size. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.
We celebrated my sisters baby shower yesterday at BIAGIOs and we couldn’t have been happier with the attention, service and most of all the quality of food! We had a wonderful brunch for a group of 50 and everything was prepared perfectly! Everyone enjoyed the food and loved the omelette station. Our bartender was fantastic.. thank you for keeping the mimosas flowing ! Thank you Nicco and team. Thank you Melissa for all your help during the planning!
This was the first time our family went out to a restaurant for Thanksgiving. We were very pleased with what we had experienced at Biagio's. For a family of 7, we had a full Thanksgiving dinner meal which included turkey soup, garden salad, a whole turkey which the staff carved and separated into white and dark meat, mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, fresh cranberry sauce, gravy, candied yams/sweet potatoes, stuffing, plus dessert. The staff was also very helpful, friendly and accommodating, and helped us pack our leftovers. The ballroom was also nicely decorated for the occasion. I definitely recommend this place if you're not in the mood to host Thanksgiving at home and would like to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal at a nice restaurant.
Easter brunch was so good! Unlimited food for 70 bucks! What a deal. I loved it and ate so much.
Not sure what took me sooo long to come here?????? Best Italian food I’ve had in the north Jersey area hands down my husband agreed. The chicken cutlets were phenomenal! I got the chicken parmigiana it was to die for! My husband got the penne ala vodka with chicken cutlets he wanted to go back the next night LOL. The service was AWESOME he was so attentive to us I cannot wait to come back. The starter tomato bread basket was awesome as well! I think we devoured it before I got a picture LOL
Absolutely love this place! Such a warm, cozy atmosphere and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Perfect for date night, family meals or get-togethers with friends. Every dish we ordered was delicious.
Come here late night for drinks with friends. Love the juke box. Love the cheese fries. Also came for dinner and was blown away. Everything was so amazing!
Authentic delicious tasting Italian food. Friendly and beautiful atmosphere, plus they have a bar, separate banquet hall for parties. Very busy place but would definitely recommend.
We were here first time, celebrating friend’s special day, and we were very impressed by service, food assortment and quality. This place is really good. Unfortunately it is hour and a half from us but we will definitely come back. Biagio’s is a huge venue for any special occasion. Check them out just for lunch or dinner and you will enjoy your meal 100%
This is an amazing and friendly place everyone is happy and nice. The service is amazing, and the food is delicious.
We ordered the fra diovlo mussels and small plate of bronzini. As per waiters suggestion got broccoli rabe and pesto mashed potatoes. Excellent choice. Food , service, and price were excellent. Will definitely come again.
Better than good food. Large potions. Very good wait staff. Owner even greeted and checked on us during the meal. Amazed at the low final bill was. Great location and easy to get to. A very warm ambiance and a overall good feeling when you walk in. Thank you. We will be back.
I went there for a dinner. They serve a delicious garlic bread for the table. I had an extra round to accompany my meal. I highly recommend the seafood pescatore which is like a seafood stew with lobster, clams, scallops and shrimp. So good.
The food was so good and filling. I had a pasta Bolognese that was so delicious. My husband had oysters chilled perfectly. We all went home stuffed. Will definitely go back again
A cozy place with a pleasant atmosphere and, of course, delicious food! And I want to mention the staff is always friendly! Thank you for the service!
The food is amazing the service is phenomenal. Truly this place deserves millions stars and more Topnotch!!
Recently had my wedding reception here, and everything was great from start to finish! Shout out to Zach, who ensured that the event ran smoothly, as well as Shaun, who was super attentive, warm, and attended to the main table 💛 The food was great and our wedding guests had a blast!
We recently provided a photo booth for an event at Biagio’s, and it was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The venue is beautiful — elegant décor, great lighting, and a layout that makes celebrations feel both intimate and lively. Guests had plenty of room to enjoy the party and jump into the booth all night long. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. They made setup and breakdown smooth and stress‑free, and you can tell they truly care about creating a great experience for every event. Everything ran seamlessly, which allowed us to focus on giving guests an amazing time. If you’re planning a celebration in the Paramus area, Biagio’s is a wonderful choice. Gorgeous space, attentive service, and an atmosphere that makes any event feel special. Highly recommend.
we had a wonderful night at our daughters sports banquet. The food was very good and everyone working our event was professional and very nice. Zach was with us from set up to clean up and went over and above to make sure that we had everything we needed to have a successful and enjoyable evening.
We have hosted our Faux Year's Eve event at Biagio's the last three years and every single year it gets better. The staff understand our needs as disability service providers and the party room is completely ADA accessible and mobility friendly, while still being a beautiful space. We just hosted 12/30/2025 and have already booked our 12/30/2026. Thank you Biagio's for taking such great care of us and our clients each and every year.
I recently held a buffet luncheon for my wife's birthday at Biagio's. The banquet manager, Alhaam, was terrific and helped make it a big success. The quality of the food and service were excellent.
My colleague surprised me with dinner and her choice was perfect! Service was great. We chatted so much that I believe we were the last table at the dining area but they never made us feel like we had to leave. The scallops were cooked to perfection. The pasta was slightly undercooked but the seasoning was on point. Devoured the tiramisu in seconds and forgot to take a pic but man it was good! Oh, the free bread is DELICIOUS 🤤
Pretty nice place. The inside was clean and pretty relaxed, not too loud or chaotic. Service was a bit slow but we did sit near to the bar so the bartenders were also our servers. The food was really good on my part! I got the Homemade Lobster Ravioli and it was delicious! The people with me got burgers and they were good however one of them did have an issue with their burger being medium instead of well done but beyond that it was good.
Was here years ago for a party. We were at the mall so we figured we would go for dinner. Nice restaurant both inside and out. Plenty of parking (except for snow) but there was still a lot of spots. Service was excellent. For stereos we had the Shrimp bisque soup which was good but needed a little salt. Bowl was huge though. Mussels were delicious and the sauce was spicy which I like. Meatballs were on point. Soft and very flavorful. The complimentary garlic bread was delicious!! Entrees included Veal chop parmigiana. Was nicely pounded down and big. Nice crust but something was missing. Couldn't put my finger on it. Was good though. Cowboy steak.. looked great, cooked right ( medium well) ( friend kills his meat again ) stated it was good. .. I like my steak med rare, so I did not try it. Eggplant parmigiana was very good. Would definitely recommend it. Penne with chicken and vodka sauce. Was good but again something was missing from the sauce. All apps and dinners were nice size portions especially for the price. Very reasonable. Desserts Chocolate mouse cheesecake thing. OMG excellent ! Creme brûlée was ok. Would definitely go back.
Excellent food. Hangar steak was good with some red wine sauce, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. I tried the Veal Saltimbocca and it was very tender. Works well with the spinach, Prosciutto, and Mozz of course. Skip the desserts here, no flavor. And please get rid of the hardwood booths, like sitting on cement.
Came in for Easter Lunch. There should be valet parking. There was hardly any parking it was so crowded for the Easter Buffet Brunch. We opted for the a la carte dining. Grilled Octopus - was delicious but did not have many pieces for the price... Stuffed Pork Loin - usually I find Pork Loin to be dry even with gravy but these were delicious! Highly recommend it! Roasted Leg of Lamb - we got confused and was expecting little sticks of Lamb and then realized it wasn't a rack of Lamb lol. It was actually tasty, I normally do not like the gameyness of Lamb but these had a clean taste. Hubby loved it. All in all it was a good meal. Would come back for special occasions :)
I was there for a baby shower. I personally wasn't a fan of the food choices. Parking was horrible if you are handicapped. Inside the restaurant was very nice.
The Alfredo was a bit dry & almost flavorless. My friend order the vodka sauce and that was amazing. Dessert looked great but tasted average. Overall great friendly staff and fun spot to either have a nice dinner or hang out on the other side at the bar. Seems like there’s also a event hall in the back so parking lot was packed during dinner. Parking lot has valet
I just ordered through GrubHub and and just took everything out of the bag and I'm looking at the limoncello cake. It's a 4-in piece of spongy looking yellow cake with melted something all around. It does not look appetizing at all
Attended a birthday party for a good friend. The service could have been better but overall the food was good.
Came here with the hubs tonight on a whim since we were in the area. There’s tons of parking in the back and the place was packed. We were seated right away and greeted right away. Our waiter was extremely nice and accommodating. I would give the service five stars. The atmosphere is very loud as they have an event lounge and there were several groups already eating the restaurant. The waiter started us off with complimentary bread; however it was hard and tasteless. There was some sort of garlic oil on it but it must’ve been there all day. I ordered chicken parm and penne vodka and the hubs got the seafood pasta. As for the seafood pasta (fra diavlo), the sauce was rather pasty and it appeared that they had poured sauce on top of pasta that was already cooked and sitting there because the pasta was one solid brick which is uncommon for linguine. As for the pros, it came with a ton of seafood. But it didn’t compensate for the lack of flavor. The penne was al dente, a little cold but I stuck with it. The chicken parm was safe and not bad. The flavor wasn’t out of this world but not terrible. I wanted to give four stars because of how amazing our waiter was; however the food was not.
First time here for a family dinner with 15 of us and I don’t think I would go back. It was a Sunday afternoon, so it wasn’t too busy besides a baby shower happening. The waiter was not friendly at all. He did not ask us what we wanted to drink the entire time we were there; a family member had ordered water and sangria for the table. While we were eating our main course we asked for sodas and he forgot to bring them. He forgot one of the meals so that dinner came way later, he didn’t clean up our table after appetizers and the main course so the table was a mess and he forgot one of the desserts we ordered. If he was more friendly, it would’ve all been fine, but he wasn’t. The food was not impressive. The vegetables with my chicken marsala were cold. Not a good experience at all.
3 stars for calamari being very good, and delicious bread and apple /cinnamon desert. Noodles were good but I've had better chicken parm before so that's why 3 stars. Sauce was not that good and off. Otherwise great customer service. I don't think I would come back, it was nice to try though.
The atmosphere and staff were excellent, but the quality of the food was disappointing, especially given the high prices. The calamari was completely lacking in flavor and tasted as though it had been frozen. The $40 seafood entrée was bland, and several pieces of seafood were noticeably gummy, which is unacceptable at this price point. The desserts were the only part of the meal that met expectations. Overall, the experience did not justify the cost.
Mussel's were amazing and highly recommended as well as the fried cheese . When my entree came, it started to go a bit downhill. I odered the ribeye and waiter brings over the plate in the picture. Told him that's not a ribeye and he insisted that it was and again I told him that's not a ribeye and he again said it was and that's the correct order and just walks away. Started getting annoyed because I know what a ribeye looks like. A little while later the manager comes over and again tells me that's a ribeye and something about how they cut it off the bone and that's what it's supposed to look like. I wasn't even really listening because I was so annoyed having a second person tell me that's a ribeye and again told him that's not a ribeye and he walks away like the waiter did like I was an idiot. Was with family so just ate a little because it seemed like a losing battle. A few minutes later the manager comes back and admits the kitchen made a mistake and they made up for it by making me my ribeye and letting me take the strip steak home for free. I'd definitely go back again and the 2 stars were just for this experience.
Knew I wouldn't be back from the very first bite of food which was not at all good. Went with a group of 12 and not a single person could say the food was nearly good. everything is undercooked, pasta was partially solid. However, the vodka sauce did taste good. All the vegetables were undercooked. The chicken tasted like Hungry Man’s frozen food. A chicken from Olive Garden would taste better or equivalent and that says a lot. The skin or “breading” of the chicken was crumbly, soggy and just falls off. Could’ve atleast hoped for a real chicken breast. The chicken looked completely processed and again, exactly like Hungry Mans. The protein lack seasoning as well. Tried the chicken, steak, and stuffed fish, none which were good. Collectively, the partially undercooked potatoes were the best thing there. But, if you wanna give the food a taste, I recommend Hungry Man Frozen Meals. As for the service, it was poor. They did not provide us more utensils, another plate, napkins, or a cup when they knew the table was short of the items. We were short one set for our group and good waiters and hosts would fix that. Not the best attitude from the staff and they did not act like they cared at all and seemed annoyed when we asked for more water. Then argued for a 20% tip. So much better food can be found anywhere else and for a better price. At that price especially, it was devastating. In conclusion, would not go there again.
This is usually a go to place for the family Went last night and the service wasn’t great Took 30 minutes to get the bread served to us Alert! They now charge 2.9% if you use a credit card! Who carries cash on them these days?! We ordered plain hot water and they wanted to charge us for tea $3/cup! What’s the diff bw not charging for cold water and charging for hot water!
I had reservations for thanksgiving. When I arrived there is nobody there to greet you so I had no idea how to go about letting them know we are here. The service was subpar. The server never came to see if anything else was needed or how the food was. I looked at the menu griot to going but when we get the menu’s everything is exactly 10$ more than the menu online. 34$ for Chicken Parm REALLY! So each meal came with a tiny bowl of turkey soup. We had a bunch of turkey carcass bones in the soup. The wife ordered the turkey dinner. Well it looked like a ton of turkey until you took the two supper thin slices off and realized it was stuffing underneath so it made it look like a bunch of turkey. The turkey was good though. What I found funny is that they gave her cranberry sauce and it was literally a teaspoon or less worth. My chicken parm was good but they gave me an infant’s portion of ziti which was so dry no sauce. Why be cheap with the least expensive items. That always aggravates me. I ordered a margarita and it was gross so I sent it back and the second was gross. The meals came with dessert hahahaha no lie one normal slice of cheesecake was cut into 4 pieces. To me it was way overpriced with poor service and no eye for detail. This pic is before I ate any of it. Look at all that ziti. One thing I forgot. In the hideous tiny piece of cheesecake there was a piece of napkin in it.
Atrocious treatment of family in mourning as we came in for funeral meal. We were a few minutes early and came through back entrance. The host and service woman were screaming at the top of their lungs at us for being too early and in their way!!! Finally we were seated, but food was below mediocre even though it looked good. Steak was ridiculously tough, even pastry was soggy. Seriously a big disappointment.
First time I tried this place and must say it was probably worst experience I have had at an event. Service was horrible and food was alive and raw. I was just a guest and I don't know how much they paid to rent it. But if it was me I wouldn't have paid a dime. My order was wrong my friend's chicken was literally raw. We asked for French fries never came We asked for A1 steak sauce never came not even ketchup. I can literally go all day. Very disappointed and sad part is it was highly recommended. I won't be back and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Went here on a Monday night to celebrate my sisters birthday. We felt rushed the entire time and the staff was very rude. The restaurant states it’s family friendly, but the female manager kept on glaring at us and consistently made rude remarks if the babies made any excessive noise. Because we were a large party they had already included gratuity on the bill, so I felt that they treated us very poorly. The restaurant was not busy at all. We were the only party of nine and the waiters were just waiting around for us to scarf down our food so they could close down the kitchen and leave early. Would not recommend and will definitely not be going back.
Came here on a Monday night with my family. The food was really good, no complaints there. The service, though, could use some basic training. We felt rushed pretty much the whole time, and it didn’t seem like our larger group was all that welcome. Covering the basics is nice but a little niceness goes a far ways. We had two toddlers with us (being watched by seven adults), and we asked at the start if there was a gate for the fireplace. The server said no (strange to not have any safety measures for a fireplace), fine, so we went with it. But, about 25 minutes later, someone came by and just turned the fireplace off randomly. If the fireplace needed to be turned off for safety, that would’ve been totally fine and understandable, we just would’ve appreciated a quick heads-up rather than it happening randomly mid-meal. We didn’t expect special treatment, just a welcoming atmosphere and basic communication. Long story short: food = 👍, but the atmosphere was kind of cold and impersonal. We stayed positive, especially after traveling over an hour to come here, but I truly hope the staff can receive some additional training for future guests.
On Saturday, September 27, 2025, I went to Biagio's to celebrate my birthday with family and friends. I was incredibly disappointed with the service and food. Upon arrival, I ordered a glass of Moscato and waited. After about 20 minutes, I asked the waiter if he had taken my order, and he said they didn't have Moscato. He didn't bother to tell me as soon as I placed my order. Then came the disappointment with the food. I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and shrimp. While I was eating, I noticed a hair in the dish. I called the waiter over and showed it to him. He gave me two options: make another dish or pay half the price for the dish. I chose the alternative dish but asked for it to go because I had already lost my appetite after seeing the hair in the food. Well, the next day I went to try the dish they made as a replacement, and to my surprise, it was inedible. They made the food with great grudging care. No seasoning whatsoever. In short, if you want a pleasant evening with good food and good service, don't go to Biagio's.
