Seriously, this is like a drug - Cin-A-Bitz!!

I love all their items. It's small and fast service with understanding employees. Easily a nice location to stop by for a bite. The only thing that does bother me are the prices! They look so good but once those dollar signs go it slaps you in the face. But hey, it's worth it! 100% recommend coming here to try it at least once.

Great snacks and refreshments.... stopped by and bought the mini pretzel dogs, pepperoni pretzels, mini bites salted pretzels and refreshments strawberry lemonade and lemonade. The ladies were friendly and so prompt with our order.

Very impolite, very unresponsible employees

It was 7:45 pm thats 1 hour and 15 minutes before closing. They refuse to make pretzels when they have nothing left. The pretzels they had were very dry looking. I asked for them to make more and they refused.

On 10/4/24 @12:44. We experienced the most horrible customer service ever. We have never Ever been treated the way this girl did. Her name is Ana. When we walk in she was outside giving samples. And since then she was giving attitudes. My mother in law was asking for prices we weren’t holding any line at all. And that girl comes in very rude and tells us to get out the way of her customers of some ppl just barely walking in. Normally other Wetzel pretzels we have gone the cups are filled up to the top where we get to see what’s in the cup, those we had to ask what they had because we couldn’t see anything. And this girl comes rudely and tells us to get out the way. I told her I’m still ordering, and she was more rude and told me that I could do it from the register. Then her and the lady that was cooking at the moment started whispering to each other and laughing and looking toward us, and she was eyeballing me with attitude. I told the lady that was taking care of us to speak to their manager and the company, because that was so unpleasant and unprofessional. I don’t think that girl should be allowed to work in any sales or retail or any restaurant, because she’s very immature unprofessional has no morals and that’s not fair for others that just want to have a relaxing day to deal with. And it looks poorly for your company. I hope you take this to consideration. Thank you.

Careful when using your debit card here, the girl at the register told me my card declined so I used a different card.. right after I realized both cards went through for over $50 EACH! I was charged twice and she tried to deny it! I showed her my bank statement and had her speak to my bank.. they refused to refund me! I had to dispute it with my bank and thankfully I got my money back! I tried to call wetzel pretzel and no one wanted to tell me their name or who was the manager at that location was.. sketchy!!! Seemed like a scam! They couldn't prove that my card was ever charged there even tho it clearly was and i had proof. Will never eat there again.
