I had the buffet. I try not to go to buffets much. I love fried chicken and Hartz was my mother's usual choice. She loved the yeast rolls. And, they are still good even though they seem smaller. The chicken is ok. The buffet had a decent variety of food. But, it was expensive for the quality of food.

Walked in shortly after open, to find no chicken on the buffet, but plenty of freshly cooked chicken behind the counter for to go orders...when I asked for a few pieces from there they told me buffet chicken would be ready shortly...I again asked for just 2 pieces from what was ready as it looked just cooked...they acted like it was a hassle to do that. When the buffet chicken finally made it out, It looked like reheated leftover chicken...not appetizing at all...when I questioned them about it, suddenly the English didn't work anymore.

They really gone downhill. I used to come here all the time cause it was cheap and tasty. Now, It's modern and shocked about the prices. I think It's time for me find me another or look somewhere else to eat.

Food was random temperatures, seemed sketchy and disorganized. Floors were nasty, tea was old. NO ONE from "behind the counter" came out at ALL during our 20-30 min visit except to accept money. Overall gross.

I do alot of Hartz buffets but this one is not a good choice. First of all the Hartz buffet is $23.75 for 2ppl so compare to Golden Corral with much larger variety when Hartz has minimal options. We spent 30 minutes at our table before they would bring out fried chicken other than 2-4pieces which were there when we arrived and appeared old as all the crust had fallen off. Finally I went to the counter to ask for a fresh chicken since they appear to have much of it there and the attendant gave me a chicken breast. 10 minutes later still no fresh chicken out even though about 10 patrons were dining so I had to go to counter again to ask for chicken and again they gave me a piece. If I'm not mistaken a buffet is supposed to be all you can eat and not all you can ask for but they did not want to keep the buffet stocked. The pinto beans had a taste that was unusual and I could not determine if these beans were sour or just tasted bad because a skin on top of the beans revealed they had been there for a while and untouched. None of the other sides were seasoned and tasted straight from a can. They only provided one glove to wear when serving yourself at the buffet forcing you to use same glove over and over. The garbage can overflowed with trash and the person working the counter seem to get upset that I asked for chicken which I paid $23 for. All in all a terrible experience and will not return to this location fortunately I've been to other Hartz chicken and I know there are better. Give your customers what they pay for.

Buffet closes at 7:40pm an hour and 20mins early but the one on Fairmont closes it at 9pm sounds like this location wants to go home early every day 🙄

Sovathna was rude she was rushing to take order gave me wrong order asked for 2 full meals was missing my drinks she didn't even add my peach cobbler

The business says they close at 9pm. We got there at 8pm. Hardly anything on the buffet. Ask them to add food, they acted like it was a Burden. Asked for some Bread pudding or Peach cobbler. They never put any out. We spent $80 for 6 of us to eat. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. We left at 8:30. As soon as we walked out, they came running behind us and locked all the Doors. If your gona close at 8:30, Then change your times to reflect that time. Will not be going back to this location and will Not recommend it to anyone else. I will tell people to not visit this Bussiness ever.

We arrived at 8:10pm with the restaurant not closing until 9:00pm. What food that was on the Buffett was luke warm at best and had been sitting for awhile. Around 8:30, 6 first responders came in to eat and were turned away, the worked told them they close at nine. This restaurant is not worth the money. Do yourself a favor and buy frozen chicken and stay home.

It is one of the "Worst Hartz Chiken Bufet" I've ever been to, we get there expecting the indicated doors to be unlocked to go in, so there i go trying to figure out 👩‍🦽which door is unlock to enter the restaurant and there comes a woman to unlock the door for me so i could go in 🤷‍♀️only one door was unlocked. She states that the one girl worker forgot to unlock the rest of the doors.🙎‍♀️ It was 3:35pm and they open 10:30am to 8:30pm🤷‍♀️ doesn't make sense to me. To make matters worse that one girl worker looks at me in a wiered way to me🥺😳 so im guessing that she is going to take my orders, we'll No she told me go over on the other register with a man standing there looking at me the same wiered way, 😠🤦‍♀️🥹😥by that time I'm all ready upset, so i go on with my purpose just to eat,I was hungry, 😒🙄like if it wasn't enough the food I got was all cold 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️I was hungry, they had already gave me a bad welcoming 🙍‍♀️🙎‍♀️and didn't want them staring at me wiered again. So I ate it like that Cold. 🤦‍♀️👩‍🦼& I wasn't alone, that includes my Husband going through all this as well with me, an there we go with my Todler nice been part of this horrible Experience. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. THEY DON'T EVEN DISERVE 1* Frome all the rest of the workers not one was better, not professional at all.just apparently don't care about the costumers or the place And when I get my recipe, can't even read the information on it. No ink 🫤They don't even take care of that. There just to busy all in the back playing with each other and with the music full blast and dancing. We could hear all that comeoshune going on and see them though the kitchen door.they even had a little girl back there in kitchen, she came out from there to go to the restroom. 😲Those worker's Just make the place a Horrible Place to go eat. No worth My money or consideration.

This place is so hit and miss it's not even funny. I'll go one week and the food is hot fresh and then go the next week and everything is old and cold. When I go I just expect to be disappointed that way if it's good I'm surprised but if not good then I was already expecting it. I say distract the counter guy and have one of the kids taste a tender if the tenders are on point you should be good. (OR JUST GO TO WING STOP) LOL!
