This was the drive-thru at midnight. They were friendly, fast and the food was hot. Great for taco bell!
The food was good and the dining room was very clean not a crumb on any table. The tables were very shiny. The only issue was the service. I hate that they make us use the kiosk to place our order, It's ridiculous. This is every fast food restaurant lately and I don't like that they get paid to have us do their job for them. Other then that, it was a great experience and they had oldies music playing, which made it a little more enjoyable.
The employees take a long time to take your order and the food is warm and taste like dog food, if you can smell dog food that what it tastes like
I ordered a Cantina Chicken Bowl at the Taco Bell on Colorado Blvd. The food tasted fine and the service was okay, but the big issue with Taco Bell in general is consistency. You never really get the same portion size from store to store — sometimes the bowl is full and satisfying, other times it feels skimpy. This location was somewhere in the middle. Overall, decent for a quick meal, but the lack of portion consistency across Taco Bell locations is frustrating.
(New Review) This location has improved 100% since my previous Review. The portions have been fair. Drive through team very big improvement in employees courtesy. Food orders have been correct. (Past Review) Worlds Smallest Bean Burrito Received the smallest bean burrito than any other Taco Bell I have visited across the USA. East Coast to West Coast. Smaller than a 69 cents Tina's frozen
Russell greeted us as we walked he was so kind, professional, and helpful. He took our order so we didn’t have to use the kiosk to order. The location was clean and the service was wonderful. Russell went above and beyond for a Taco Bell. They only have indoor seating. They have plenty of parking and location is on a Main Street. The taco was good hot and fresh we shared a Mexican pizza which was also hot and fresh. If you need a quick lunch check this location out. They take your order right away and the wait to get your food is pretty quick.
The online build your own cravings box is the way to go, way more value than just ordering regularly. The box comes with the Crunchwrap supreme, 5 layer burrito, cinnamon twists, and a drink for $8. Each of the Crunchwrap supreme and burrito alone are more than $5. The food itself is nothing exceptional, the Crunchwrap barely had any meat and the burrito was super chewy. The cinnamon twists were like air but still super sweet. The interior is very clean and staff are nice.
Chalupa bread was all chewy and stale and there were like 5 homeless inside sleeping. I don't recommend this taco bell.
The place is 50/50 when I go. I go about once or twice a week. Depending on the results of completing my order. I stopped going recently because this girl ruined my order multiple times (Eufracia). I order a #4 to end getting a #3. Along with some other things in my order. Came out $31. The asked me if I wanted to round up. I said no. So I ended at $32 with my bill. The end results were. I got my food wrong, got charged extra for something I didn't ask for. Also I didn't get my drink. This has happened more than one occasion. Customers beware!
I want to begin by saying that the customer service at this location was truly excellent. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, polite, and efficient, which made my visit start off on a very positive note. The staff handled my order quickly and with a great attitude, so I really appreciate that level of service.Unfortunately, the food itself was very disappointing and did not meet expectations. I ordered a few items, including some chalupas with steak and two Doritos tacos. The main issue came with the taco shells — they tasted stale, extremely hard, and rough, as if they had been sitting out too long or were expired. When I bit into them, they were not crispy in a fresh way but rather dense and unpleasantly crunchy. The flavor was also off, with the Doritos taco in particular tasting flat and old instead of having that bold flavor it usually does.Because of this, I wasn’t able to enjoy or even finish my meal. The chalupas had potential, and the fillings seemed fine, but the stale shells completely ruined the overall flavor and texture. I understand that sometimes things happen during busy hours or that ingredients may not always be checked as often as they should be, but this experience made the food almost inedible.I think it would really help if a proper quality check could be done on the food items, especially the taco shells and Doritos shells. It seems like there might be an issue with how the shells are being stored, or perhaps they’re being kept too long before being served. Making sure the ingredients are always fresh and properly maintained would make a big difference in the quality of the food.Overall, I want to emphasize again that the customer service was amazing — every employee I interacted with was kind and professional. My only complaint is the quality of the food itself, which didn’t match the great service I received. I hope management can address these food storage or freshness issues so that future customers can have a better dining experience
Waited for more than 10 minutes to be serviced.Use the app to order my food yet.No one came out
I have seen that the guys have a lot of work in the early mornings and I understand them, but I don't think it's fair that those of us who make deliveries take an order 25 to 40 minutes, that affects us a lot, they give more priority to those who arrive by the drive thru, I do not recommend accepting orders from this Taco Bell
Traveled from far out of state and ate at this location and found hair in my taco . Don't eat here I threw all of it out.
there is this guy they call him erick, i think he is a manager, well in my opinion he was very disrespectful he kept yelling at me for asking to get brand new soft taco shell he rejected me and said he controls things around here for me to get out of here if i dont like his rules, so i said fine ok let me buy a new crunch wrap then he started getting all mad and said to me to sit down don't stand near the corner i was only hungry and waiting patiently he continued to yell in my face, this time i sat down and recorded everything but food was getting cold and he just wrapped the food into the food wrapper very fast he chucked it into the bag aggressively, thats when ive had enough im going to report this to core and corporate. and he should stop slamming doors when he takes his break.
The quality has gone downhill so have the portions. Meanwhile prices continue to rise. And to top it all off the Taco Bell app removed the cheesy gordita crunch from the free tier rewards, I did not know this and upon ordering I asked if they could kindly make an exception. Apparently they don't like to take care of customers here so I will no longer be returning. Save your money. It's not worth it. When you eat this food you get hungry immediately. It's chemically engineered
Please don't click "complete" and ask us to pick up the order if it's not finished. We've already arrived at the store and are waiting to pick up the order, so why are you clicking "complete" when the order isn't ready? When you click "complete," the platform tells us to pick up the order, but then you haven't actually finished it. This only causes us to receive a notification from the platform that we've exceeded the pickup time. It's your responsibility to complete the order within the specified time. Don't click "complete" if the order isn't ready. You're a selfish group of people.
Unfortunately, this restaurant has incompetent and rude staff. I stood in line at the drive-thru for a long time late at night, around 11:00 p.m. But the employee at the order window refused to give me my order and told me that I had to go inside the restaurant to pick it up. I asked him to give me my order at the window, but he refused. I had to drive to Colorado Blvd and come back to Taco Bell from the other side of the road because there is no other way to enter the restaurant. I wasted extra time on all of this.
If you go inside you’ll probably be ignored for a good 5-10 mins, only focused on drive thru orders, talk to a girl about my order, she just walked away, had to talk another guy about my order, after over 40 mins I finally got my order.
Food was stale, and over priced, the employees were extremely rude! So If you like bad food and even worse service , then that's the spot for you. I would have given negative stars if I could
Ripoff alert. If you aren't aware of drink cup sizes they will had you a small if you order a medium. Happened to me 3 times until i went to another Taco Bell and realized what this location has been doing. Hopefully the manager reads this. And the black bean burritos hardly have any black beans in them. Compared to another location in Ktown LA this location seems to be cheating customers. Hopefully the employees aren't conserving ingredients only to sell them off through the backdoor (happens all the time in fast food locations)
This place had the atmosphere of walking into a robots belly, but without anything remotely interesting except how dull it was. Let me be clear I am writing this from a viewpoint as a business owner and someone who has been in marketing for some time. I hope this message reaches franchise owners of Taco Bell. First of all the tap to order screens, those should be optional, like self check out at grocery stores. They are a bit "out of touch" (no pun intended) for the older clientele, or just simple human factor. I guarantee too much of this will actually bring down sales, ironically since I know these machines are placed to replace human pay, this makes the drive thru main priority, and in store customers 2nd. *boring. The bathrooms were locked, very inconvenient since all the staff was in the back behind the kitchen walls taking care of drive thru. The whole experience felt like a fadish dystopian wish, a corporate experiment from the lamest sales meeting ever. I honestly felt bad for the employees as they seemed to know this environment sucks, quite literally. Please bring this specific Taco Bell back from the belly of the robot beast, breath some life into this place. ..also, I got like 1 ounce of beef in my taco..?? *the new green avocado sauce is great!
>The Re-New rolled chicken tacos with pretty good guacamole or how can you not like nacho cheeese dip, is a nice addition to whatever else you're getting or the 4 pack is enough to call lunch for a regular appetite. Personally, I'd add a beefy frito burrito for a buck!< Ah, yes, those were the good old days here. None of that any longer. Don't bother with coupons here, they don't know how to accept them!!! I started my order stating that "I have a coupon for a free chalupa with the purchase of one, so I'd like two steak chalups." "Sure, no problem. ..." I got to the window to pay and a different employee from the one I ordered with and he says they are instructed not to accept these coupons. Hmm, I was not told that when I ordered and would have ordered differently. [Whatever Face]. Ironically I got "problem solved" on my Diablo packet. Uh, nooooo, problem definitely not solved. I tell myself before I go here that it's my way of telling my body that I hate it. Well, lucky body, I'm done telling you because I'm through making you have this crap cuz it's not even affordable with this treatment!!! June 13th It's been one of those days, so I might as well go to Taco Bell. Had high hopes for the new Big Cheese-it Wrap, which were fully unnecessary as it's a little nacho sauce away from being ordinary... November 8th LMFAO x10, They made the large EVEN smaller!! They'd almost warmed me up to a Luke warm star feeling too.
