We have been traveling in N. Spain for several weeks & this spot was a highlight. Despite the language barrier the hosts were welcoming & served a wonderful meal. I can’t say enough about how enjoyable & relaxing our experience was.
We were walking back from the beautiful Pasai area. They were waiting at all the restaurants. We looked for this one and were welcomed in Spanish style 😄. A cozy table for two. The daily menu... come along to the kitchen so you can see what's on offer. Super hospitable, so we chose the first and second courses. And it was delicious, with wine and water. Dessert 🧁 was also delicious. So, a lovely experience!! Definitely worth having lunch.
We had a very pleasant experience eating the menu. Delicious homemade food and excellent service from the staff. It took very little time to serve us, and we also thought the price couldn't be better. I would recommend it to anyone who's hesitating between this restaurant and another for dinner. I especially recommend the donibane dessert and the rice salad.

It's not bad, the service is very good and friendly. Safety measures are respected. If I had to find fault with the food, it was too salty and the potatoes were from a bag and frozen.
Excellent service, a great variety of dishes and generous portions. Good value for money (even on weekends). Very attentive; even without a reservation, they quickly found us a table for dinner. The place is small, not recommended for groups. A must-visit if you're in the area. Lunch and dinner menus available.

A terrible experience. They made us wait even to see the menu (they only had one) and were incredibly rude the entire time. It seemed like they were treating us worse because we weren't from around here. In 20 minutes, they served everyone except us. Very disappointing, I wouldn't go back.
I wouldn't sit in this place even if they paid me. Arrogant and unfit to handle customers. Only one written menu. Truly awful, don't go there. If you want more information, I'm ready to give it to you.
