Location 💯....staff di ragazzi gentili e con il sorriso...( non facile a Genova)....cibo buono....unica pecca che alle 22.30 ci hanno detto che chiudevano ..( tipico di Genova😣)

It should be 2.5 stars. Friendly, professional staff in a setting with a remarkable view. Sun loungers are available, and the bar service is good. The downside isn't the food itself, which is truly excellent, but rather the limited variety of dishes. From the extremely meager aperitif to the first courses, which are followed by aperitifs and main courses. It all comes down to the price. The Riviera is fine, the location is fine for fleecing tourists, but a cone of 10 breaded sardines, a plate of linguine, a rib of pork with baby octopus or octopus, two glasses of wine, half a glass of water, and two coffees for €52 is probably too much. With a lower price or more appropriate dishes, the 4-star rating could be achieved. I'm unlikely to return.

Posto bellissimo, servizio poco servizievole, nonostante il costo molto alto. 20 euro a lettino ci può stare, ma il fatto che facciano pagare a parte l'ombrellone (16 euro) mi sembra un assurdità (chi sta una giornata sotto il sole?), così come il fatto che alle 3 e mezza non fosse più possibile mangiare nulla, nemmeno un tramezzino. Che dire, peccato, sarei tornato volentieri visto il posto incantevole.

Bellissimo posto e atmosfera davvero piacevole e rilassata. La bellezza del posto si scontra però con un servizio veramente ostile. Sono stato ospite ad un compleanno in cui si sono verificati numerosi problemi. Una coppia ha chiesto di abbassare il volume al dj (erano le 20 ed onestamente non serviva un volume così alto, bastava un po' di musica di accompagnamento) e la richiesta è stata ignorata. Spazientiti, se ne sono andati prima che arrivasse il cibo. I gestori glielo hanno comunque fatto pagare come se lo avessero consumato, sostenendo che l'ordinazione non fosse cancellabile. Notare bene che il cibo è arrivato circa un ora dopo di questo episodio, quindi il comportamento è stato solamente pretestuoso. Cameriera inoltre veramente sgarbata nei modi di fare e poco professionale in quanto passava le portata in mano ai clienti invece che riporle sul tavolo (un aiuto non viene mai negato da parte mia ma non si fa come prassi, non siamo in un self Service). Cibo infine insufficiente. Se il mio hamburger non era eccelso ma comunque passabile, il fritto aveva grossi problemi. Era acido e la mia paura è che fosse stato scongelato da un po' in quanto aveva un saporaccio. Lo abbiamo lasciato completamente . Prezzi altissimi, 32 euro per un aperitivo davvero scarso (pizzette e focaccia), due bicchieri di vino a testa ed una portata

We were drawn into Blu Marlin because of the location, which is no merit of the current owners. We were served our first course without being told the kitchen was closing in 15 min so we had to argue with the waitress to be able to order the rest of our meal. Just a little advice- if you are going to charge prices like you are some extraordinary high-class venue, you should have wait staff that is professional and up to the challenge. The food was good but nothing special for what it cost and, again, the only redeeming feature was the location- in our opinion NOT enough, like the owner thinks it is, to make us want to go back.

A parte la bellissima vista e posizione che non sono merito del personale, i cocktail erano tutti nei bicchieri sbagliati anche se accetibbili (voto 6--), dopo aver chiamato appositamente e chiesto esplicitamente se davano stuzzichini e cibo con l'aperitivo e aver ricevuto come risposta "Si certo, diamo piattini vari" abbiamo ricevuto noccioline dentro un bicchiere di Campari e una ciotola di patatine... complimenti. I piatti erano a pagamento, varietà ridottissime, costavano dai 10 ai 13 euro l'uno e con porzioni da bambini. Abbiamo speso 86 euro in tre e siamo andati via con la fame. La precedente gestione era altra cosa. Peccato, questo luogo anni fa era ottimo, ora meta per turisti. Sconsigliatissimo.

Una stella perché meno non si può dare! Una maleducazione del proprietario indescrivibile. Per farla breve… Vista l’attesa interminabile decidiamo di andare via. Fortunatamente la cucina non aveva ancora preparato il nostro ordine. Riusciamo ad avvisare in tempo e stoppare tutto. Il proprietario voleva farci pagare quello ordinato non servito e non consumato. Modo sgarbato e arrogante

This restaurant sucks. Every time I try to come they tell me there is no space even though there is plenty of free tables. Once I managed to get a table the food and the service was terrible. Very overrated!

The worst place with the most unfriendly staff, rude, unprofessional! Definitely they have no ideas how to deal with hospitality and a group of friends from all over the world. We have left after 1 drink to go somewhere more friendly and cozy.
