Went for a small birthday brunch. The party room was a nice size. The food that was offered for the brunch was eggs, bacon, croissants, fruit, lemonade, OJ, & water. The servers were nice and the food was good. As always. I have never been disappointed at a La Madeleine.

Everything was amazing! I ordered the butter croissant and tomato basil soup and my kids ordered variety omelettes. When I lived in Pearland I came to this location often. Needed lunch so went in for soup and a sandwhich. Ordered their amazing French onion soup and the French dip....and like every pasty. Took a bite of each but ate this whole french fruit tart. I left with the crème brulée, the chocolate torte and the mini cheesecake. The place was extremely clean and smelled like fresh baked bread. I indulged myself bc the food is soo good.

Anytime i need a good sandwich with the best Caesar salad, ill never skip this place! I always order the Turkey Bistro Sandwich. Every time i order to-go whoever answers the phone is super nice and friendly, and honorable mention to Megan she is amazing, she is always super inviting and has a bright smile. I'll be ordering again next week

This was Balsamic-glazed salmon fillet with oven-roasted vegetables & rice Provençal. This was delicious 😋 😋 😋. I finished the entire meal in one sitting which is very hard for me to do. It was worth my time and money. The staff was very polite. I will be back, soon.

I have to admit this place is pretty amazing... mainly the customer service by Ameera! She made me the perfect latte that's just the way I like with that's not too sweet.

Their pastries and sweets are so delicious and I highly recommend it. I was so hungry and was thinking about how I could eat anything and my sweetness craving was like off the charts, but when I had a single white chocolate chip cookie it was like omg.

Huge thanks to Truc and her team at La Madeleine! Despite the winter storm, she delivered and set up a beautiful spread with the best attitude. I have visited this la Madeleine location 3-4 times monthly for nearly a year now. The staff are always friendly, the food is always great, and the service is always expedient with a smile. A particular shout out to Allen who exemplifies hard work and service with a smile. He seems to be there nearly every time I go and is always hustling to keep the business moving and customers happy.

La Madeleine feels like a little escape to the French countryside. The food is always fresh, comforting, and full of flavor—especially the tomato basil soup and croissants. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal or catching up with friends. Truc the store manager was great!! 😊

After a different restaurant in the area messed up my daughter’s homecoming reservation for 12 people, her whole group walked over to la Madeleine. They were so kind and accommodating. Even though it was at the last minute, they put them in a party room, treated them so nicely, and even gave them free entree coupons for their next visit. Thank you for saving the day, La Madeleine. Our kids walked in discouraged and frustrated, but left with wonderful memories of a great homecoming dinner!

It was the first time in the party room in the very back, behind the kitchen area. It was cozy and they served a beautifully catered buffet style meal with the fireplace roaring on a cold winter morning. We had a simple buffet with a protein, a vegetable, a carb and a bread and they provided water lemonade and tea. Fantastic place for networking, coffee hour, baby shower or bridal shower, book club, or any other gathering you can think of. I will definitely be coming back more.

The sandwiches here are decent but I really love the chicken rivera. The tomato pasta salad is out of this world! It’s so good and my favorite. They also have tons of pastries and coffee as well. Great brunch spot!

I decided to try this place after church with a buddy, and I would say the food is good, but it's a little pricey.($65 pricey) The soups were good, as well as the sandwiches. The fountain drinks were limited, and there was no tea that was available. Save some money and go to Panera Bread.

The quality of the service was great. The guy that checked me out even had a nice European accent. This is definitely a nice place for a meal, a pastry or just a cup of tea!

Delicious meals served by an awesome and amazing staff. Can't ask for anything more. The service has been constantly remarkable on my numerous visits here. I would describe the environment as calm and refreshing which gives this restaurant a unique appeal. My favorite menu items are chicken la Madeleine, pesto pasta with shrimp, and the chicken salad croissant. It's great that freshly made pastries are available as well.

Wonderfully friendly staff, curbside pickup was super fast and the food was delicious! I ordered the pick your own 6 pack. I chose butter croissant, almond and chocolate croissant, along with the ham and cheese croissants. The Ham and cheese 😍 is so filling! The dessert croissants were easy to warm and delicious. I'll definitely be back!

Called in an order for me to pickup for my wife. The staff member who took the order was so very pleasant. It was a pleasure to speak with her. She entered my order and I headed to the restaurant. I arrived and there was only one person ahead of me. I gave the young lady at the register my name and my order was ready and waiting for me. I headed back home to take my wife her food. She ordered a Quiche Florentine and a side of bacon. She couldn't finish the quiche, so she shared it with me. I must say that it was well prepared and tasted great. The crust had a nice flakiness and the consistency of the filling was right on point. My wife said the bacon was very good. She was very pleased with it and the quiche. I also want to mention that while I was at the restaurant, I enjoyed looking at the different pastries and desserts until the person in front of me was finished. Great visit.

I feel so special when I come here. Today I stopped by with a few friends. We had breakfast today. Mom had the Croque Madam which includes wild field greens and balsamic dressing. It was yummy. I had the quiche Lorraine which is always good and delicate. Its a nice portion. My bestie had the country french breakfast. Everything was delicious and hot. The staff was very friendly. We had lots of leftovers too. Wonderful pastries and cookies went home with us!

Cute place, great tasting food, and reasonably priced. It’s the French version of Panera Bread. Similar pairings with the “pick two style”, plenty of sandwiches, pastas, pastries, and drinks to choose from. It’s very laid back. You walk in and seat yourself, order when you’re ready, and the food is brought to you. I’ll definitely be back!

A tad pricey but good overall. Sausage there kinda tastes like Bob Evans right out of the pack....

Food was high quality and different then the wares you would find at most places. This would be a good place to take a date if you want something different then the normal Americana without having to get dressed up and commit to a full up scale meal.

First time coming here today, also brought my Mum. The atmosphere is very relaxing, with the background music and aromas of the fresh food being prepared. I gave it four stars because I was unaware that I needed to go to the register to place my order, instead I sat at a table for about 10 minutes. My food came very fast, presentation was beautiful. Upon leaving I needed a larger to go box, one of the chefs allowed me to take one from the back as they were all busy attending customers. I will definitely be coming back. Also, my mum enjoyed the wide variety of teas available !

It was a great experience overall, Jessica helped us with our order and she was VERY detailed which is amazing because this was our first time here. The only issue was our try was wet and dirty when we picked it up. The food was spectacular. I got the the ham and cheese sandwich with their tomato basil soup.

I was so excited when I saw we had the French cafe local related to Mimi's Cafe. We loved Mimi's 4 cheese grilled cheese and we're so excited this was on the menu here too! We hurried in and ordered it and when it came out our smiles tend upside down. Mimi's has the cheese on the outside of the bread too and when we got our sandwich it was just 2 pieces of bread with a little bit of butter on it with cheese on inside...nothing special. The soup was ok nothing to write home about. My husband got the French dip and said it was good. The staff was friendly and the ambiance was ok. The tables were sticky and we used baby wipes to clean them but think it's just the wood that doesn't have a clear coat anymore so it's just sticky. Price was good but you get what you pay for.

I love the vibe of this place. They have ample space and nice staff. This past time we went we booked a room and the air wasn't working in the room that the staff wouldn't say the air was broken, but they kept adding fans to compensate. That's not my reason for the low rating as those measures are out of their control. This place servers a wide variety of food, but they don't have many (if any) vegan options. They told my wife that they made the greenbeans vegan. We discovered that there was parmesean cheese on the beans. The rest of the party eat dairy products so we let it slide. I would like more vegan options not only for myself, but also for people who are severely lactose intolerant.

Over priced McDonald’s! We have never been here before, we walked in and didn’t know if we should sit or go the cashier. I thought it was a full service restaurant, but no. You have to get your own menu and order with the cashier. The table and chairs need updating. The food was fresh and tasty.

Service is ok, employees are nice, they remade my cappuccino but still tastes like foamy hot water. Hopefully next time they get it right.

My ratings will and only be based on the appearance and maintenance of the place, mostly the terrace area which is shown in the pictures. It is just unacceptable for a place this good, to have such low interest on its appearance. Just not acceptable!!! On the food and staff side, it is by far, the best place ever to find high-quality products and service providers as far as guest service goes.

First time to visit. Had breakfast with my husband. Breakfast was ok. The croissant was delicious! Had it with the rhubarb jam. Also ordered latte and mocha coffee.

I came here last week with my family. Ive been to other locations and the place was relatively clean. Not this one!! The bathroom was horrible, reeked of urine and desperation. Once my food was brought out to me i saw a small speck of black, what I thought was grinded coffee beans but I realized it was actually roach droppings!! Disgusting! Staff was ok but overall cleanliness was a no.

I used to ordered their Cesar salad with chicken for years....this last time I ordered it again just to come to find out that they change their chicken recipe....not the same to me that was one of their highlights along with their mushroom soup. Bring back the original recipe for the chicken it was very good ..this new version tastes like boiled chicken. Every thing else it's good.

The quality of the food has really tanked. I came here yesterday and ordered the same thing I order every time; the chicken salad sandwich and potato soup. The potato soup literally tasted like water and a scoop of powder-based, bag mashed potatoes. And as far as the sandwich, I've tried better from the HEB deli, not to mention it was a lot smaller than usual.

The food was ok no flavor but after sitting in a atmosphere that is un appealing and so cold in the restaurant that it was unbearable today it was 30 degrees felt like26, and I'm telling u this place was so cold there were very few customers I asked why is it so cold doesn't ur heater work? So they brought an electric heater and put it by us but the building was so cold and it's open space it didn't help

Staff not friendly. We had to go back to get our drink cups because they didn’t give them to us. No ice in ice machine. No lids for to-go cups. No bread plates out. No tongs for bread. This place needs some training or different employees & there’s no way I give a tip when my food is ordered. We see how the service is before tipping. These people deserved no tip whatsoever.

They have not improved regarding dressing. The amount of dressing provided for a full casear salad is not sufficient for the amount of salad provided. Please fix this problem without charging the patrons more money. I visit several times per week, but I don't receive enough dressing.

Ordered the salmon plate nieces food came out . minutes later I get my lukewarm salmon I never send stuff back but I did big mistake because atleast the lukewarm fish was better tasting!!! I have a full plate that I won’t eat now and my niece is done . If you have to send it back just ask for your money back too! My mistake will never happen again!!!!! Went in around 10 am yesterday . Ordered 3 almond crossaints which were stale and hard. Also got my family sandwiches with a small soup and I got my son breakkfast which was disgusting. I got myself a pesto penne pasta with chicken & theoasta was good but not the chicken you ckukd taste the chicken being very old. Round up to $89 dollars which is CRAZY for the quality of food. The restaurant also needs some cleaning , you could tell nobody takes their time to sweep and wipe counters and tables.

My wife and I used to be regulars at La Madeleine when we moved to Pearland 3 years ago and have given it the benefit of doubt since COVID with the reduced portion size and lower quality meals. Unfortunately after our most recent trip a week ago, the quality has dropped to a point where it's become obvious that less and less customers are seen there. My salmon meal consisted of microwaved/instant rice and a salmon half the size of what it once used to be. My wife and I also felt stomach aches that evening after our meals. It disheartening to see this place drop in quality as much as it has!

Went in there today and NO ONE waited on us. Wouldn’t even look at us. After 15 minutes left and went to a good restaurant.

Pearland Town Center Location: I would give a 0 star if I could! We come here solely because it is the only place after church with no wait… well I would rather wait in line! This morning was the final straw, there was hair in my omelet and the manager refunded me $12 for the omelet! I have never gone to a restaurant that would not comp an entire meal for this reason! I spent over $50 and my family didn’t finish the food after the hair was found. I’m speechless! On top of the hair we have been dealing with dirty silverware, sticky tables and to to solve the sticky table issues they just covered them with plastic table cloths. Seriously a poor representation of customer service and good management. Horrible…. Save your money!!!

I should have saved my money the potato soup was bland and the toppings that come in the soup was mashed up in a tiny little bag the size of a dime.. Chicken salad croissant was also a disappointment the croissant was not fresh i had to heat it up a bit to make it soft enough to eat.. Save your money go some where else..! ****The company did reach out as if they were concerned. Ask me to contact them about my experience via some kind of massager and told me to leave my contact info and they never responded or reached out HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE****

I have been to a couple of these restaurants and this location was dirty tables,floors and the area where condiments there was bread but it was hard like it's been sitting there all day I took my son for the first time we had a really bad impression!

The Egg was lukewarm. The pastry was cold. The “hot” water that we are supposed to use to make our tea was hardly warm. There was a fruit fly in the bread corner. It was too overpriced as well. Could be their interpretation of the French experience.

Staff was very unfriendly, when we walked in nobody greeted us, eventually when we got our food it was extremely cold, along with that the place was very unclean, even went as far as seeing a roach crawl across the floor.

I went there a couple weeks ago, and my food was horrible you could count the lil pieces of chicken on my sandwich and there was barely any cheese or bacon on it. That was somewhat acceptable because it was edible. Now, what is not ok is the soup I ordered with it. I ordered the spicy kale and tomato soup.... it looked like chili and it was black (pics below for reference). I never saw it like that it tasted bitter and made me sick I instantly spit it out. I put a complaint online and called and emailed they spoke to me did not refund my purchase and said they were gunna mail me a gift card THEY NEVER DID. Do not go there they do not have good food, customer service, and will not refund you for inedible food. They forgot about my experience I did not.

It’s very disappointing to see that their to go orders keep getting smaller. This is not ok for an average American person. On top of that prices are up. Please write reviews so restaurant owners can correct this type of issues. 😩

Shrink-flation at its finest. Not only has LaMadeline's shrunk the size of their croissants by half, evidently they are reducing the portions of their other meals as well. They already ruined the croque monsuer, now this. This may look pretty but it's half the normal portion. It was supposed to be the Chicken Pesto Pasta. What I got was lunch meat and pasta covered in flavorless cream of something soup topped with melted "cheese". This with a drink was $15. So disappointed in this restaurant after being a long time fan.

Very hit or miss, sandwich looked and tastes burnt.. Updated review: Smaller portions, lower quality, high prices, poor customer service I came to this restaurant yesterday morning and it was horrible. I waited awhile to order with 4 people in front of me. Some business women cuts in the front of everyone saying she has a business meeting to go to and needs her order. I guess making it to my work shift on time was not as important. Then the manager let every one else in line know he would be pausing taking orders so he could deal with the door dash drivers. After all this time wasted I just left. This place is too understaffed to have both doordash and regular customers and it was really unfair to let someone cut in front when other people were already waiting. This place just keeps getting worse and worse post pandemic.

My family of 4 come to this place almost every Saturday. As of now, this location is the only La Madeleine that serves the Cafe sampler with the 3 items in the same plate. They do this to reduce the dish portion. Lately, I see that they keep reducing the portion as you can see the soup in the cup is not all the way up. I had to return a dish because of this issue and ask to get the correct portion. Prices increase but quality and quantity of food reduces. Pay attention to your serving portion when you dine in this La Madeleine. I have not had this problem in other La Madeleines. Specially, the one in Sugar Land (Colony Mall) is my favorite one.

This was my first time visiting and it will definitely be my last nothing is fresh my onion soup have bread in it. Not cool. If I wanted soggy bread I would have asked. Please owner do better. We deserve fresh food and pastries. Bring the food quality up. Hire a chief do something. It will be so worth it.

I would like to share some feedback regarding a chicken sandwich I purchased today. Unfortunately, the sandwich contained a very small amount of chicken and was mostly filled with mayonnaise. In addition, the vegetables—especially the lettuce—did not seem fresh and appeared to be old. If fresh ingredients are not available, it would be better not to sell the sandwich rather than serve one made with poor-quality ingredients. This experience was disappointing, and I believe customers deserve fresh and properly prepared food.
