This is an amazing establishment with great customer service. I highly recommend getting the meal with the delicious Texas toast and fries. The chicken here is unlike any other, a little soggy but it tastes so good. Highly recommend the canes sauce. The staff here is super friendly at this clean and convenient location.

Raising Cane's is really good. Not a big fan of the Canes sauce though very black peppery. The chicken tenders are about some of the best tenders I have ever tried! The chicken sandwich is good but I think Chick Fil A is better in the sandwich area. The best thing ever that you can see in my picture is that slice of bread! The bread is soooooo good! It's worth going just for that bread.

Annie must be a manager there, and she is simply amazing, extremely courteous, highly efficient, with a very positive attitude and very customer service oriented. Highly recommend.

The chicken is good, the sauce is amazing, but it's sad they have to charge extra for it & don't provide more.

For fast food Cane's is good the chicken is crispy and tastes good. Apparently they have found their nitch simple...basic menu. Also don't be afraid when you see a long line in the drive thru...it goes fast because they have someone out in the line taking orders!👍

The food is always hot and fresh here, yet the service is hit or miss. High school kids working here, which is fine, but they seem to be unsupervised at times. Couldn’t get my order right, didn’t give me napkins, didn’t give me a receipt after they asked me if I wanted one. Just silly stuff that is so easy to improve upon. Hope management is listening.

Our first time trying this chain. We both had the sandwich combos. The sandwiches, which are basically comprised of three chicken fingers, were very good. Loved the dressing. We also liked the fries, but they were a little skimpy. The fountain drinks included Barq’s root beer, which is simply the best. For some reason, lemonade is 20 cents more, and is served from behind the counter. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly. The interior decor is based on the locality (Vista) which is kind of neat. Out tab was $18. Fair enough. Obviously a limited menu, but I guess that’s their niche.

I got the standard chicken fingers food combo thingy. The portions are HUGE, much more than a “KFC” would ever do. The taste was also much better than a KFC could ever do. However, there was a super long drive thru line, which went my very fast mind you. I just don’t think the taste of the food lived up to the hype that I’ve heard and that the drive thru line gave off. The food was just ok to me. I Popeyes has got this place beat as far as taste is concerned. However I respect the fact that the food was fresh.

When I arrived at 12:30pm, the line in the drive thru was long but I got through in about 10 minutes. This was the Box combo. Came with 4 chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, cane sauce, Texas toast, coleslaw, and a 22 oz fountain drink/tea. Chicken was moist and juicy coating was crunchy , but lacked seasoning. Texas toast was very good, fries were average, and sauce just OK. I got the lemonade, and it was very good!

Im usually down for this place and it is usually pretty good, one thing I love is the sweet tea option, however this past visit tonight, the sweet tea tasted like it was brewed in toilet water, I literally could not even taste the tea because of the water and how bad the aftertaste was, im disappointed its usually my go to when I go for fast food, another was we asked for 1 extra toast, no slaw double fried, and somehow ended up woth 2 toast per box an extra toast and regular fried.

Cane's chicken has one shining aspect of it; that the chicken is juicy and served piping hot. However, this time around, while the chicken was indeed hot, it was dry; especially my last piece which was a struggle to finish. The Texas toast was good like the few other times I've been here, but I truly believe that the Cane's sauce is simply a lost cause. The sauce included delivers a nuclear explosion of straight-up black pepper that totally drowns out any other taste, even taking a small dip and a big bite yields only the overwhelming taste of raw peppercorn. The staff were polite, and I was served almost astonishingly quick, but when I walked up to the counter to take my order I expected some sort of confirmation that this was my order but the staff were talking to each other. Which left me in an awkward position of trying to discern which of the two plates on the counter was mine. The atmosphere of the establishment is well done, with local photographs and signage, but the chairs are deafeningly loud. Simple rubber feet would fix this issue that causes everyone in the store to stop their conversation and witness the unfortunate person shyly continue to move their cacophonous chair. Sometimes Cane's hits pretty well, but unfortunately this time wasn't it, and all I was left with this time wasn't the taste of juicy chicken, but the taste of disappointment in my mouth.

Guys. I was just there 30 min ago. I did a 12 hr work shift. Customer service was nice. Did the menu change for the caniac combo? No bread. No coleslaw. Just more fries? Folks I order the bow $20.00+(potentially climbing) caniac combo because it’s balanced with the Texas toast, and coleslaw. Last time you guys messed up my order, even with my receipt and coming back to this location, you gave me the third the degree. Honestly if I’m going to eat that much fries I can go to store and cook up a pan of frozen fries. I’m spending money for the variety. It was a long day. Again this the second time you guys made a mistake on my order. This is not good service.
