Nice reno. There are a lot of workers but they are a bit slow. We brought the 12 piece and it contained a lot of wings this is not fare.

Good service and I tried their grilled chicken for the first time and it was very good. I was worried it might not taste good but I really enjoyed it.

Still the best fried chicken. I love the chicken Pot Pie, so much better than the frozen ones you buy in tbe Supermarket that tends to be watery and bland

This KFC has friendly courteous staff. I always use drive thru since Covid. They are fast and the wait is quick.

KFC is my favorite chicken and this particular restaurant is a real feather in their cap. Been going here for years and it's always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Worth a visit if you're in the area. Have visited other KFCs in Westchester and Bronx and this one is by far my favorite.

Had the chicken pot pie and it was very good. Lots of meat and gravy was very flavorful. It's one of the $5 specials which also includes a drink and a cookie.

They are open now so we were able to dine in, loved the place and the food of course, ladies at the counter were very nice despite us being there after closing time.

There is no dine in service // only drive thru or delivery. !! Drive thru move fairly fast considering the volume .. Order was correct. & food quality was very good !!! 👍

The cleanest and well prepared food in all the KFC restaurants in Westchester and possibly 5 boroughs. Before I decide to eat at a restaurant, I observe the staff and facility. Staff work above standards. Food is always fresh.

KFC has never failed me yet. They have a variety of combos but my favorite is the $20.00 Fill up where you get 2 large Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, a large Cole Slaw, Biscuits and 8 Pcs of Chicken. Serve a family size of 4. On a single level, if I need a "quick fix", I will buy a three-piece combo. All-in-all the food is good and filling and I would recommend any one to stop by any day...

Haven't had KFC in awhile and have to say......much better than I remember. Chicken wasn't soggy of grease and over seasoned with salt. 2 thumbs up. Price pretty good. Would go again.

This is the cleanest KFC restaurant I’ve ever seen.They had vases with flowers on each table. It was spotless. The food was hot and fresh, it was soooo good. This KFC should have a million stars .Carmen was polite and provided excellent service.The manager of this place is doing an excellent job. The employees should get recognized for a great job for cleanliness , for delicious hot food and for providing excellent service to the customers. You can’t find service like this these days anymore , very rare . I was so impress. I live a hour away and would definitely come back.I’ve been to many kfc restaurants Bronx,Yonkers,mount vernon and new Rochelle and haven’t went back because of the different reasonings and don’t like kfc no more but the person I was with wanted kfc when I walked in and seen how clean it was I figure I’ll give it one more try. I’m glad I did it because, it was such a great experience.

Hands down, this is the best KFC. In the surrounding area, I'm going to go as far as say. This is the best chicken place in the surrounding area. I'm born and raised in this area, actually a town over and when there was even a KFC in my own town, I'd still drive, the extra 15 min. to this location in peekskill. Its NEVER. ever failed me, NO matter what time of the day, the Chicken is always fresh and hot, and everything else always well prepared.Also one of few that still offer the hot fresh and made to order old school Apple turnovers. DEFINITELY CAN'T GO WRONG AT THIS LOCATION, GUARANTEED SATISFACTION!

One thing I will say about this place is immaculately clean. This goes for the restrooms too. The service was polite and very friendly. The food I ordered came very quickly, and it was of good taste and value. This is true for the times that I've gone there in the past. The young lady at the counter, when she didn't have a customer, was busy making sure that the tables were wiped down and clean. Her name was Joanna. They take Cash, Credit, and Debit, and they give a discount for Senior Citizens. The store is located in the Beach Shopping center in Peekskill, NY. There is ample parking with Handicapped Spaces. Also their bathrooms are ADA compliant.

Decent experience, definitely order ahead and go inside to pick up your food. The drive through line gets very long and takes upwards of 15 min. Use the app and order ahead it is speedy service that way. Food is always nice hot and fresh from here.

What can I say - it's KFC! I did notice the recipe is less spicy than the one in Ossining. The wait staff could be a bit more enthusiastic. Was surprised and happy to see Pepsi One on the selection. The place is alway kept clean, not like the dump in Ossining.

Is an average KFC, but nonetheless has good chicken either for eating there or on the go. The place itself has some TVs set on some nature channels. If you are looking for a restaurant to eat at, go to Nonna's across the shopping center instead. Otherwise, this place is fine.

Great for very fast food..But PLS CHECK YOUR ORDER...So was too fast actually.. I would go back cuz of how nice they were to me.. (Spanish Only). & How clean it was but seemed like no one working there spoke any English so lucky me to have known enough Spanish to get me thru there.. Unfortunately I didn't know til I got home 45 mins later that NOTHING in my 5 bags was the correct order except for the 4 drinks. So basically I threw away about $56.00 Some of the food was eaten & rest went into the woods for animals so not a total waste I guess.. No, it was for me.. Other than that I would have gone back. ☹️

I have been going here for years never had any issues & the staff has always been nice, but the last 2 times I go through the drive thru around 8pm. I wanted potatoes wedges with my family meal I usually get it as my side orders, but the lady said they did not have any ok….the 2nd time I go order a family meal they tell me it does not come with wedges only regular fries? I have ordered prior & have order my wedges as my side orders, she says I have to order them apart & they don’t come in a large only small…? Wow okay…since my son loves them I said okay I had to order something else for my sides & order 2 small wedges & I waited a little while for my order… I feel like since it was 8pm they did not have them cooked & they had to cook them but they were trying to get away from cooking them! smh the wedges are back on high demand & they need to be prepared for late orders for these famous wedges and not tell customers bs…I have never heard that wedges don’t come with family meals or that they don’t come in size large, the meals can be pricey & for them not to be included is BS.

It's fast food, it's ok. The prices have gone up, customer service is not horrible but not friendly either. If you are craving greasy chicken then it's the place to grab a bite.

This location is just terrible ! I don't usually rate too many faste food restaurants, however, I have to say this location needs a better management. They are not very helpful. Everytime I ordered food there's something missing. They don't even want to give you enough ketchup, sauce. Like seriously?

They never can get your order right "can I have a two piece original style chicken and biscuit only" every time they'll reply "you want 2 piece crispy meal" blah blah - no sorry not what I said I often just drive off at that point. Hit or miss on the food sometimes it's good other times it's dry like its been sitting out under the heat lamps.

I asked for an 8 piece meal and an 8 piece nuggets. I had trouble hearing the person at the counter and she seemed annoyed when I asked her to repeat herself. When I got home not only did I get a 4 piece meal the chicken pieces were very small. Two wing and two legs. Popeyes is closer so I won't be going to KFC anytime soon

I don't know what happened to the extra crispy chicken today but it lacked flavor like it normally does. This visit was unplanned last minute decision. But I'll check it out some other day to see if they have changed the seasoning in some way

I love krispy chicken but Col Sanders seems to have lost his magic touch. Or better yet, lost the secret recipe. Going down hill, I will not go back.

I have been there twice since we moved here and both times the chicken had absolutely no kfc spices on it. How does that happen?

Did a mobile order said it was ready and it was not. Got asked multiple questions at the window and waited at least 10 mins while they made it.

This location always seems to close before it's advertised hours. This is the second time I've visited this location during normal business hours only to find it closed.

As far as KFC it's everything you imagine with respect to quality of chicken. This particular KFC is quick if you're in a rush. the chicken is fresh as far as fried food goes.

Ordered via doordash. The only sides they offer are mashed potatoes and slaw. They didn't have the apple turnovers we ordered and tried to sub cookies; no thanks. Will update once I receive the food to let you know if it was any good.

Classic KFC. Idk, i havent been to one in years and I ordered a meal that was supposed to come with a $1.50 side or something, but when I looked at my bill, the cashier hadn't charged me the reduced price. When I asked her about it, she said I was supposed to have mentioned the deal when I was ordering... I don't understand. Does upper management tell them to shirk the customers at every chance? Seems shady Wouldn't return.

I normally don't leave reviews, but this KFC can't get a simple order correct. This is the third time that they have gotten my order wrong. That being said I will say their food is good.

Just ordered a meal with a LARGE side of fries and got a half full box

Messed up my order then wouldn't correct it without going thru drive-thru again with at least 6 cars ahead and slow customer service.

The chicken need to cook better because I went there and ordered breast and wing and when I cut the breast in half there was water springing from it.

Got food poisoning from undercooked Classic chicken sandwich as I know it was that because I’m the only one in my family who had KFC the night before and I got sick from it made for a horrible thanksgiving as I was sick as a dog !!!!

I don't think I'll be able to eat KFC again after yesterday's bucket of soggy, dirty-oil saturated chicken mush. Had to throw out all of the skin and wrap the remaining carnage in paper towels to soak up the oil that was dripping off the meat. Absolutely disgusting. (They must have reached down into the bottom of the fryer's drip pail where stray pieces of chicken fall to give us such a super-special meal.)

Absolutely horrible. I had got the Nashville hot tenders and they gave me the complete wrong order. Not to mention the food that they gave me was horrendous. Ended up having food poisoning after I ate it. Not a good way to spend New Year’s Eve.👎

We ordered 12 piece bucket with the regular chicken that we always order when we go to kfc. The woman who took our order she gave us the 12 piece bucket with fried chicken. When we open it in our table we found she gave us the wrong one. We immediately took it to the counter and showed it. She looked at the screen and said we ordered the fried chicken. Me, my husband, children were there while giving the order, we both got shocked,,after her statement. My children were asking too why did she gave us the fried one, as we ordered the regular one . She put the wrong item in the system and said we ordered that!!! Please we would suggest keep a audio recorder in the store, if you don’t want to admit your mistake!! We couldn’t eat that fried chicken even half of them , as we don’t like fired chicken. Very weird, never expected and experienced this kind of behaviour before in kfc !!!

I usually like to give good reviews, but this place is horrible. I waited on line for 10 minutes and walked out without ordering. Now if there was a line and it was busy inside I would understand as I worked in the food industry for years. But it wasn't. One guy waiting for his food. No one in dining area. Couple cars drive thru. The cashier was running back to kitchen and packing orders. Two other people looked at me but never asked if I need help or even "be with you in a few minutes". One guy who was cleaning up, the lobby with a mop, had the decency to ask if I was being helped. I said no. He yelled to a guy in the back who said someone be right there. Another five minutes went by a d I walked out hungry. Pathetic their system is. Gonna be a long time before going back there.

Order always has some thing wrong or missing. They forgot my drink and while waiting for it they gave me a funny look like they didn't just mess up. They asked me twice if I wanted bbq sauce said yes and didn't get any at all. The experience ruined my meal. Get it together or hire new people. Absolute disappointment! If I could give no stars I would.

Dangerous location. Someone tried to skip the line on me today so I pointed out there was a line. The person verbally assaulted me and threatened me while I was in front of the register trying to place my order. I asked the cashier if she would ask him to leave and she ignored me to ask the next person in line what they wanted. I walked out to go elsewhere and the person followed me out, continually threatening me. They repeatedly alluded to having a gun. The employees ignore it, didn't call the police, didn't try to help. I would suggest avoid9ng this place, especially women and children. I won't be back.

The chicken pot pies used to be so good but I was very disappointed today…hardly any filling and it was all gummy cornstarch…terrible…dont waist your money. Also I miss the steak fries!! What’s up with that?? Don’t lower your standards you are losing customers!!!

Dog sitting on the chair at this KFC and licking the table. I mentioned it to an employee so they could clean the table. Unaware that I speak Spanish, the manager told her don't pay me any mind. ALLAN IS THE ONLY EXTREMELY NICE EMPLOYEE THERE. They don't wear gloves ever. I'm not coming back here. There seems to be a prejudice towards non Hispanic customers,as noted by several other Peekskill residents. Similar treatment has been reported at the Welcher, and Mohegan lake McDonald's locations. seems to be a trend amongst franchises that are ran by predominantly 1 demographic.

Horrible customer service. The cashier did not understand what I was ordering and refused to call the manager. They also checked out a lady that spoke Spanish before me. I ended up leaving the store without food. And these were the fries that my friend got. So glad I didn’t give them my money.

I stopped for a quick lunch. First off I ordered the $10 four piece meal. I asked if I could get dark meat. She said yes. It came with two mashed potatoes and gravy. She never asked me if I wanted something different even if the price was upcharged a dollar. She asked the two men in front of me if they were doing takeout or dine in. She never asked me. She just assumed I was taking it out. I was eating in. Who eats chicken in the car? I had to remind her that I ordered a drink also and she finally gave me my cup. Then I realized that she never asked me what sides I wanted and when I asked her about it she told me well it's a dollar more. But I didn't get the option when I was paying so I had to literally pay her a dollar extra to change my sides. That a big deal but I would have liked to pay all together as I was paying with a debit card. Then when my food was prepared she hands me a bag. Okay fine. I'll eat out of the bag. I get to the table and it's a breast, a wing, a thigh and a leg. I go back to reminder that I asked for dark meat and she told me I could have it. And she had an attitude. Fast food really shouldn't be this hard. When I got the receipt to see who her name was it was under Cesar. I'm quite sure she's not a Cesar!! Therefore, there's no accountability. Why is she not using her name when she signs into the cash register. Yes, this all sounds kind of petty. But when a person goes into a place to order food, they expect to get what they want. They expect the same service as the person in front of them. And they don't expect to have to do her job for her by going back a couple times to get their order correct.

Id love to know why the staff felt the need to inspect my basket of chicken and bag with the sides after I came into the store right after I got my drive thru order because I was missing 3 biscuits (I ordered six). They actually wanted me to go out to my car and get the bag of food to show them I only had 3 biscuits. Was unnecessary and took all this extra time when they have a full drive thru line.

Manager is very nasty with her employees violating their rights I already called labor department. She also took her name tag off so I wouldn’t see her name. There was a few other people tht told her to stop cursing at her employees she told them to shut up and mind their business.
