Twice this has happened to me.....Called for delivery and told them I needed delivery to Baymont Hotel, just a block or 2 away, I told them the address and room number, they asked for the zip code but i had to look it up so they immediately hung up on me....uh, you don't you know your own towns zip code🤔🤔weird🤨 Attitude is everything, it affects everything a person does and the quality of what they do, one thing I've learned is to not bring a bad attitude to work, it changes what people think of you as an individual and affects your own confidence, yes it's difficult to do but very doable. Food is good here at pizza hut in Perryton TX but they can work on their customer service over the phone. Delivery was awesome both times and I feel they are putting forth good effort to being a better experience to the public, i wish them thw best😉

When we arrived the lady took our order quickly after maybe half an hour we noticed most of the people in our party received their drinks and food we patiently waited my husband asked the young man attending other tables if they could get our drinks we received our food before our drinks maybe a whole hour after our order was placed the lady returned to the table she didn’t ask if we needed anything she pretty much threw our food to the table and ran back to the kitchen and never seen her again our daughter was the only girl in her group who didn’t eat until maybe 10 minutes before walking out of the door I'm sure our order was forgotten and was brought up at the last minute and that’s okay it was a big party it happens but all you have to do is apologize and be nice not be rude like the lady who took care of us , the food was good but I won't be back to that location again

First (and it's not the restaurant's fault), when I ordered using the app, it somehow didn't pay the total for my pizza. An associate had to come running out into the parking lot to catch me and bring me back in to pay the remainder of my total. More importantly, their parking lot has some large potholes. I hit one of these on the way out. Less than ten minutes later, my rear passenger-side tire was completely flat. While I can't say with 100% certainty that it was a direct cause from the Perryton Pizza Hut's parking lot pothole landmines, that was the only direct trauma my perfectly-good tire has suffered. Upon inspection, it had no nails or screws piercing it. I will never subject my vehicle to this parking lot again.

Over priced. Food took forever and when I asked for Ketchup I got 4 pkts same with ranch. 1 little pre-packaged dip. Sandwich was hard and dry wings did not have sauce to cover

Horrible experience. They have gone way up in price and they were too expensive before. They cut a large down to size of a medium and charge for a large. I ordered on the app and ordered a pepperoni lovers pizza. I had earned pointes for any kind of a large pizza but when I picked it up it was a plain cheese pizza. I took it back and even showed them the app where I ordered it but they said they can’t do anything with the app but that they have had trouble with it before. I told them to make me the one I ordered but then they charged me for it. Not good customer service. I will never go there again.

Last 2 times we have ordered the drive through took 15mins to get through due to slow service or rude customers not moving. Our pizza was either still not ready or over cooked and dried out due to sitting in the warmer way to long because of the drive through line being backed up. The manager and employees act as if they don't care customers are getting upset. I watched 3 people squeeze out and drive off and one go in. Seems like in a small town we could do a little better at customer service

Highly recommend, the convenience store three doors down or Little Caesar’s by the grocery store. I wish that this was the first time this has happened in the last 2 weeks but I can promise that it will be the last time!!

Had order a pizza and some cheese sticks we was the only ones in the restaurant when we did this but ended up having to wait an extra 15 minutes for our cheese sticks while the table that came in 15 minutes after us got there’s first not very happy with the service we had received just a pitty little “sorry” and that’s it. Then had to proceed to wait like 10 minutes for a to go box, and paid over 30 bucks I’m sorry but next time do better and actually compensate for your mess ups. Over 20 minutes waiting for cheese sticks while another table had came in after you had already ordered about 6 minutes prior they got there’s first cheese sticks first.

Both of my pizzas were not made wrong. One had no sauce. The other had no pepperoni. They were lukewarm. The manager refused to re-make both pizzas, only the one with no sauce. Informed me if I wanted a pepperoni pizza I would have to purchase it, even though I already paid for the two they messed up Last visit, they didn’t put marinara with my cheese sticks. I called, they wouldn’t answer the phone. I drove back up there, they saw me at the window and ignored me. They refused to give me the corporate headquarters phone number. I would not recommend anyone eat there .

Breadsticks on the menu in a 5 and 10 count. But was told by the waitress I couldn't get the 5 count, but she cannot explain why. Add the boneless wings and two of them weren't even edible. The Cajun fries were way overseased. After I've got my drink and meal the young lady never came back to my table not once to see how I was doing, if I needed a refill, or if I needed anything else. Usually with bad service I still give a dollar or two tip but when you do not come back to my table not even one time you get $0.00 tip. Now I can see why the place was empty literally empty!

While typing this the pizza came in as hot as if it just came out of oven. Looks like someone forgot to put in a ticket for a messed up pizza. I guess somebody is switching to Little Caesar!

We were driving through on our way home from out of town. There was one other table there and it took much longer than it should have to get our order taken and delivered. Part of our order was forgotten, and brought out after we nearly done while. The staff was rowdy and playing around and banging dishes around in the kitchen while tables were neglected.

Was seated quickly. Food was served pretty quick also. My server came and left my bill saying when I'm ready. She never came back. About 30 minutes after my server left my ticket, another server came asking if I had ordered wings. But I had my order already. I told him I was waiting for my server to come back. He said "Oh, she had to leave." I'm sure on other days service is good, but not tonight. No communication with their guests. Not satisfied at all!
