Holy smokes. I love this chipotle!! I come here like ngl almost every week. Always my go-to meal when I'm sad, and I can even get free rewards with the app. The barbacoa is hands down the best meat, but I usually go with chicken for it's tastiness and affordability. The toppings always taste fresh and have a great texture, and the employees are incredibly nice, I often vibe with them while they're making my burrito. Sometimes they even give me an extra full scoop of protein for free?? Awesome. You should totally come here!!

This is one fast food restaurant I love. Generally speaking I get great service and a hot meal. On this day my meal was exceptional. This is one of those locations I'll go back to over and over again. The parking was easy when you drive a rig It's always important to have good easy parking.

Surprisingly good! The air conditioning makes for a pleasant break from the summer heat. We had a coupon that included a nice cold drink, too, but save room for the nearby Lagunitas Beer Sanctuary. The staff at Chipotle are friendly, too.

It was a standard chipotle experience. The food was good guacamole was fresh. We tried queso Blanco, which was hot and tasty. There was a lot of outdoor seating. A lot of parking nearby. Overall, it was a spacious and there is also a Tesla charging nearby and then that’s it.

Called ahead to make sure they had plain white rice due to an allergy. I was told yes. Went 5 minutes later and was told they did not have any. Ordered 3 burritos in total and each one got the smallest scoops I have ever seen. Barely had any meat on them. 6 people standing around while 1 took orders and served. Not the best Chipotle I have been to.

Most of the seating area tables were dirty and lunch had just started. Food could have been fresher lettuce had some dark spots and tomato salsa was ready to turn smaller portions too.

Mediocre and bland. My $11 steak burrito had maybe 7 pieces of meat in it? You're better off supporting a place like Chunkys or El Roys. Also don't have to jump through a bunch of hoops to simply order. Had to download an app, order online blah blah blah.

This has been the third location I’ve been to in a week. I couldn’t get enough but, after this burrito I have had enough. Where to begin. First, there’s plenty of parking as the location is in a small shopping center. It’s easy to find and wasn’t busy for 545pm on a Saturday night. There was three customers total inside and a server and a cashier greet you when you walk in. We were just there to pick up our orders, which we were unfortunately 15 minutes late picking up due to traffic. Our food seemed like it had been sitting out for far longer than those 15 minutes. This was a very disappointing experience for all three of us. To start, my sofritas burrito looked soggy and was dripping juice down when I unwrapped it. I had to use three napkins to catch it all before it got on me. It was completely cold from the inside of the burrito to the outside of the foil. The brown rice was hard as if it was not cooked long enough, almost to the point of an uncooked crunch. It’s fun to try and get the first bite on the sour cream side of the burrito, but this time there was no sour cream on the first bite or the last bite which was sad because it always adds a nice flavor to the burrito. As for the steak burrito bowls, they were better, but still not satisfying. As mentioned in other reviews, the portions to not even fill up the bowl like it should. If the contents of the bowls made at this location were to be poured into a tortilla, it would be a very small burrito. A tortilla was ordered on the side and it was hard and difficult to pull apart as if it was old. The sour cream tasted funny and there was just absolutely no warmth to any of our orders. After a day at the beach, we had all looked forward to a delicious meal from Chipotle as we’ve experienced at other locations in the past. We were all sadly disappointed. The funny thing is we spun the wheel to pick between three places to eat. Out of 2 rounds, 6 spins, and best out of 3, we ended up choosing Chipotle on our own because it wouldn’t get chosen on the wheel. We should have gone with the choices chosen on the wheel.

Ordered a bowl, got pretty much no lettuce. Got charged for 2x meat even though they were clearly single serving. $22 for a bowl. Totally not worth it, used to be a good deal and decent food.

I ordered a steak quesadilla, they hardly put any steak so I asked for some more and they charged me $5, making just a sub par steak quesadilla $20, ridiculous.

They delivered to my company, but no one here had ordered. I tried calling, but since it was an unusual thing, it did not fit into their system and it hung up on me. I went so far as to try contacting them online, but it was another robot with a lot of questions that I could not answer BECAUSE IT WAS NOT MY ORDER. Obviously once they have your money they care nothing about getting it to you. The link in your response below insists that I give details of the order before it will go forward..... IT WAS NOT MY ORDER. So again FAIL.

The portion in my bowl was so small it didn't even crest the top of the bowl, it was ether a new worker or deliberately made that way. Will give it one more try to see if its improves, other wise its just not worth the money anymore. 2nd trip, there's always something wrong with this place they forget stuff small portions this time how can a Chipotle be out of cheese??? Small portion again, save your money and go to the one in Rohnert Park if you can much bigger portions, this place is a rip, I will never come here again. I would rather go across the court to Five Guys and pay twice as much for something that's twice as unhealthy.

The portions I received were a joke. I was in such a hurry that didn't open the bag until I got home just to find out I spent $14 on a few lettuce leaves and very little Rice with a few pieces of meat. No wonder they're getting cancelled on social media.

I ordered a steak burrito, though it was very tasty there was hardly any beef in it. I would say it had less than half the amount of beef of any burrito I have ever had. Seemed like it was a vegetarian burrito with a few pieces of meat in it.

This Chipotle sux. Terrible service. Staff get grumpy if you order more than two things. They run out of chips half the time. Restaurant is small and trash overflows when they’re busy because staff forget to clean.

UPDATE: 11/13/2025 - Gave 1 star as to review aka warn - Something has changed. Gulten Allergy here, tell them and they hand me a flour tortilla, I ask is that flour? No reply, I check my order, flour tortilla. Bring it back to the counter and reminded them Gulten Allergy, can't eat Flour, asked for corn shell..was told no, you must pay extra for corn, rudely. Tried to hand back the flour o e, wouldn't take it. I through it away. Went without. Heard them talking about it and laughing. WILL not be back. 7YRS AGO - Great place to go for some gulten free items

Next time I think I want Chipotle I will just go outside and put dirt on a tortilla and call it a burrito. I wouldn't even feed this to my dog. This location should be embarrassed at the quality of food they are serving people.

Never order online. Multiple times I’ve ordered double meat, and every time I get maybe 1/3-1/2 of a serving.

Looks like they running out of stock . They put all lots salsa and sauce rather than other main content . Did not fill my bowl way it supposed to be . Beware AVOID online order at this place . Food trucks are better than this.

The dirtiest Chipotle I have ever seen, If my 2 1/2 year old grandson was not insisting on beans and rice I would have walked out. The trash was over flowing and the floor and tables were a mess. The guacamole was completely brown and oxidized. When I asked if they had any other guacamole I was told no but from where I was sitting I could seem them bring out a new batch not five minutes later.

Went in two hours before closing and the manager stated they were out of steak and we would have to wait 15 minutes before the cook came back from break. We tried to wait and ordered chips, but as they started to prepare them, realized they were out of those as well. The rest of the food on the line looked far past the refreshment date. As a previous employee, I was incredibly disappointed with the lack of service and quality.

She didn’t hear what I said so she said what in a very bad tone, I replied with I don’t need anything else, thank you,then she took my money gave me my burrito After putting it in a bag without saying anything else and a horrible look. She seemed to not want to be at work and I seem to have offended her because she didn’t hear my first response. The guy making my burrito was horrible also. But now a burrito and fountain drink is over $20 and the food and service are just ok.. A little rough. This place definitely needs an overall with all of its employees. Three times in a row thatbi have gone and they were out of something. One time cheese which meant we had to leave. Tonight no chips, lettuce or mild salsa. Not sure why they are so bad at ordering at this location. And with the price already being outrageously high its just not worth going just to have them out of things every time.

I paid almost 23 dollars just for beans, steak and bell peppers And the portions were so small are you kidding?
