If you're looking for an explosion of Mexican flavors, this is the right place to come. Authentic Mexican food, Regio style. Ask for Los chilaquiles, I hope they start making some fried eggs to put on top of them 🫣. They have several toppings and sauces you can add to your meal for free, and also free "totopos recien hechos."

I love this place!!! The staff is super friendly and the place is super clean and the staff are always going the extra mile when I go in. They always ask if I need or want to try anything and telling me about deals and or promos they have but not just that the food is amazing. I never write reviews but I had to because they deserve it. Good service and good food. The flautas and the baked potato were excellent. However, I didn’t like the rice. It tasted too much like chicken stock and it was very salty. I’ll come back but I hope they change their rice recipe.

The food was quick and fresh. There were multiple hot sauce options with varying heat. While eating in the lobby, their employee Alexander checked in on me to see if I needed anything. Really nice spot for a quick bite to eat.

We love the food here! They have amazing tacos, very flavorful full/half ordered chicken that comes with tortillas and toppings, and if you go inside to order you can snag homemade chips to go (they’re so tasty!) we order here once a week at least. Never have had an issue with the orders- all the toppings come on the side and all the side dishes come in separate containers so there is no spilling of beans or liquid ! Everything is always carefully packaged and easy to bring home. We absolutely enjoy every order we’ve had give this place a shot, and you will not be disappointed. *have to add- their salsa bar is always very clean and well maintained. Fresh salsa, verde salsa, pico and more! It’s spotless*

Finally! Too many Mexican restaurants near me are very mediocre or just bad. But I've been meaning to eat here for a while. Saw it on door dash and was not disappointed. The al pastor and the carne asada are A1. Juicy and seasoned well. They do not skimp on the amount of meat they give you. This is my spot now!

They are always friendly and some of the best real Mexican food one can have. Their horchata is made to perfection. I haven’t found many good Mexican restaurants, but when I don’t feel like cooking this is my go to place to have the taste of a home cooked meal. The best part is if you’re looking for something quick to just pick up and go this is your place.

This is the second time I've come here and this is gonna probably be a weekly stop now. I've tried the tacos with every kind of meat, the roasted chicken, quesadilla, rice, and the plantains. The food here is SO flavorful and affordable! My sister and I ordered one half chicken for about $15 which came with so many sides and tortilla. They are very generous with their proportions and fed us well. One of my favorite restaurants in Austin!! I recommend this restaurant!! ☺️💗 Jaime was so kind and took care of us so well when we came to dine in for lunch! For mesquite grilled chicken I found it a little dry and lacking in the mesquite flavor profile. The chicken tortilla soup was really good as where the chicken flautas. The interior was clean and the salsa bar with chips very well maintained.

The food was and the meat tasted good but the price is high for what you get. They brought out the fries late and served us with togo boxes for dine in.

My favorite spot to come get chicken. So juicy and favorable..love the green salsa. Baked potato with bistec is good as well.

I drove from Pollo Rico in Round Rock to this location because it is better overall. Only reason I went to the other location was due to false advertisement on Google Maps. The chicken is better than El Pollo Rico, the atmosphere very clean, and the salsas delicious. The service was phenomenal and they treated me with kindness. The reason why I have a 4 instead of the 5 was because it didn’t taste as good ”fresh” and flavorful as the location over at Berkman Drive. There you have to wait a bit longer, but the chicken is right off the grill. This location was speedier, but it appeared as if the chicken was kept warm before quickly boxing it, almost prepackaged; which to begin with, is a reason why I was turned off from the Pollo Rico located 5 minutes away from my home. Perhaps it was an off day, and it was slow when I showed up, but I’ll definitely go again during peak hours to see if I receive that fresh off the grill chicken that I am really looking forward to.

Ok, I have delayed going here due to seeing mixed reviews. Today I decided to go at lunch. It was busy inside, the inside was clean, and the service was friendly. I got the 1/2 chicken to-go. I have been to a restaurant in San Antonio that cooks chicken like this and that place is off the charts good with a flavor to their charro beans and rice I can’t put a finger on, but everything in my meal was good. The chicken was very good and I liked the taste of the salsa verde. The wait for my food was not very long; I ordered inside so I could look the menu over. They get a solid 4 and I will be back.

(Speaking on the take out/uber eats side): I LOVE the food but: They do NOT take their time to look at the receipt/order after 8:30-9:00. I order when I get off of work around that time (tonight is the fourth time) and it’s always missing something, and it’s always something extra I paid for. Tonight I’m missing bacon on my food, the extra salsas and fries. The chips I order weren’t the correct size, they gave a small instead of x large. I get they’re ready to go, but it’s pretty annoying eating this dry ass bowl when they didn’t put my salsas in the bag. They put ketchup, no fries 😒

The food is decent but atleast put people that can speak fluent English at the drive thru window.

Front cashier young man was not being very helpful with the Tuesday special they have you purchased a whole chicken and get a Free half chicken for free. He was not being helpful by helping us go thru the app to get to the QR code and we had to figure it out ourselves plus the internet was being slow , by the time we paid it was to late to show him the QR code, and he did not try to give us the Tuesday deal for us. Left disappointed for the costumer service. Other then that chicken has great taste.

Ordered a tostada Siberia and got a pre made tostada, it is not fresh at all, sour cream is cheese like, they do not use shredded chicken like in the pictures, it’s old diced grilled chicken

This food was horrible- absolutely no seasoning and bloody chicken. (I have the photo) I asked for a half chicken and got a chewed up leg, tiny wing and two nasty fatty thighs. It was missing the breast. After paying $38 and all the food was disgusting!!🤮 The wait was ridiculous. I will neverrrr eat here again nor would I recommend !! I gave it to my dog- It doesn’t deserve not even 1 star.

This was my second time eating there the first time I ordered the baked potato with chicken and it was bland no flavor at all like the other regios I’ve bought from near berkman dr maybe I thought it was just a bad cook or whatever so I gave it a second try and I should of went with my instincts the first time again bland and no flavor at all I definitely won’t be coming back and spending my money here again

Ordered the regio platter and the portion was small. I called the restaurant because it looked like an order for one person. The employee and manager confirmed that the amount advertised was for 10 oz of meat for two people. I weighed it and it was 5.6 oz. When I told them this the manager became rude and said he did not believe me and that even if it was he could not do anything. He blamed his employees saying that they were new and that they had a lot of orders. Don't call it a plater and say that it for two when it not. Might as well order the tacos which is less expensive. Be ware when ordering from here because it looks like they like to scam people out of what they paid for. Sadly the food tastes good but the management is terrible. (Pflugerville location)

So this is the 3rd time I try to give them a try. I don’t think I will be coming back after this. 1st time - My daughter was so excited we had one near us and so she came through the drive thruway. She ordered a half chicken with a horchata, the price was $19.90 and she had a $20.00 bill and they were trying to charge $5.00 more it was a dark skin young cuban and so they didn’t give her the drink because she didn’t give them the $5 more which is stealing in my opinion and threw the food at her. I called and spoke with the manager which she was very apologetic and gave us a free meal. That girl every time I come in looks at me ugly and never has apologized, which I don’t expect it but would be nice because that is my child you messed with. 2nd time - all young girls with Cuban accent have nothing but attitude and don’t have great customer service and treat you different if you don’t speak great Spanish or no Spanish at all. Only the woman managers have a great attitude and have great customer 3rd time - I tried to go through drive thruway and no response and I waited for 5 minutes thinking okay maybe they are busy. So I came inside and ordered. The lady who took my order was great it is the manager. There was a cool I assume sitting down and I was standing right where he was sitting and he just hit my foot with the seat not saying excuse me or even a apology and just stared at me like I was stupid when I said excuse me. The other employees that were coming in to change shift just look at you in such an ugly way and don’t have no good customer service. It was also dirty in the front lobby eating area. ——————————————————————————- I hope that management can train them on having better customer service and having it a clean so no one gets disgusted. I really tried to give chances but it is just something every time.
