Came to the Henry to celebrate Galentines with my girlfriends and a birthday. This was a first time visit for several of us and lasting impressions were left! Skylar was an AMAZING server and made sure the 12, yes 12, of us were taken care of from the moment we arrived till the time we left almost 3.5 hours later! His trainer Rosie did great as well. The food was fresh and delicious, the birthday dessert was rich, and the patio atmosphere was a vibe. I highly recommend checking this place out. Thank you so much to Skylar and all the amazing staff that helped make our time at the Henry enjoyable.
I was in love with this place as soon as we walked up! The signature green woven through out the decor and the wait staff clothing was perfect. Service was good (just a little slow), but it was a busy Saturday morning. The food was fabulous! I had the egg white turkey omelette (without cheese), and it was so tasty! My husband had the French toast and said that it was very good. We had a wonderful visit… this place is the whole package: gorgeous atmosphere and fabulous food.
Celebrated a birthday at The Henry last night and it was a great choice. Had the seared tuna which was cooked perfectly - great sear, still rare in the middle. Our server Chase was fantastic, made sure we had everything we needed without being pushy. The highlight was honestly the chocolate cake for dessert. Ridiculously delicious and way better than we expected. Good atmosphere, solid food, and Chase made it feel special. Definitely coming back.
Had an amazing brunch at The Henry and our server Gene absolutely made the experience. From the moment we sat down he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and gave us great recommendations. I ordered the Huevos Ranchero Enchilada with steak and it was outstanding. The flavors were perfect and the dish was cooked exactly right. The food was great, but Gene’s service truly took everything to another level. If you’re visiting The Henry, ask for Gene. He made the entire meal memorable and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend.
My partner and I recently celebrated his birthday at The Henry in Phoenix, and it was an absolutely flawless dining experience from start to finish. We started our evening in their beautiful, vibrant dining room. The atmosphere is upscale yet comfortable, making it perfect for a special occasion. When it came to the food, we were blown away. I ordered the short ribs entree, which was nothing short of amazing—incredibly tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. My partner had the salmon and was equally impressed with its freshness and preparation. The real highlight, however, was the exceptional service. Upon hearing it was his birthday, the staff arranged for a sweet and completely unexpected gesture: a complimentary dessert. They brought out a slice of the most delicious, decadent chocolate cake, which was the perfect celebratory touch. We also couldn't resist trying the bread pudding, and we both loved it. It was warm, rich, and the ideal sweet finale. The combination of fantastic food, a lively but intimate ambiance, and genuinely thoughtful service made his birthday dinner truly memorable. We left feeling celebrated, satisfied, and already planning our next visit. Thank you, The Henry team, for making our night so special! Highly recommend for any celebration or a fantastic night out!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Henry, and it was an experience worth sharing. From start to finish, the food, drinks, and atmosphere created such a memorable evening. We started off with their coffee selection, and it truly set the tone for the meal. The latte was smooth and perfectly balanced, while the cappuccino had that rich, bold flavor topped with velvety foam—just the kind of warm welcome you’d want before diving into a meal. For appetizers, we had the Spicy Tuna and Crispy Rice, and it set the bar high for the rest of the meal. The crispy rice had the perfect crunch, and the spicy tuna topping was fresh, flavorful, and just the right amount of heat. It’s one of those appetizers you’ll want to order every time you visit. For the main dishes, I tried the Roasted Chicken and Avocado Salad, which was absolutely refreshing and well-balanced. The chicken was juicy and perfectly seasoned, while the avocado added a creamy richness that tied the whole salad together. It felt light yet satisfying, a perfect choice if you’re looking for something wholesome. The Grilled Shrimp Taco Platter was another highlight—generous portions of tender, smoky shrimp tucked into warm tortillas with fresh toppings that added both crunch and zest. Each bite was bursting with flavor, and the presentation was as inviting as the taste itself. To complement it all, I had the pineapple drink, and it was incredibly refreshing. Sweet, tangy, and vibrant, it was the perfect beverage to balance the spices and flavors of the meal. Beyond the food, the service was attentive, and the atmosphere at Henry is warm, stylish, and welcoming. It’s the kind of place that works equally well for a casual lunch, a dinner with friends, or even a special night out. I’ll definitely be returning, and I can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for a restaurant that consistently impresses.
From the minute I walked it everything was AMAZING! The customer service from everyone I encounter was exquisite. Everything I ordered was delish and very flavorful. The short rib potstickers are a MUST! The seasonal cocktails, ham & cheese quiche, molten cake just everything was cooked to perfection!
This was our first time visiting The Henry – “the neighborhood restaurant” and we left really impressed. From the moment we walked in, the ambience felt warm and stylish without being pretentious. The energy was lively, the cocktails were crafted beautifully, and the dinner menu had something for everyone. Service was attentive but not overbearing—just the right balance. We started with the crab cake appetizer and truffle fries, both of which disappeared quickly. For mains, we had the scallops with gnocchi (an incredible pairing), the short ribs, the filet, and the ahi. Every single dish was well executed, flavorful, and plated with care. I wish I had thought to take photos before we started eating, but that’s usually the best sign—when the food is too tempting to wait. Price-wise, The Henry feels very fair. The most expensive item on the menu is the filet at $54, which is reasonable for a steak of that quality. Overall, it strikes a nice balance of approachable and elevated—perfect for date night, dinner with friends, or even a more casual outing. The space itself is versatile too: plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, with a vibe that works whether you’re dressed up or dressed down. One tip—make a reservation. It was busy when we went, and I can see why. All in all, The Henry lives up to its reputation as a “neighborhood restaurant” but brings an elevated touch that makes the whole experience feel special. We’ll absolutely be back.
The Henry in Phoenix does not disappoint! The service is absolutely amazing, attentive, friendly, and always on point. Their happy hour is one of the best around, with delicious apps and perfectly crafted drinks. The outdoor seating is beautiful and makes the whole experience even better, especially when the weather’s nice. It’s the perfect spot to relax, enjoy great food, and soak in the vibe. Highly recommend!
Great experience overall! Our waiter was a bit slow but other than that, loved it all! Food was great. I had the chicken and avocado chopped salad. Atmosphere was 100%. We sat on the patio. Would highly recommend.
AMAZING! 1st Time. Best Spicy Margarita my wife has ever had. Strawberry Mojito was also AMAZING. Best Potstickers were sick, had a great flavor & crunch from being pan fried. Definitely going back to try more
The Henry has a great menu that is varied and everything I’ve tried has been great. I decided to try the jumbo lump crab cake and it was delicious. The crab was excellent and the accompanying sauce was out of this world. One of my favorite appetizers is the short-rib potsticker. Unique and tasty.
Had my bridal shower at the private kitchen, as you can see the area is super adorable, interactive and perfect space for group of 15! Girls had so much fun and amazing food, even leftover to go for the next day. We also ended up getting couple sweets from the cafe, gluten or not all delicious! Most important is the people that we have interacted with are kind, professional, responsive. Really appreciate all the help and coordination from Samantha and Priscilla, and the girls who helped set up the room, you made the day very special. Can’t wait to do another event here with them, professionalism is hot 😉
The Henry has a good vibe and food that has awesome flavor. The salad was delicious and filling. The chicken was superb and well seasoned. The hot honey sandwich was the sleeper. Awesome flavors that match up well. Give them a try.
We loved the vibe, drinks, food and service and the place was clean, calm and perfect for a nice night out. Jenna was an amazing server and made the whole experience feel special so we will definitely be back.
The Henry is a very nice, casual yet elegant restaurant that is a must try if you are visiting Arizona. The dishes were very flavorful, the service was exceptional, and the drinks were crafted very nicely. They have a very good menu that caters to all, young and old, and you will definitely find something you will enjoy eating and drinking. The atmosphere is large and spacious and it doesn’t feel cramped. You can bring a date, have a business meeting here, or just have a good night out. Try the Henry. You will not be disappointed.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was unique and elegant, creating the perfect setting for a memorable meal. Every detail of the space felt thoughtfully designed and added to the overall experience. The service was beyond excellent. The attention to detail and personalized care truly stood out and made the evening feel special. A huge thank you to our server, Ashton, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Ashton was attentive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making our experience exceptional. I highly recommend this restaurant and can't wait to return!
Been in twice. First time was a solid 3 star experience. No parking, okay service, good food. Second time in there are still a lot of similarities but this was a better experience. The food was spot on today. Almost perfect in every way and my friends were really impressed too, which was a big reason I came in. The service is always lacking though. They must have just one bartender, because you will wait. The drinks were plenty tasty and a tad strong which is another compliment. But you’ll easily wait 10 min before anyone comes to check on you. Still no parking the second time. Main reason for coming was the food. The skirt steak was so tender. Save room for dessert.
Great restaurant! Came for a quick weekday breakfast where it is self seating ordering from the coffee bar till 10:30. Lots of people remote working. The food was fantastic. I got the California burrito as a bowl and it was so good. My partner got the quinoa burrito which he also thought was great. Staff are extremely friendly and attentive. Bonus yummy chocolate croissant Was not a fan of their iced vanilla latte coffee, I’d skip it. Otherwise I plan to be back
Overall, the food was good, and a couple of the appetizers stood out. The rib main course was enjoyable; however, there seemed to be a consistency issue throughout the meal. Each dish was served lukewarm, with the center of the plate noticeably cool. This points to a lapse in quality control during service for sure. Additionally, the dessert menu did not include allergy information, particularly regarding nuts. While I understand this may not be the restaurant’s responsibility, having ingredient or allergen details available would help customers make more informed choices. Parking in the area is also extremely difficult, plan your visit accordingly.
